I often do curbside pickups and sometimes, when Im feeling brave I do quick shopping inside. The other day, just getting back from a funeral out of town, a young female name Julian, with her kindness and humor, manage to pull me out of a potential meltdown. Haha...for her kindness I offered to tip her but she kindly refused. I have to say thank you Walmart for Julian in your curbside because she could have flip the whole week, had she not being humorous and keep smiling even if she may or may not have noticed my struggle with my emotions, i was able to see joys possible than and for the next coming days. Help recommend. In fact all the workers in curbside, have amazing spirits. 👏

I typically shop at Whole Foods or natural grocers, here in Colorado. But when I am in my RV many times I will spend the night here and then do all of my shopping here as well. I’ve been very impressed with the additions of more healthy types of food in their grocery store. Plus all of their health and basic items are are priced nicely.

I have come to make returns on different occasions all before 7 pm, and the customer service section has been closed. It doesn’t say anywhere that they are closing earlier than normal, and today I had called them half an hour before I got to the store and no one informed me they would be closing in 30 minutes. This is extremely frustrating to drive 20 minutes just for them to be closed hours before they are supposed to (especially after seeing people behind the desk).

Stopped here for necessities while camping.After the long drive from Las Vegas it was nice to find a familiar store.

You can get cheaper price somewhere else dont have it.

Walmart is a large store that carries many things you may need.The store was pretty busy. It was well stocked. We bought a handful of items. Self checkout was quick and easy.

Traveling across country, so have many stores to compare with, and this was the worst we have visited. Several items I would have purchased were out of stock, and the cashier was severely lacking in personality. I also asked to add a bag of ice, to which she answered in the crabbiest way possible that they had none. Countering her snottiness with the sweetest attitude ever, I wished her a wonderful day, thinking maybe she just needed someone to he nice to her. Nope. She just stared at me, no answer at all. There wasnt even anyone behind me in line, so its not like it would have been a time intrusion for her to reply.

Worst Walmart ever. No stock, employees not helpful or nice, and prices are just as high as other stores. Wouldve been faster, cheaper & easier if wed just gone downtown.

I dont understand why you provide hand/cart wipes everyday that you have been open EXCEPT during this covid pandemic. Not 1 sanitary wipe insight. Only thing hanging on the wall is a dry roll of paper towels. Why??? You make so much profit from us and you cant provide a clean environment back. You have shelves with cases of sanitary wipes 10feet from the entrance for sale. Your excuse can not be because there is a shortage. All the other stores in Durango provide them at their doors.

Disaster location. Took us 1 hour to complete a 10 minute task of filling Birthday balloons. Lady helping us was great - cashier checking us out hates life and everyone in it.

Great Job! I returned a window blind which was too short. Lost my receipt & customer service took my debit card, instead. Got cash back then, spend it on something else. Next time, next visit, Id know Walmart will take care of me & family even, if theres a receipt. Stay Safe & Thanks for making our days great!

Still so disappointed with their amount of stock. Empty shelves everytime going in. Saw signs up everywhere that masks are required again but hardly saw anyone wearing one including the employees...this currently and during their outbreak! I do know the employees work hard and try their best.

The food selection was extremely poor. Natural chicken was a hormone disaster. The four thighs weighed more than 4 chicken beasts and were bland. No matter how I doctor them, just plan flavorless. I wanted 1/4 chicken,one leg with thigh, did not carry them. Shelf selection was better, but not much. The store was not that clean and 2 registers were open. I had to wait for 20 minutes to check out. The only thing good was the undervalued employees.

We traveled to Colorado from Panama. There are generic drug, cosmetic, and clothing items at Walmart which are not accessible at reasonable prices in Panama. Although shopping at Walmart was not the reason we visited Colorado, Walmart is always a must-shop location when traveling to the United States.

Perfect location to stock up on all your provisions before heading up into the mountains.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do us all a favor & designate at least half of the self-checkout (or even at least 1 self-checkout stand) to 20 items or less. Its frustrating to have 6 items but be stuck in a massive self-checkout line where people are unloading entire shopping carts! For the sake of efficiency & all our mental health, recognize this issue & correct it! Its an easy fix!!!

What can I say, it was Walmart. Long lines at the check out, big holes in the shelves from a lack of product, but the bottom line is that they always have some things you can’t find elsewhere or you are going to have to go to 3 or 4 stores to get what you find at Walmart. We all hate to shop there but we all go there.

