Called earlier today asking for a AC compressor for a Chevy Sonic. Said they had one on the shelf for a $100 . After driving over a half hour to come get the part with my old part for the core charge. They gave me the picking ticket to go receive the part. The parts picker said the fork lift was down said I could not get my part I needed .As I left frustrated I said to the counter person they cant pull the part I need I said I just drove a half hour he said sorry nothing I could do. I left so frustrated they never returned my core to me. You would think I big million dollar company would have a back up system to pull the part .So I ended up driving up to Harrys U Pull it found the same part for $27...

Rude. No one colaberates with their co-workers. And since they tell u to come get it part but then u get there and someone else says you never called. Then Sal tells you off because he didnt see you parked where you were told to be

This place is so busy!!! Walked in, seen a line and didnt even have to wait! Located a car out front that i was interested in buying and the guy with the curly black hair at the counter gave me one hell of a deal!! Now im cruising around in a hot Lexus..look out ladies!!! :)

Quick to take order, but slow to get your parts around. Also waited 2 weeks for them to return a call about broken part we bought. Also make sure your there 30 mins before closing because they close earlier then 4. Was there at exactly 4 with gate open and workers still said no. Dont get me wrong I know they would like to leave after working all day but have some sympathy every once in a while. Bad way of conducting business not worth wasted trip over an hour away.

Called to ask about a part and the operator was down right rude. Dont like your job leave.

Have me wrong part

The white guy (Patrick?) on the customer service is a pure racist. He ignored me for no reason, I was standing he started talkin on the phone discussing fish food with someone. Then he went inside the side room left me unattended. I asked his name from his colleague (a bald guy sitting next to him). He said his name Patrick. This happened few months ago, already reported this to them, no response yet. Very poor service, no professional attitude. Sad to see such low level people working in such big companies.

They charge an embarrassingly high and extortionate fee for towing. For a car towed only a few miles away, they charged over $600 for a regular sedan not held there for more than 24 hours. Shocking and should be illegal, investigated, and restricted. If the law authorizes towing, the law should also limit the fees that can be charged in doing such tows.

I would of given it 1 star but gentlemen at the front desk was cool. Unfortunately their inventory database is way off. It said they had 8 of a specific item in. But when actually went down for them to pick it they had only 1. The guy that picked it tried to give me a damaged item and didnt even look it over to tell me. Luckily before I paid for it and left I check it and showed the guy the damage and didnt purchase it. They just need to clean up their database and also hire employees that care.

Staff was very helpful over the phone and in person, I was able to call find the part I needed paid over the phone picked up two days later pick up took about 5 mins of time looking for paperwork and 5-10 mins to get part, very efficient operation, mesmerizing to see their inventory

Tow rates for less than a mile make it impossible to get you car back so you must abandon it :DNot sure how these wonderful people sleep at night.The word theives best describes them..but maybe thats just my opinion.

Got my vehicle towed in Scranton yesterday and called to locate the vehicle and was told I would receive a call back.No one called.So today I call, and we locate my vehicle, just to be told the cost to get my vehicle out would be $595.I was told that if it got towed in Scranton the price would be $175....( my car was towed in Scranton) but he told me since a officer called to tow my vehicle The towing price is $450.They towed my vehicle less than 2 miles 😑I will push this further if things aren’t corrected because I know this can’t be right.

All i needed was a wire for my blower motor and the guy they sent out watched as i unbolted the cover for the blower motor then when i revealed the wire he said he dont got time for this and took off.. I went inside and asked them if i can just cut the wire out and they said no that a person working there has to do it.. So he took my phone number and never called back..... I shoulda ripped the dam wire out with my hands and walked away

Why pay top$ for new when you can get one used and they guarantee it. And they almost 100% of the time have what you need. Why not get parts here?
