RIP off company ripping the states off and customers. Gave me a refurbished 2012 track phone with other people info in phone.I have not had data or internet working on phone since I had it. I call to address problems they act like they dont understand english. I ask to speak to supervisor they hang up. They robot call my phone burn my minutes up. The government need to check them out and shut them down. They r sticking the government up and customers without a gun.

They are the worst company to work with they are rude money hungry and are dishonest. customer support is rediculous. The first phone I got was a total piece of junk when it went out they made me buy another one for sixty dollars promised it would be here by last Friday still no damn phone crappy service crappy products beware

Went to a stand in San Jose and the guy handed me a chip and said I only qualify for two years of service and no free phone from this company think he is ripping off the people applying and the company for the phone can someone help me figure this out
