Very pricey chicken. The taste is good. The recommendations came from local family. $50 for eight chicken breast and tenders. A one time experience.

Im doing doordash as usual and I see a bathroom so I look at the sign and it clearly right see cashier for bathroom key as Im going up there to tell her I have a doordash what I asked for the bathroom key and she tells me that they dont have a key somebody took it at home. Then I asked her where do yall go to the bathroom at. I dont understand why people have to lie like what yall go to bathroom from the floor.

The so-called manager was rude biased and NOT ATTENTIVE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have a restroom the sign say ask cashier for key. Right Biased and rude...says have a good day...came to get coffee and use ATM ...it got nastier as I Tossed a few things in ANGUISH...BET YOU SHE WOULD NOT HAVE TREATED HER MOM THAT WAY...RUDE ...#PREDUDICEEXIST

Just as you would expect at every Royal farms you visit, good chicken, poor service, beggers outside looking for cigarettes & loose change. If you are lucky (or unlucky) you will see the occasional street pharmacist making deals outside..

This place is so poorly managed that they should just close it, demolish it, and turn it into a parking lot. Drink cooler always poorly stocked, went in and they had no coffee and the girl working said Weez dunno howz workz duh new cuffee muhsheens! Its also better to eat out of a trash can because their food is worse than rotting meat.

I know this is a hard time were living in, but why leave an order sit behind the counter for 5 minutes when Im standing right there watching you??!!!Thanks alot... fries cold as hell by the time I got home.Worst service ever...that dude needs to find another job...away from the food counter. Last trip to this location for food!!!!!

Make drive to this place and this place is not a gas station so disappointed.

Gave our food to the person beside us and then refused to acknowledge it. Spent $5 for a sandwich the employee gave their friend. I guess feeding the needy is nice.

So many people here complain about the place. Look, its convenient, clean, up to date. Staff us cool n some customers can be disrespectful. I know im a customer. People complain when they cant get what they want. U walked into someone elses place to buy their stuff, if u dint wanna buy find another store. Great place, love the staff

I bought 6 $30 gift card from royal farms store on a Dundaulk ave before Christmas for all my godchildren. They were never activated but I paid for them in full. I sent them out to all of my godchildren. I started receiving phone calls from their parents a few weeks after Christmas stating they were never activated and the children were so disappointed that they couldn’t buy what they wanted. I went straight to the store with the receipts. They asked me to come back a few days later when the manager was there between certain times which I did. When I went back for the third time the manager was not there on the time I was asked to come back, I was asked to come back another time. At this time I was getting upset and took it up with corporate. I emailed corporate and they were very apologetic and seemed like they were going to take care of everything. Here I am 2 weeks after opening up lines of communication with corporate and they stopped replying to my emails. This has been the most disappointing and embarrassing experience I have ever had. Stay far away from royal farms stores. They are a bunch of crooks. They have me for about $200 and disappointed children.

Dirty, nasty, the cook stands outside with apron on smoking cigarette. Didnt have any chicken, etc ready for purchase, only sry chicken that looks like it been sitting there for hours. No one greets or say anything to customers entering/waiting. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

Late night 4a.m. stop they are very nasty. The chicken looks like its been up there for 10hrs. I went to get lunch the cashier was very nasty and preoccupied holding personal convo. The cook girl was in the bathroom for 15min then came out on her phone. The store is surrounded by night walkers. Nasty nasty nasty, food attitude, customer service

Used there Lottery Machine to cash a winning ticket, and the machine ate my ticket and stopped working, l will never take or purchase another item from this lottery place, very unhappy customer, I had the ticket at Highs on Dundalk Ave, but they didnt have the money to cash it, I purchased the ticket at Gershbecks

The staff is so disrespectful to customers here. I cannot believe how rude the cashiers were its unbelievable and the older woman that makes the food is just as bad. Unbelievable how every single employee here has a worse attitude than the next. Something really should be done about this.

Purchased an 8 piece took it home and left for my teenagers. The next day I noticed they didn’t eat it. I asked them why and they said the chicken was bloody. We took the chicken back and they went through the bag and said we are only replacing the bread that we can see the food

Just got a turkey sandwich and the bread has mold....nasty food nasty people

Manager was rude. Seemed very judgmental and did not let me use my coupon off on chicken. Chicken case was a mess with old looking food.

Went to check out lady was on her phone yelling and cussing at someone instead of doing her job so I had to wait a few minutes for her to get off the phone
