This is my favorite hf in the area. Staff are always friendly and helpful, the store is clean, and they stay always have what Im looking for.Hf has definitely changed in the past few years, but they are still a great spot to pickup tools at a good price. I have purchased wrenches, water tight boxes, an air compressor... Etc. And all have been as good as the other tool stores in house brand.

I get a lot of tools at harbor freight to experiment with different fabrication techniques. I dont mind if they break and sometimes they surprise me with useful odd gadgets. Im leaving this review for the Dundalk Maryland store because the staff is very friendly and the shopping center has other great stores. Thank you!

Excellent staff and service! Found everything I need

Not a bad location at all. I stopped in here to grab a sledge hammer for a home project and was able to find one pretty quickly and get checked out by a nice cashier. Positive experience.

Harbor Freight is your best tool store for quality products at budget friendly prices. I love how the isles are well lit and big and open so you can really pick up and touch just about everything you want to buy. They have a terrific and knowledgeable staff as well.

I purchased a Union floor safe from this location during a remodel project. When I opened the package it was clear that the safe had been used, returned and repackaged for sale. It was missing a key, the battery cover was broken and the battery terminals were completely corroded. Because I purchased it before the building remodel was finished, it was past the 30 day return window when I discovered the problems. The employees at Harbor Freight didnt seem to care in the slightest that people were fraudulently selling used products as new products in their store. Union safe company didnt seem to care either. I will never purchase anything from either company again. Their (sometimes) low prices are meaningless if they dont stand by their products. Now Im stuck with a large paperweight.

Best place to get any tool, special tool or trade specific tool. Prices are as good as they get. The Dundalk location is hiring at the moment.

This is a nice harbor freight, they have a huge selection especially automotive. Theyve really stepped up their game these days in terms of tool quality means they have 3 quality levels. With this location being so close to my house got a feeling Ill be spending a lot of time there lol.

Harbor freight is great for all types of tools.

While admittedly, I am not a huge Harbor Freight fan. This store truly outdoes itself. Nicci and Sadie(sp?) go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and help you with any needs. The store is well organized and the staff is levels above what I’ve seen at any other.

Stop in to pick up a bed divider pole, they had plenty in stock. Worked as advertised, dont rachet to tight.

I like this store. I like to make things and mess around. So when I need just something to make something else work. I find it there. Dont get me wrong I always like my travels to Home Depot. I do have my charge card. Oh boy on That one. Still Harbor Freight hits the tickle spot

Disappointed!! Changed checkout lines because the cashier (whose mask was only covering her mouth) was busy complaining to the customer ahead of me (whose mask was around his chin) that they were being forced to wear a mask and that they couldn’t make her wear it to cover her nose!Harbor Freight, your manager was no where to be found but this behaviour isn’t acceptable! The current law requires masks and they need to be worn properly to be effective!!!
