I visited this wonderful store several times over the past three years, since 2018. On Wednesday 10/13/2021 and today Thursday 10/14/2021, I purchased two Carved and Painted Wood Tiki Tea Light Candle Holders and two Palm Tree and Tropical Leaves Serving Trays, that were on Sale for 40% Off. All 4 items are unique and make great additions to my decor. All employees that I encountered were very nice, especially today the two female employees informed me that the Credit Card machine was down. The tall woman offered to hold the two items behind the counter that I wanted to purchase until the Credit Card machine started working. I gladly accepted her offer. All items were wrapped in a nice Lime Green Tissue paper for protection. Great store located in Downtown Dunedin!Highly Recommend.

I love to start my Christmas shopping early, yes you heard it right. And today I stopped into Palm Latitudes and was amazed at all the lovely and fun things they have to offer. I bought an adorable flamingo hat for myself and now have decided to go back and get one for my sister the flamingo freak. I also bought a very cute dress for my bestie and it’s one size fits all so no worries there. As you can see from my photos they have so many wonderful and eclectic items for both personal and your home I am sure you will find something amazing. The staff was friendly and attentive. I also appreciated the mask policy because they do have tight quarters. Go and enjoy.

This is an amazing store, the customer service is excellent. I know the owners personally and they are great people. I love shopping here for gifts for others or myself. I have no idea what any of these people are talking about saying theyre rude, I would definitely not agree. Great store!

Palm Latitudes has been a local institution since I first moved to Dunedin and has always been a pleasure to shop in and find fun and interesting items for myself or as gifts. My out of town visitors feel the same way and always want to go there while here. A great spot!

Nice selection of clothing and trinkets, however be aware that this store does not have a return policy. This was my first visit to this store. I purchased an item & didn’t see that this merchant only gives a store credit for purchases. I have rarely experienced this & I consider this unprofessional. My guests and I will not return.

For me a visit to downtown Dunedin includes a stop at Palm Lattitudes. Walking into the store is magical with beautiful beachy decor. Mermaids, Dolphins, and Manatees oh my 🐬 Fun beach Christmas ornaments, wall art, gifts, and even a clothing department.

I am never going back to this store, my family and I were simply looking around and were willing to be a paying customer. As soon as the owner saw us standing in her store she yelled at us to get out of her store since we didn’t have a mask on. She could of simply asked if we had a mask and if not to just please leave. She continued to rip an ornament out of a family members hand because of not wearing the mask ‘properly’. Very rude for absolutely no reason.

I wouldn’t even give this store a star. Extremely rude. Yelled at my family member because they were adjusting their mask. There is no reason to yell at us and embarrass us, then tell us to leave the store. By that time we couldn’t wait to get out. I have never been treated so poorly before. This older woman, possibly the owner, should not be dealing with the public if she doesn’t know how to be kind. We are all struggling these days.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star! The Owner of the shop is extremely rude and completely customer service skills! I simply adjusted my mask and she yelled at me loudly in front of other customers making a scene! If you’re that worried about COVID maybe you shouldn’t be open and you should limit the amount of people allowed in the store as owner was NOT practicing 6 feet distancing rules! I am a local and will never be back! If you want to shop in Dunedin there are PLENTY of other stores that actually deserve your business!

If there was anything lower then a 1 star this store would get it. The rudest people work in this store and have no kindness at all. I entered the store and the store manager kept telling me to move every five seconds she told me up to four times to move at that point the fifth time she came to tell me to get out of her way I had enough and left the store ( I would also move to a new spot and all the sudden the worker would appear where I was and would proceed to say please move you are in my way). I also just came from outside and it was very hot out. My mask was just a little under my nose and I get screamed at. I proceeded to pull my mask up and then left. Also everything in that store is over priced and not worth your time and money there are way better stores in Dunedin such as Beach Co, Aphrodite (really nice manager named Karen there), and my favorite things.The manager is VERY rude at this store I think it is a grandma and granddaughter both rude and disrespectful and need to learn how to treat customers correctly.

Very rude and embarrassed!!!!!! !Im very sad and disappointed, my family and I were enjoying the day and walked in to this shop following Covid rules we all has masks on ..... the older women working the front (possible owner idk) yelled at me that my mask was not pulled up all the way. I adjusted it to be kind and pulled it up. Then she proceeded to escort myself my daughter and mom out continuing to yell and tell she didn’t like the way my mask was that I was playing with and it was to loose and we needed to leave. I wanted to go out and support our local business this one I will not be supporting we have all been through a lot with Covid and she should of been appreciative of us wanting to shop in her business instead she embarrassed us.

Terribly rude owners. you shouldnt harass potential customers about their masks if they are wearing them. if youre so worried about covid, close your doors. ❤️

A hidden gem in the heart of downtown Dunedins Main Street. Im so glad theyve been able to keep their doors open during the craziness of covid19. Gotta keep our small businesses supported while understanding their need to keep their staff safe!!
