Super delicious coffee, with excellent service! When we paid over 30 dollars we got a free drink and a gift card! Super cool!

I think Durango Joes is way over priced. I got a veggie burrito and an iced coffee and it was $12.73. The iced coffee taste stale like it been sitting around a while. I wish they would post the price of the items on there sign so you can see before you order. It seems crazy to charge someone almost $13 for a cold medium coffee and a burrito.

Iced coffee comes out pulpy, drinks always taste burnt and managers like to harass employees in front of customers.

9 out of 10 times I use the drive thru but either way you go service is wonderful and coffee is delicious!

Staff were great and coffee here is for mellow people. I need a strong coffee that can wake me up on my drive home to farmington. But it must be good I keep coming back every time I visit Durango

Delicious coffee. Must have if your in Durango, Colorado. My personal favorite. Coffee drink here was there white chocolate signature frozen frappuchino. Yummmmm so good. Cant wait to go back God willing.

There was one car in front of us and 6 people working but it took over 5 minutes to make the drinks. The girl at the window informed us that they had a new system after we were automatically charged gratuity without being alerted first. For over $7 a drink, these are made so poorly. As baristas, my friend and I, were absolutely shocked at durango joe’s outcome.

Just curious as to how would be the most efficient way for a refund from yesterday? My friend and I chose the Escalante Drive location, after being in town, because normally it’s our favorite one. We pull up to the drive thru, keep in mind we are both baristas, and know how to correctly order 1 drink. We pull up to the window and immediately the girl keeps cutting us off throughout both orders. Mind that the truck in front of us had already left when we were pulling up, it took us 10mins for the entire transactions on 2 drinks. There was only 1 car behind us.Luckily I get my transactions as text messages, she told me my drink was 7.59 for a 16oz caramel macchiato w oat milk, tells me I cannot grab the card machine but needs my signature. She informed both of us after I asked her why I was charged 8.59$ instead. She said confidently that the new Toast system adds $1 per EVERY order, she did not tell us it was optional nor did she tell us gratuity was going to be included. As a local and long time customer to Durango Joe’s this was embarrassing.The drink that took 10minutes to make, was also incredibly sticky. Here’s me with my alcohol wipes.

Ive have visited more than a few times thinking the next drink I order wont taste like the last one but I was wrong. All of the coffee drinks I have had just taste the same. No distinction of flavor between them. The people that work there are great though.

Love the Chi Freeze, but the drive-through window was stationary, so I thought I’d go in and order. Six people got their order before mine, so I asked what was going on; clueless worker searched and found my Chi by the drive through window which by this time was fully melted. I asked for a refund and they wouldn’t give it to me. OMG! Lost a customer.

The food was great. The drink I got was super sweet and way over priced and the Americano was okay.

I was getting my tires rotated and walked over to kill time. I was greeted as soon as I came in. They were helpful with suggestions and quick to make my drink. I sat at a corner booth and enjoyed watching the girls behind the counter hard at work! They remembered the names of the regulars. They were smiley and friendly and spoke to every single person like they were the only one in the room. They all moved around each other smoothly as they made orders and stocked and cleaned during the down time. What a wonderful experience my time was here! The Cuban sandwich was meh. Not bad, but not the best lol. But, I’ll return for the atmosphere and the tea!!

Mexican Coffee is FIIIIRE. I don’t even like coffee but my wife said my love of cinnamon chocolate would not be disappointed and she was right, as always. 🤣Had a ham and cheese croissant from their bakery and loved it also.

Come only to pickup pastries now and then. They could be better.

Great coffee spot to stop in at. Loved their drinks the honey bear and avalanche. It was quick going through and had reasonable prices, bonus points for doing pup cups! (A lid with whipped cream for your dog)

They have good coffee, better than chains like Starbucks. Only downfall is, wish they were opened later so that people working night shifts could get coffee before work. There are quite a few people in this town that start work after 5 and cant get good coffee.

Was not happy with service. Very rushed. So much so she didnt hear the part where I asked for cream and sugar. I got a straight black coffee. Then she said I can put the cream in another cup when I said something. Not coming back to this one. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I loved my Caramel Macchiato! The whipped cream was rich and creamy. Went through the drive thru and the girl who took our order was super friendly. Did not have to wait. Prices are decent.

Staff are very friendly. Service is amazing. Even when the menu doesnt show the name of an item, they will make a drink that was recently a special item IF they still have the ingredients still in stock. I always enjoy getting my Frappuccino from Durango Joes!

I asked for a simple coffee with cream and sugar. The employee repeated it back to me, barely gave me any cream and no sugar. I told her about the sugar and she handed me the packets and said to put it in myself. Do NOT go to that place. This was after I gave her a dollar tip on a three dollar coffee.

Wish I knew their names so I can credit properly, but I ordered a salad, they told me over the board they were out of forks so I decided to just go with the coffee. While Im in line, they ran my drink out to me and told me no charge because they were out of forks. Unexpected but appreciated.Edit: Called up there and her name was Zia, shout-out to Zia.

Best coffee in 4 corners area. Our go-to place for a quick meal in Durango. The sandwiches and salads are prepared on site, I think, and have always been fresh and proper sized. I love their raspberry Danish.

