Great prices and great service. The man that works here was very kind and helpful. The shipping experience was definitely better than other large hardware stores and I didnt have to deal with a large crowd and I found everything I needed quickly.

Great service, knowledgeable staff and very clean. They also had a section of antique tools that were very cool.

No walking looking for things. The clerk was very knowledgeable and saved me a lot of time. The only drawback is that they are a little pricey. I guess it was worth it for the convenience though.

Super knowledgeable staff. I brought in three faucet stems from my shower/tub with no idea the manufacturer or the model. They pretty much immediately identified what they were, and provided me with additional expertise including the fact that one of my stems would need replacing due to some bad threading. Took everything home, slapped it in, and now my shower/bathtub works like a charm. Would highly recommend!

My husband took our screen in to be repaired. I was quoted a price over the phone prior to taking it in. My husband was charged $30 more when he took it into the store. When he picked up the screen and brought it home to put it back in it didn’t fit. Turns out they gave us someone else’s screen. I called the store and spoke to someone named Rick. He was unprofessional and belligerent. Rick berated me when I brought up the price difference I was quoted and requested a discount for the inconvenience of the mix-up. I’m incredibly dissatisfied with the service we received and would not recommend them.

Stopped in for the first time today after a frustrating trip to the big box store for some simple tools and hardware. Very friendly and helpful staff that sold me exactly what I needed and gave me advice to get the job done. This will be my first stop for all my DIY needs from now on.

Great place to pick up things you need for home projects. I am normally in and out in 10 minutes. Way better then home depot and Lowes.

This place is how a store should be run! I went in with a lot of questions about an old style plumbing system and not only did they find everything I was looking for, they took the time to explain how to hook it all up. On top of that, they offered to help me over the phone if I got stuck. You just dont see customer service like that anymore! Customer for life!

If youre looking for it down to Earth friendly people experience and it hard part to find in a pinch look no further this is the place to go. Sometimes I get tired of going to Home Depot in a rush and not finding what I need to find and getting the proper help. The gentleman at popular place Hardware have the know-how and most likely the part that you need very friendly and helpful I truly recommend this place two other friends.

Greatest service in Hardware anywhere in this state. These guys can find items that you dont know the name for. They even replace glass in large frame windows. I had an 80 porch window broken out and they replaced the glass and helped me load it in my van.Stop in-- look around.

I love this local hardware store. Ive gone to Walmart, Home Depot and those stores always messes up making a copy of a house key, even messed up the original house key. I finally decided to come to Poplar Place Hardware, and one try the key was perfect. I recommend them highly, some people may complain their prices maybe a few cents or dollar more, but to me its worth it. Support your local shops.

Waited over 10 mins at Home Depot for someone to come to the key kiosk to help me with the re-keying of 2 Kiwkset locks. While standing there, I called Poplar and asked if they performed that service. They replied that they did, so I walked out, drove straight to Poplar. I should have gone there first. Both locks were finished in less time than I waited for no one to show up at Home Depot.

After several unsuccessfull tries to have a key made at the big box blue home center a couple worker suggested Poplar Place Hardware.Service was great, fast and the key worked.
