The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Always stocked with the items that you need and priced reasonably.During the Covid outbreak...when everyone else was out of the essentials, Big Lots had them.

Love this store! I work at giant and before work everyday to get snacks and stuff on my break and all the cashiers are very friendly always ready to help! Autumn G is a cashier there and she is so friendly and helpful she is my favorite she deserves 10 stars and a raise! Also I love the prices and there candle selection!!

They have cheaper prices for a reason doesnt matter who the name brand is you very rarely get a coupon and when you do its not much. A lot of items are purchased there sheets of vacuum cleaner that was in need of the time both warranty but when I needed the warranty I had to send it off myself and it cost a lot of money to ship 40 lb somewhere certain things they have I do think they have good prices on little trinkets and stuff like that other than that I dont care for Big lots too much

You can find some really neat stuff here at a great price the lines just get long..but otherwise not a bad place to shop.

Went to purchase a recliner, they were short staffed and more interested in helping customers who leasing furniture, then purchasing.

Good prices, bought a living room set lasted years with kids jumping on it...lol

Its a discount store so it is what it is. Never had a issue there. People are usually friendly and shelves are kept pretty decent. Only 4 stars because i did find a package of gray pepperoni on a end cap so check your foods and expiration dates.

East place to shop was treated good. Recommend this Big Lots

Nice store, a little bit of everything. Fairly priced furniture. The store was clean parking is ample. Both restrooms were out of order when I was there, dont know if thats a thing. Employees were great and i was in and out in no time.

Big Lot customer service has always been good. But, today it was GREAT!! Vicky, John and the young black gentleman that brought my furniture out to the car was the BEST! Is always a welcoming experience, Vicky always makes me feel comfortable when I come in the store although I dont go there often, she always greets me and for some odd reason she always remembers my last purchase or my face,thats a amazing customer service.

Got an amazing sectional for my grandparents for Christmas from this location. They lived it. 800.00 for a whole sectional and it even came with the throw pillows. Great deals and damn good quality !!! They employee who helped us was amazing. The couch was unavailable the day I went to purchase it. I live an hour and a half away. So he allowed me to leave the check with my grandparents an let them come in an pick it up a few days later. Super helpful and very nice. Deff will do more furniture shopping through this store

The staff here is always friendly and helpful. They greet you when you enter and try to make checkout as quick as possible, given that they do not have conveyor belts.

I absolutely love Big Lots!! I can find several items I need here. The people working here are all helpful!! Sometimes this store is extremely busy, but they do their best to keep the customers happy!!

Big Lots is cool, seem like the prices is creeping up but l guess that must be due to economy. Sometimes the cashiers are not friendly as if why are we even shopping. Overall Big Lots is a good store to get household goods and supplies.

Yes I enjoyed my shopping experience there I walk in every so often most of the times I dont buy I just look and see if theres something new

Not once did the cashier ask if I was a rewards member or if i would like to become one. Four people were in line ahead of me she asked each one. If i were a first time customer it would have been a great opportunity to encourage me to come back. Plus she give out coupon for twenty percent on all sales for July 8 to non rewards members. I feeled like #@$@. I make two purchases. Thanks for a not so great experience.
