The customer service rep, Devin, was very good! However, he was the only employee working the store. I had to wait a long time for my turn (over an hour) but not because of Devin. The store needs to hire another associate. I love Verizon and am happy to be back! Thanks Devin!

I think the person who helped us is named Devin (he told us but Im not sure I remember correctly - definitely started with a D). He was so helpful and thorough. I will definitely come back here when I upgrade next.

Very poor customer service this morning. I waited for 15 to 20 minutes for my turn. Only one person working the floor. He started working to solve my cell phone issues by seeing if I had insurance, but then started working on another customer, then another customer, laying his stock phone down. Guess he was trying to solve easy problems. He later said he was waiting for the stock phone to download an app. to see if I had insurance. He wasnt being totally honest and eventually apologized. He really put me in a bad mood while I watched him work to solve those two customer problems. They walk out being served while he I am still waiting. He said your phone is dead and you have no insurance. Would you like to buy another phone. From you, yeah right!!! Not a good way to start the week. BTW I was told that phone was free of charge by the sales person when I got it. Then I find out its only free if I stay with Verizon service. A little play on words. Its free, but,,,, not really free. YOUR REPLY: We fell short is you reply, wow, thats it!!! You dont think there is a need to correct that! Your mission statement is to succeed. Well, with sales people like the one I encounted you wont have return business, at least not from me.

Note on door stating wont be back until 125p due to lunch break, its 246p... this business sucks. Ive been calling since 10a to figure out why no one was answering, thinking they were busy but now it makes sense. Have to now drive out of my way to find another store

I have been a customer of Verizon for many years now but have to say, today was the best experience I have had to date. We went to upgrade our phones. Ashley was the best......very professional & patient. She made this experience painless, enjoyable and made sure we had all the accessories we needed . We left with the phones we wanted and everything transferred from our old phones. I will definately recommend her to my family & friends. We felt like family when we left. Very rude. Went in to look/buy a phone Devin told me three times to make an appt. Which I guess means leave!!!!Will buy elsewhere.Under staffed I guess but there is no sign that says appt only.

Im glad I was asked to take this survey! I was going to leave a review somewhere. Todays experience at Russell cellular was by far the best experience Ive ever had when buying a phone! Justin was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient! I was dreading coming in as all my other experiences at Verizon stores have been nothing short of frustrating. The service I have received here has been exemplary. Justin has helped me twice. Once over the phone when I was working out a problem for a friend. He came up with practical & excellent solutions. Usually going to a cell phone store in search of customer service is one of the experiences ever, but not at this store. This was the 2nd time we came to this location and both times the staff went above and beyond to give us a great experience. Yesterday, Rachel stood by and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way as we filed and insurance claim and she helped navigate through the process and helped us feel comfortable and relieved. This is really the only location we will ever use for wireless cell phone needs. Thanks

The girl that helped me didnt even know what a speed test was. I. was asking her why I wasnt getting even 5 mbps down and she acted clueless. She was also unprofessional in the way she talked down to me for even questioning it yet she was half my age. After 3 months the data service was so bad I went back to ATT. They sent me a survey, I filled it out and heard nothing back. Stay away.

I am heading home to RI from Dunedin this morning, taking the Auto Train. I need GPS to navigate around DC and NYC. I woke up to a dead phone this morning. In an panic, I sat in the parking lot of Russell Cellular in Dunedin, hoping there was a fix. I ambushed the poor guy at 8:40 AM as he arrived for a 9:00 AM opening. He took my Google Pixel phone and was able to use a trick to get the battery to reboot, and saved me big time. I offered to give him some money, but he wouldnt take anything.Im really sorry that I didnt get his name. He was a tall, handsome young man opening the store this morning. I cant thank him enough for his help.

We came to get a new iPhones, one old one was bricked. Justin helped us out tremendously, as we had to work with Apple to get the old phone released for an upgrade. He worked with us for a couple of hours, got everything straightened out, a great help, thanks!

Last two times I was there the woman working wouldnt stop talking to her friend looking enough to even acknowledge me.Go to the one at SR A580 and McMullen Booth or to the corporate store on Gulf to Bay.