Honey latte is amazing. I especially love their latte art. It makes the drink so much more enjoyable. I like to compliment my coffee with some of their yummy scones. The texture is always nice and crunchy on the outside and filled with deliciousness. They are really quick to prepare orders too. Parking is valet mostly. Lot is full of other restaurants. Plenty of seats inside and cool place to hang and get some work done.

Coffee was good, place was uncrowded and quiet. Server was curt and didnt respond to question I asked about salads. Still dont know answer. Usually it is a good experience.

Basic coffee but impressed they had gluten free food options. I had a GF scone and noticed they had GF to-go sandwiches.

Durango Joes use to be incredible coffee. I grew up in the area and was a regular before I moved away. Everytime I would come back to visit I would stop by and grab my favorite latte. The past three times I have stopped by I have ended up throwing away the coffee after one drink. That is over twenty dollars tossed down the drain! I would like to support my favorite hometown coffee spot, but am also not willing to throw away another six dollars. The espresso taste so incredibly burnt and the added flavors do nothing to mask the unpleasant burnt taste in your mouth. I hope it was just a bad batch of espresso or equipment. Major disappointment. I hope new improvements are in the making.

Nice new building designed like a fast food joint on the outside and a Starbucks/Coca-Cola joint on the inside.  The blowers blow cold air, while the heater is warm if you stand on it. Indoor/outdoor fake fireplace - - that is - - but warm when its on.I did the Caffè Americano, big deal - - tasted like no coffee I ever had except for Dollar Trees. . . And regular on my 2nd visit - - four sips and I was dizzy, jittery, and irritable.There is a humanoid robot named Sophia, and it has a better interactive personality then these joes - - these guys behave more like white color inmates...Its one of those places that have a monopoly on the areas stop - - no other choice! But it could be one of those Christian Alt-right or Alt-white alternatives to Starbucks - - like ToysRUs and Chick-fil-A.Next time Im going to the gas station for coffee - - an all black gas station, perhaps in Oakland or New Jersey!  But maybe its just my perspective that makes me experience things this way - - or perhaps its the C°O°F°F°E°E°!

I give Durango Joes a one star upgrade for being local and awesome. This store is ok and well placed across the street from Walmart. This is convenient when a man hates big box shopping and tends to finish his list earlier than the wife. Durango Joes is certainly a significant upgrade from hanging out in the car parked in a Wal-Mart parking lot. This particular store seems to be a favorite haunt for a gaggle of middle school kids who enjoy load music on one of those portable speakers. I wont hold that against the store though. The dirty chai is awesome!

Super friendly staff, and great drink choices. They have great coffee, lattes, smoothies, and more! We got the coffee cake, which was super yummy. The mango, sweet potato smoothie was delicious. I wanted a veggie breakfast burrito, but they were out at the time. A big plus is they allow dogs on the patio (water bowl and everything) and have a dog treat jar for your pup!

We had heard that Durango Joes coffee was pretty good. Wrong. Its great!They have heavy creme (behind the counter), and that makes all the difference.I really like that you can get different levels of roast darkness. I prefer light roast, but I know a lot of people like darker. It was delicious!Someone needs to tell the manager to open a shop in Colorado Springs, where we are from. Durango Joes is yet another reason to come back to Durango.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here. The restaurant and bathroom were very clean and inviting. There are plugs at the tables for computer or to charge your phone. Theres a fireplace with comfortable seating nearby and a nice patio. The service was very good. The people were friendly and helpful and quick. They even have me a different drink for free when I disliked the one I got to begin with. I would recommend this coffee shop, for sure!!

Probably the most friendly staff out of all the Durango locations! However, the last few times I have been there my latte has tasted burnt. They also almost never have the breakfast burritos or bagel sandwiches delivered to them by opening (or even 15 minutes late) so Ive quit stopping by for breakfast on my way to work.

Loving this coffee shop! Good coffee and a large variety of things to eat from scones to burritos to sandwiches, not to mention the stuff in the chiller. Free wifi and free smiles too.

When an experienced barista makes your drink its awesome. The atmosphere is always chill if you go to a walk in Durango Joes, and the people who work the drive-through are consistently professional and kind. I highly recommend there gluten-free blueberry scone or the raspberry lemon bar. The white chocolate mocha, honey bear or Mexican mocha are so delicious. You can get them hot, cold or in a frappe form. I highly recommend the frappe form. 😋

Best coffee in Durango. Always consistent, fast as youd want it to be, price is fair, and the merch is awesome to take home. This is where Durango gets coffee. Its rare when a local business beats out the corporate guys but these guys do with great ease. This is apparent as there are more of these than Starbucks. Once you have a sip, youll know why.

Hands down the second best coffee in town. Best service in town for a coffee shop, but second best coffee. I come here very often and order a drink about 75% of the time. Itd be nice to feel slightly less judged for only coming in for the WiFi occasionally.

The smoothie was way too sweet. The healthy option is butternut squash - mango and it tasted like straight sugar. Not what I was expecting. But the service is friendly and fast. The coffee is good for the price.
