Tripps is the only place Ill trust to work on my vehicles in Durango, local shop with trustworthy employees and the upmost quality in workmanship and turnaround time, was the only shop in town able to fix my moms vans random suspension rattle she had been annoyed by for years, and as well as going above and beyond on his inspection of my truck and finding that my brakes were metal to metal and was able to get it turned around same day so I wasnt out a vehicle and was back safe on the road. If youre going to go anywhere for service, its Tripps or bust!

Tripps saved my vacation.I was up a mountain without a spark plug and NO ONE in Durango had time to help me, all the dealers were booking weeks in advance and it seemed like I was stranded. In a last attempt I called Tripps and realized I should have called them first.Within less than a day they had my vehicle up and running with some of the kindest, most professional and understanding help Ive ever received. Being from out of town with a malfunction was made much easier thanks to these amazing craftsmen.

Came down out of the pass with a smoking wheel bearing. The owner got me right in, helped me find a hotel( it was after 5pm when we stopped,yet he stayed to help us)took my daughter and I and our dog to the hotel and had our Jeep ready by noon the next day! Great helpful guy and he know what he is doing. I thank him again for all his help. If you need repairs done, this is the place to go. Very friendly, knowledgeable and fair!

He was Polite & Punctual on His EXPERT TOYOTA vehicle repairs for a lady selling her Toyota Winnebago Warrior Motorhome to me, that I didnt buy, atleast NOT yet until He could diagnose it. Hands down THE best automotive repair shop in Durango! The engine blew in my Toyota Sequoia and Beau installed a new motor. The final price came in right at the quoted price and the job was done on time. I have been driving on this engine for over a year and have had no problems at all. Beau is a delight to work with and you can tell he is passionate about his work. You cant say that for any other mechanic. We have also brought our trailers to Beau for maintenance. I can not say enough about Beau and we recommend him to all our friends!

Called on a Saturday AM with a check engine in my truck, told me to bring it in an hour later! They did a thorough check and diagnostic explaining everything they were doing. After taking the time, they didn’t even charge me!! Will definitely return.

I have had a hopeful experience with the owner so far. Its very hard to find a shop that you can trust. Owner has worked on the honda van I just bought, timing belt ect. Plan on taking in my other vehicles after New Years. He communicates effectively and is personable and professional. I have done allot of my own work on my vehicles and have maintained them well but I am getting older and its harder for me now, that being said I have some truly bad experiences with other Shops that border- line on robbery. I will be posting my experience with this new shop as I believe I have found my mechanic that I will continue to work with. If your like me, trusting your mechanic is paramount.