Customer Service desk needs retraining.Their water machine, as I found out & was told by the aforementioned service individual, hadnt been working for at least 3 months. I kindly asked if someone could check to make sure it was up & running before I drove the 45 minutes. Oh, its working, She said, mildly irritated.Well, its still out of order.Thanks for the waste of time & gas.

The store is an absolute mess, they are out of lots of product pluss the isle are stuffed with random boxes and stuff. Its difficult to navigate try main isles of this Walmart because the stuff I. The center is placed so close together that there is no way for you to get where you need to go. This Walmart is in the worst shape I have ever seen for a Walmart

I feel so bad for the people who work at customer service or as walmart employees. I just saw a women throw a fit over some chicken. The employee tried explaining to her that anything over 90 days is not returnable. Then she kept going and threatened her saying she would call the 1800 number. I swear some people are always entitled. Just keep your damn Recipets and read the policy. Like its so hard. Hope karma hits hard.

This is a Walmart supercenter. The location is pretty good, its a little ways out of town but not too far. There are two entrances, but only one exit. The parking lot is large, has shade, and always has spots, but often can have damaged concrete or asphalt which is where it loses a star.As far as what youll find in here, it ranges from the garden center, to hardware and auto, to crafts and clothing, to food including frozen and produce. It has several shops inside of it, including shipping, banks, and a store for glasses.The nearby area has a couple shops for eating, including full restaurants, coffee places, and fast food. It also has utilitarian shops nearby such as tire stores, mattresses, cell phones, and the like.

Not the best Ive been to. No help with a friends phone and a very small camping department. A bit surprising since theyre in Colorados San Juan mountains.

I like to shop and get my curb pickup at the Durango Colorado Walmart lot cleaner nicer workers.

Theyre okay, if they opened more than 2 registers then maybe I would give 4 stars. Bathrooms and the building in general arent worse or arent great so theyre ok

One more wonderful ADVENTURE in WALLY WORLD... Things placed too high on shelves for the handicapped or short people.... Its a yuppie Walmart, not one for the locals... PROBLEM: NO COMPETITION, NEED COMPETITION!!! WILL NEVER HAPPEN!!!

This Walmart is, pretty large, has grocery. Looked for camp shower, didnt find. Decent selection overall especially in the food department. Has a water jug fill station.

Employees are rude as hell, shelves arent stocked properly, store and parking lot is nasty with trash every where. Also, you never know when customer service will be closed which is frequently lately.

I was at the self checkout and a Walmart cashier came to assist because one of my items came up unrecognizeabeable. She proceeded to touch other items and I asked her to please not touch my food items. That was glare # 1.On my way out the door, both checkout assistants glared at me and one started coughing. I told them their behaviors were not necessary and received a snide comment.

Called: phone rang 47 times until someone called customer service answered. Asked to be transferred to Garden Center which there the phone literally rang one hundred and fifty two (152) times (yes, I counted )then a guy answered and said customer service can I help you? I told him about the number of rings it took to talk to someone and he asked can I help you? I said I need to talk to the garden center and asked if he was the garden center and he said no.. I kindly said Ill go somewhere else with my business and also said your customer service sucks. I think I was entitled at that point. What a joke!

Store hugh but the man in sporting was rude and they had a display that was mismarked and we were going to purchase it but he said that he couldnt sell it to us at that price that someone had stocked that item in the wrong place. Well that is not our fault and I thought it is against the law to do that because you make it to the register thinking you only have to pay this certain amount and come to find out youre charged an entirely different price. Ugh

My complaint revolves around the fact that Matt is no longer there. I really miss him being a greeter and am so sad that Walmart let him go. I used to think Walmart was awesome for employing him.

This Walmart was by far one if the WORST Ive been to, and thats saying something! They are POORLY stocked, there were MANY EMPTY shelves, and the staff DIDNT know where items were... my parents live here and said its been like this for a couple years... it USED to be a GREAT store to shop at, but NOT ANYMORE. Unfortunately in Durango, this Walmart is the only store around that people can go to. Theres no Target and no other department stores around, so they just go without. I will actually drive 2 hours South to Farmington to shop! Shame on you Walmart.

While waiting for me this morning at just after 8:00, my wife observed two Walmart employees park their cars (2) in the first 2 spaces closest to the store. One, put a sunshade in the window. They then went into the store. I returned this afternoon to do some shopping at about 2:00 pm. Their cars were still there. I guess the employees get premium all day parking while customer, short time parkers, get to hike.Customer service? NOT!

