Best coffee...best service ever! Owner makes every cup like its art-has to be perfect!

FANTASTIC coffee!Got two of the best shots I’ve had in a year or more.The baristas are also supper knowledgeable about their product. I didn’t catch his name but the red haired accented guy did me solid.I’ll be making this place a future stopIn my travels for sure.

My wife said her coffee was the best she ever tasted, and thats no hype. I, too, happily agree. We were served by Ayla, and she also provided superior conversation in the process. Taste Coffee deserves all the success coming their way.

The product is very good here. Shop looks like a complete coffee afficionados experience. I bought a hot coffee drink from the takeout window. The barista was very friendly and prepared a fine tasting drink in a timely manner. I didnt go inside so Im not going to give it 5 stars, but it probably rates. And, Im a coffee fiend that goes to multiple shops per day all over - so, cant give every capable cafe a perfect rating.

Undoubtedly the best coffee in Durango! They are the real deal, true craftsmen. Walk past the other coffee shops and get to this little hidden gem if youre looking for all around exceptional taste and service.

I LOVE Taste Coffee! It is my most favorite coffee shop in Durango. My drink always tastes great and the people are always friendly. My favorite drinks are the oat milk latte, caramel mocha, and the chocolate dirty chai. I would highly recommend them anytime!

Not sure what is going on here, but there are many other places to go to get a cup of coffee and I suggest you do that. $12+ for a small and medium nitro brews. Cream added to the medium, nothing added to the small. If you cant make organic affordable, dont sell it! Dont waste your money. Even Starbucks is cheaper.

Fantastic Mocha with the best ingredients! Im not a big coffee/mocha drinker, but this hit the spot and could have had a few cups. There is a breakfast burrito place right next door and they looked great as well. Will have to go for both next time in town.

We were blown away by the amazing taste, care and craft that goes into the coffee at Taste!During our recent visit we had amazing cappuccinos, cortados and pour overs, and our favorite was probably the house-special Noisette.Ronnie was kind to let us watch as he artfully pulled each shot, and explained his deliberate approach to making drinks where you can really taste great coffee. He combines great craft, art, and science to make something special, being involved all the way from bean selection to weighing shots to dial things in.The coffee is the headline, with bonuses in the cool car-themed metal work/sculpture in the shop and close proximity to several great local food trucks in an outside courtyard.This isn’t the place to go if you’re looking for blended/whipped iced frappacinios that you can get anywhere; it IS a don’t miss stop for those looking for special coffee where the taste is what matters.We can’t wait to go back!

Taste Coffee is my favorite coffee shop! It’s better than any other that I’ve been to.There are three main reasons as to why I like Taste coffee so much:1. Because the people are very friendly.2. Because of the environment. I love the outdoor seating, the music, the location, exc.3. Because it’s top of the line product! Taste Coffee has the best baristas and the highest quality products.I would add that it can be just a place to get some coffee, but I think that it’s much more than that. It’s about the entire experience.All in all, taste coffee is definitely the ideal place to enjoy a good cup of coffee along with some sunshine and great music.

This place does it right. From reverse osmosis water with some minerals remaining, to all organic coffee and dairy, to great tasting coffee and snacks.. I dont know what more you could ask for. I really appreciate and respect a business that does things with such care and passion and it shows Im the end product. The service is also friendly and excellent.

Exceptional coffee experience! The barista was helpful with his suggestions and made up a fabulous honey latte for me. Look up efficient in the dictionary and you will find a picture of this guy. He was steaming milk and dusting a latte with cinnamon all while keeping a full out friendly conversation going with his customers. All thumbs up Taste Coffee!

The knowledge, care and attention paid to both the coffee is stellar and I, as a customer, felt very well looked after. Other coffee shops in Durango just can’t compare! I would recommend a visit to Taste Coffee Durango above any other in the town.

A mocha like never before. Real Animas Chocolate and high end espresso combined. Bought a $50 gift card because I knew I will be back often. First one in today. Ask Ronnie about the Angelic coffee process.

Hands down the best cup of coffee you can get in Durango. Beans are quality and roasted locally by Desert Sun. The amount of care that goes in to each cup is unmatched. You will not find a better cup of coffee, no matter the style, anywhere else in town.

Amazingly, its this good. I usually dont believe reviews this good, but this shop is a rare gem that I found while passing through. And they make absolutely delicious traditional cappuccinos without having to ask for a traditional ratio.

If you’re looking for the best coffee Durango has to offer, you’ve found it. The Ethiopian pour over is simply amazing. The homemade blueberry scones are on point as well. If you’re a motor head, you’ll also dig the seriously cool car memorabilia throughout the shop.

Good coffee. I ordered a flat white. It isnt on the menu but it so happened the barista knew exactly what I was talking about and he made a pretty mean one. Delicious! My BF had an americano and he said it was delicious and good coffee. 👍👍

Call me crazy, but this is one of my favorite coffee shops/espresso bars in the world.We visited Durango for half a week while skiing and got coffee here daily. I have an espresso machine and, frankly, Im usually a bit disappointed when I go out for coffee...but both the flat white and the mocha completely blew me away.Their espresso strikes a nice balance between sour and bitter; its not terribly sour like most modern espresso. The milk was perfectly steamed. The barista was super friendly, to boot.

If youre looking for a great cup of coffee this is where you go. The beans are a special roast from Desert Sun but done the right way. 11th Street Station and Taste Coffee is a sweet spot for a damn good cappuccino!

While waiting inside for my food from the food trucks with my girlfriend, I asked if we could sit at the only TWO chairs that seemed to be available inside since it was dumping hail and rain outside. The barista so rudely responded with these seats are for my coffee shop and whipped back around. I was thinking about ordering here soon, but I have never tried it and now I never will.

Taste Coffees espresso is only comparable to the best. They definitely know what theyre doing with their traditional drinks. If you prefer some chocolatey sweetness, the Animas chocolate in the mocha is bomber (thick).

I always find the owner/barista serving carefully crafted drinks and very happy to chat about coffee sourcing and preparation. I’m a barista, so the bar is high. I recommend a Modbar single cup brew. Best coffee in Durango, set in a trendy location with food trucks outside. Drinks are always consistent; beans are measured out every time and milk is perfectly steamed. Great place to grab a coffee to-go or sit and enjoy the bright interior space or the large patio. Full spectrum of drinks, from espresso-heavy noisette or cortado to more traditional lattes and mochas.

BEST COFFEE IN DURANGO! I wouldnt say Im an absolute coffee connoisseur, however having four family members that are baristas has enabled me to know good coffee when I taste it. I have been to almost all the coffee shops in Durango and I can confidently say that Taste Coffee is my number one choice. Kudos for making great coffee. Both Ronnie and Kayla do a great job behind the bar.

Ive been in Durango for a week and have gotten coffee at Taste Coffee almost daily. Everything Ive had has been exceptional. I typically dont drink mochas, but Tastes mochas (hot and iced) are totally worth having! Keep up the good work, Taste Coffee! Ill be back!

I wish I could give Taste Coffee 100 stars! Every drink is delicious, and presented so nicely. Im not a huge coffee drinker so I went for a chai latte, and it is by far the best chai latte I have ever tasted in my many years of drinking them. My husband has ordered a variety of coffee drinks here and loved all of them. One thing I particularly enjoyed is how perfectly the milk is steamed - yum! If I lived in Durango I would be here every day; to that end, my husband, another friend and I recently planned a 9-hour road trip around being able to include a stop here just before it closed. We will be back as often as we possibly can, and recommend it to everyone in the Durango vicinity!
