Great parking, seriously sharp professional staff, great auto service work; especially Mr. Eric Coleman, the service manager who has greeted and helped me many times. Complimentary coffee and other refreshments. And great cars and trucks of many makes and models both new and used. A great experience every time I go there to have my car looked over. Go!

2017 Ford Escape transmission unexpected issue. Took car in for service expecting the worse but praying for nothing serious with transmission. I’m very pleased with service and professionalism from Mr. Eric. He was patient and listened to my concerns. I highly recommend if you need service at Norris ask for Mr. Eric. I will use him and the car dealership in the future.

Great. I did the early drop off of my F150(no appointment) for grinding brakes and other needed maintenance. My service advisor Chris took care of me and informed me what needed to be done and the cost. It was fixed before the end of the day. This is impressive because another dealership (rhymes with Toons) has yet to call me back after a online chat representative said someone would.

I brought in my 11 F150 XLT because of the service advancetrac message in the message center and loss of electronic power steering. As a side issue I asked them to diagnosis why I had lost some of the directional movement with the drivers power seat. It was in the shop for about 2 hours. When the service manager came to me she said that there was a wiring problem probably from rodent chewed wires that would need to be spliced and re-wrapped. Also the power seat switch would need to be replaced. Total cost do this would be over $900 and it would take about 2 hours. I declined the service and paid for the diagnostic which was about $140. On my way home I stopped at the Ford parts store and got the power seat switch for $145 and replaced it while in the parking lot - took me 10 minutes. Then at home I spent a few hours over the next few days tracing wires to see if I could find the problem. I stumbled upon fresh electric tape (wasnt dusty like all the rest) and figured this must be the chewed wires they had already found at the repair shop. There was one small, maybe 18ga, wire that was frayed and had a new splice connector on one end already. So I inserted the other end of the wire and crimped down the connector, wrapped the whole thing in electrical tape and... Bingo! problem solved! Took me 10 minutes to fix once I found the problem, which the Ford technician had already found. I am happy to pay for the expertise and knowledge of the technicians at the repair shop, but why did the manager lie to me and jack up the pricing and time it would take to repair? It was obvious the tech had already found the problem and started the repair that would have taken him maybe 10 minutes to finish. How could this have cost $900 and taken 2 more hours?