I am from out of state on an anniversary trip. I frequent Walmart regularly. This is by far the nicest, cleanest Walmart I habe ever been to. It made my shopping experience excellent! Thank you Durango you outshine them all!

I had a full cart when cashing out. I shortly realized I had left my card at home. I got the attendants attention and explained paid for as much h of the cold items I could afford with what I had leaving a cake 2 teas and a fair amount of nonrefigurated. I was assured that it was alright my cart would be here while I ran home. I live about 4 minutes from Walmart I ran home got my card and returned about 12 mins later. When I returned I was told the entire cart was at risk of spoiling and she sent it off to be resorted and put up. I know the attendant didnt know my time frame and I was the one who left the card but it still stands I was lied too by that employee about my cart. I had to rebuild my cart from the ground up. Is it not an option to wait 15 minutes for a customer or just resort the cold items.

Its impossible to get anyone to show up to a locked item case to remove it, put it in another locked case then move on to shopping. They dont known where the key is they dont trust me with a key weve been calling for someone I had to call the toll free number three times yo remind them I was still waiting in the area, we dont know who works over there the operations manager isnt answering after 45 min. just to buy 2 packages of 8.88 $ eye lashes need I say more? Very nice store with plenty of places for a large rv to park. Only problem was finding it. We came in from Palo Dura Canyon and got lost a couple of times.

You have to get through the hobos first . Not bad after that. Has what you need.

Its a Walmart. I was shocked to discover that health and beauty aids, from shampoo to sunblock to lipstick to mouth wash to nail clippers, are all in a secure area, and you must checkout those items at a special register at that location in the store. 😕

One of the worst walmarts Ive been too. Waited on hold for almost an hour and when I finally reached someone. I asked if they had a specific item, the man I spoke with told me I doubt it. I said can you check and he was like sure..... like I was some inconvenience. This store has employees that dont know what they are doing and no one ever knows anything cause they tell me ThAtS nOt mY dEpArTmEnT. But hey what can you do, there is no where else to get specific items. My review, terrible walmart. But every walmart isnt the best. This walmart just sucks more then others.👎

Looking for plants. They have a limited supply and they were not in good shape. Not watered, some nearly dead, a good number had aphids. And the garden plants that should be available...strawberries, herbs, etc., they had none. Sad

What a horrible experience it was coming to this Walmart. First of all, all of the employees are rude and don’t care about your needs. We have been looking around for these pills for about 10 minutes, and there was an employee in the same aisle ignoring us, and decided not to help us. His name was “Captn’ Johnson”, I believe it was. Then, when purchasing some games for the system, the guy took his time when it came to helping us get the game we wanted to buy. Then after getting the games one by one, he constantly responded “is that it? or “what else?” Just completely rushing us. If you don’t like your job quit. Never will I come back to this Walmart to put money in their pocket, with the service we received here. Then on top of that, we just purchased a fan today and there are missing parts to its pairing. Not even that, we purchased a puzzle here thinking it was the one we chose, yet it was something completely different that what was printed on the box. Who ever the manager is at this Walmart, clearly doesn’t care about the business and is only up for a disappointment.

The ongoing difficulties I encounter at this particular location have left me with no other alternative than to pursue a discrimination lawsuit against Walmart employees selectively targeting those whom appear homeless and or transient. Over the past two years Ive exposed a major breach of unlawful conduct in the way they handle gift cards, and Ive collected endless reciept s which show the employees taking items off the shelf, placing them on laway to end up with not just roll back prices, but cash back, 100/% of the time. They can apply their profits from the first three months of the pandemic in excess of 3.2 billion Dollars.... And just tonight I was harassed in front of a crowd of people, after depositing a 20.00 bill on a $19.21order... I walked away without collecting the reciept or change and was essentially accused of stealing. Unbelievable, considering that the real theft.... Comes from within their own walls.

The people who work there are very friendly. I am not a fan of self service. I think the owners have forgotten that customers are the ones they should be thankful for.

Order online due to a member testing positive but every time we order they “substitute items” that are still listed as available.There have been many times where I’m just simply missing items I payed for!! Why do online orders at all if you can not provide good service it just forces us to go out while POSITIVE! Just bad over all if you order online make sure to stand there and check receipt with employee they will mess up 100%
