Walmart pharmacy is a very good place to go to get medicine or advice about a vaccine etc.They were very kind and very intelligent especially the pharmacyclics she was very helpful she ask me about what i was being treated for.And shared with me advice about the medication I was picking up to make sure i new all their was to no about my medication. Thank you Walmart pharmacy for you advice and help. J

If I could, I wouldve given NO stars. This is by far the worst pharmacy ever! People are dealing with health issues in the midst of a pandemic and I cannot fathom how they are always out of medication every single time that my prescription needs to be refilled and then had the audacity to recommend that I take a ride to Golden Ring to pick up my 🚑 what nerve of them!

Always rude. They’re out of my medication my doctor sent to them instead of my preferred pharmacy and refuse to transfer it. Keona was a nightmare to deal with on the phone and left me on hold for 10 minutes for no reason.

Wait wait wait then they tell me its out of stock. Dont waist your time at this pharmacy.

If you pick up the prescriptions in the parking lot lot its acceptable service, but be warned going in with COVID, this store does little to space out aisles and the lines are absolutely rediculous.

I have never had such terrible customer service! I called in two prescriptions, instead of filling the correct prescriptions they tried to fill every other prescription I ever had. Then instead of taking ownership of messing up kept trying to blame me and my dr. Beyond that, they kept me waiting for the correct prescriptions. I would never use this pharmacy again. I don’t believe these people should even be able to handle peoples medications.

This pharmacy would be more helpful to the people if they just tore the b!+&# down.

I hate it when the pharmacist has to give you meds. Stand in line to pay and have to stand in line again to get meds and for them to tell what my doctor has already told me. Waste of my time if I have a question I will ask on my own. Most of the time its not my meds but my mothers or husbands. Very slow staff

I left this pharmacy a long time ago. They have the rudest people here that Ive ever met in my life. Also, theyre very slow and wouldnt tell you while waiting, that your prescription was ready!!!!

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with..... Their staff is very uneducated they constantly change thingsOne person gives you an answer then another person turns around and gives you a completely different answer!!!!They have inconvenienced me and my Drs Nurse as well which is totally unacceptableThe quote unquote manager is a total assNever again will they get my business nor my family...Walmart really needs to take into consideration who they hire when dealing with peoples medicine......

They change their rules every day. They will not answer their phone. cannot use on line service because they say my info does not match what they have on file, visited store 3x still no luck..They(not the pharmacy) are not customer friendly as far as stocking shelves go, they will not move their basket they are using to stock which is always in the middle of the isle.

The pharmacy never answers the phone.. They are so disorganized and need to learn how to deal with customers..Customer Service Sucks....

Oh the pharmacy how you are my bain. How often can a place just be so incompetent. I could go on and on about the problems i have had with the pharmacy here, from 30 min waits being 3 hours, to them just not filling prescriptions, to them getting the insurance wrong, to them saying they ran out of a medication when they hadnt, ect ect. On top of it all is the total lack of communication with the customer, oh and poor customer service. It as if they took the stockers the grunted the least and had them work the pharmacy counters.

Pay the extra couple dollars and save yourself the headache, inconveince, and time. This place has the most disorganized and incompetent staff. If my prescriptions werent so expensive and I wasnt already getting them sent there, I would transfer. Its really that bad.

Crazy weekend and mix up on my prescription insurance and the staff was patient, informative and were very sensitive to my problem.

If I could give zero stars I would ! Pharmacy staff are rude and unprofessional!! SLOW is a understatement!!!!! Call a medicine to be refilled, wait a hour and a half and get there and have to wait even longer and they get rude with you about it. Worst pharmacy on this earth will never, ever come back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
