This establishment needs a makeover 4 real. Its sad that in predominantly poor neighborhoods this is what they offer use. So sad, we are people too.

This location is so convenient in this neighborhood, unbelievable there is not a super market around here. I Have to go all the way to highlandtown to do my groceries, But I can run to this location to grab anything Quick. They have most the things I need and most popular brands👍🏻

Empty shelves, lack of trained help, lack of help in general. 10 people in line and customer had to get back up. The floor was filthy and covered in trash and the associate was very lack luster.

This store has gotten so much better lately it looks cleaner and the staff is friendlier they are on point with ordering product for the store it is usually busy in the afternoon but they try to expedite the rush with efficiency

When I got there, deliveries were being made and some aisles were blocked. The store is always picked over no matter when I go there. There is always a line. When it rains, the roof leakes.

Really like the store but they are always sold out of whatever it is im usually looking for.

The store wasnt like I have visited other places. And we were using the cart to take our belongings to our vehicle and the manager jumped out of his car and asked us where we were taking the cart and we explained to him and he had the nerve to ask if we were going to bring it back to the store and we said yes. The way he asked us was rude and ignorant. We didnt appreciate it at all.

Always a friendly experience and even though the line is long they are moving speedily so by the time its your turn you dont realize you was in a long line

Store isnt the cleanest, employees arent the nicest, yet convenient. There are buckets everywhere on the floor catching water that is dripping down from the ceiling. I actually was in fear of my toddler tripping and falling. The store needs a makeover... QUICK!

Today it was a ok experience. A nice person was at the register.

The guy at the register was ignorant, didnt give me my receipt, I had to tear it off the register myself. No thank you or anything. I get that is the family dollar, but what ever happened to go old courtesy?

The air conditoner doesnt work which not only makes it hot but ot smells of body odor and mildew. The staff doesnt use verbal responds to questions and price checking is almost impossible because they wont communicate with you verbally. Worst experience.

The the cashiers are the slowest i have ever experienced they are foreigners that have little respect from customer relations. The customer is right is never a possibility here. They close the store before closing time and always close the tobacco section around an hour before closing because they are to lazy to do the cigarette count at closing. I personally have been disrespected and seen others disrespected. On multiple occasions i have see the police called there on the cashiers simply for how rude they are.

Always crowded and big lines. Too cluttered. Convenient but thats all.

This store always feel cramped and most times there is 3-6 people waiting in line to check out and one cashier.Make sure you take advantage of their clip less coupons.Not the best family Dollar but I have never had an issue with the staff.

I visit this location because its closest to my house. Weve lived in the area for many years now and have seen changes occur here. I still cant see why management hasnt fixed the A.C.!!

This is the dirtiest family dollar I have ever been in the floors are dirty and the smell is bad. The shelves are NEVER STOCKED... HIRE SOMEONE TO KEEP THE SHELVES STOCKED AND ALSO A JANITOR.... THE WHOLE STORE NEED A RENOVATION PERIOD, AND HIRE PEOPLE WHO TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR JOB.

Great prices. Some of the employees have bad attitudes though. And the air conditioning is always broken and it gets miserably hot in the store.

They are very rude. The manager is the worst .I will not be going back.

If you can stay far away from here if possible!! I used to shop here several times a week. For some reason lately they keep changing cashiers and other staff who are the most ignorant and clueless people Ive ever seen, they are extremely rude and ignorant. I shopped here for convenience but now I will take a bus or cabd just to avoid this store do to the ignorant people who work at this one. STAY AWAY!!!!!

For 3 yrs now i been shopping in this family dollar but today i was embarrassed by security when he stop me for a pat down like i was a theft just to find nothing after i just spent my hard earned money i worked all day for which i do everyday so my time is precious just to be discriminated cause how i look which i believe had happened here because how i was dressed which was in my work clothes that were dirty not to mention Im exhausted and have little time to get home shower and sleep i would like something done about this please and the reason i was stopped if Im wrong thank you
