Ive been driving out of my way to get gas and a carwash here for probably 6 or 7 years. Every now and then, my car wash would expire due to the thing being broken, waiting for it not to rain, or just plain negligence, and they would honor it and just give me a new one. As if a car wash could expire... I paid the 12 dollars, what does it matter if I use it today or 16 days from now? Anyway, this time they wouldnt honor it. The two clerks I spoke to over two days (driving out of my way) acted like they were nervous, as if they were told not to honor it and refer people to the manager. They kept telling me they couldnt and didnt have the authority. Never have I ever had this problem before. The manager never seemed to be there when I went in, so I gave up. Now I just go to the 7/11 next to my home. Im not as satisfied with the car wash, but its the principle that this place wouldnt honor something I paid for. Thats money that I might as well have burned, and it would likely happen again at some point. So screw this place!

They were nice enough. 1 star because I was overcharged doing pre-pay gas yesterday evening. I asked for $20 on pump 9 but when I went out to pump, the balance was at $0. I went inside to ask if they could please add the $20 I paid -- Amy told me it timed out and reassured me I would not be charged and it was fine to use my debit card outside to pay. I just checked my bank statement and I was overcharged by ~$9. I know this does not seem like much but its the principal. TIP: DO NOT PREPAY FOR GAS HERE.

Don’t come here for car wash. The first time we got the colored bubble wash for 12d, after the wash, our white car got all the stain left all over. I had to buy the special product to remove it!!!I usually go to Main Street Xpress Wash but they close at 6pm on Sunday. I gave it a try and chose the 8d wash. I heard a big noise in the middle of the wash and I turned around to look at the wind shield and thought it was broken. When I got home, I saw my rear wind shield wiper was gone. I called them the lady told me they are not responsible for the damage. Don’t come here!!! I am not coming to this place ever again!!!Main Street Xpress wash always wash my car spotless and their customer service is the best!!! Go to Main starrt xpress wash for your car wash you can get unlimited time to vacuum your car too!!!

I spent $13 on Vuse Alta vape pods. I was like ok 5 bucks more than 7/11, whatever... then I get to the car and they’re single pod packages. These should be $10 or less for two. I feel like I just got robbed.

The car wash didn’t even clean my car, and the manager would not give me a redo wash, an upgrade, or a refund to make sure I was satisfied and would bring my business back again. When I asked if they would rather lose my business than make it right, he said yes. So I will find a business that cares about their customers next time.

They overcharged me twice on my debit card. They had me bring in my bank statement and I had the receipt. Despite this still have to wait for refund. The car wash did not get my car clean. I had to return from Pasco County to do this despite leaving messages for Vanessa who wasnt there when I went.

Very disappointed with fuel rewards. The last few times fuel reward card didnt work no receipt again and had to pay regular price. Tried to talk attendent with no help. Also

I only go here because it is a Shell and I can use my T-Mobile rewards. So once every couple of weeks I stop in. It is usually pretty busy. Fill up. Print receipt from gas pump and off I go. Occasionally I have to go inside for a receipt. DEFINITELY GET A RECEIPT. There are a lot of scammers out there so always get proof of how much you spent in case you need to dispute it with your credit card company.

Terrible experience earlier today.Waited in line for 40 mins for car wash. Paid with credit card at kiosk. Received receipt from machine and proceeded in to wash.Nothing happened. Sat there honking horn trying to get attention. Eventually forced to drive through as long line had formed behind me.Manager almost attacked me.Pointed to wash machine and stated Its working now Inferring that it was my fault. Refused to refund cost of wash $12.84.I got such a shock at his reaction to my complaint that I left.They have my money.I have a dirty vehicle.They have lost a long term customer.

I have always enjoyed the employees there. Its nice to be greeted with a smile and a hello how are you today.

Beware of Shell station on Main Street in Dunedin, Florida. Got gas this morning and account was hacked. Police report filed. Same thing happened in Jan at same station. Someone had my card number and tried to charge without the card. Luckily I was able to cancel prior charges. Sure there is a slimmer or something going on.

The owner is super aggressive for no reason. Kept making threats for just getting fuel

Friendly staff. I wouldnt recommend the restaurant inside. I tried their breakfast and lunch. The beef brisket was cold and the lady asked if I owned a microwave (its a hot sandwich btw) and I said yes but I didnt wanna go home and heat it up so she nuked it there. Pathetic. Also got biscuit and gravy. Gravy tasted awful, but I am also very picky. My husband didnt mind tge gravy, but his biscuits were raw dough in the center. Id avoid eating there. Also had some difficulty with lotto here. I dont really gamble, but I enjoy buying a 1 or 2 dollar scratch off every once in a while. I was told by one clerk we had to make a debit purchase of 10 dollars or more to buy lotto with debit. No problem with drinks and snacks and 2 tickets. Easy transaction. A week later I went and tried to do that again with a different clerk. He said I had to buy 10 dollars worth of lotto on debit. That makes no sense and Ive never spent that much on lotto, like I said, I dont really gamble. So I believe they need to train their employees better with some of their protocol. Other than that though, its always been a smooth transaction.

Like rhis location, Never had any pump nonworking, and never too busy. They served till very last moment during hurricane Irma. the convinience store has friendlt stuff, provided me the quarters and changes I needed even though I did not buy anything. The restrooms were clean and the cofee was fresh. what else you can expect from a gas station? BTW, the air and vac was out of order couple of times.

The car wash is usually broken and you get to this place at night when youre out of gas dont go there between 2 and 3 a.m. because all the pump to shut down and you cant buy anything in the store absolutely ridiculous way to run a business
