A friend and I called ahead for walk-in availability, Mega was ready for us when we arrived. We both got small, simple tattoos, that are mostly line work, and that’s not meant to be an understatement cause they turned out amazing! We greatly appreciated Mega’s precision in sizing, transfer accuracy and the final product showed is perfectionism. He made us feel welcomed, no question was a stupid question and wanted to give our visions precisely. He let us pick the music so we were comfortable, showed us our needles come out of new packaging, clean work areas. Love the vibe of the place too.

My last three tattoos were done by Osama as well as my daughter’s. The tattoos are beautiful, we were very pleased. Osama is very good at what he does. He talks to you the whole time and keeps you laughing, and before you know it, your tattoo is done.

Tattoo turned out horrible so dark and big gotta spend extra to get it lasered off. I told the guy several times how I wanted it didn’t listen and took forever. Never saw him grab a new needle either so gotta get blood work done as well... don’t even have a tattoo license just a permit.

Vibe is amazing, staff is personable and professional and premises are very clean. Osama the owner and Artist at the shop is so talented. I had a great time and I love my tattoo. I will be back.

Osama is awesome! I kind of chicken lol, but he encouraged me to get my surface tragus pierced (which he did) and I absolutely LOVE IT! I also went ahead and paid my $40 deposit for my tattoo appointment the following week. I got a lotus flower in the center of my chest and it’s so beautiful. I highly recommend.

I got 5 pieces done with Osama and I’ll definitely be back. Great quality work and he works fast. When he told me the prices of the tattoos it was unbelievable of how great of a deal he did for me. He also interacted with me making the experience better as it was a distraction from the needles. Highly recommend and you will not be disappointed.

The piercer was super nice, but wasn’t wearing a mask. he pierced my septum first, then my friend, and i thought everything was fine right after he did it. it hurt a lot more than the other nose piercing I had, because he pierced the wrong part of my septum!! the piercing was CROOKED and it hurts so bad because it was placed wrong. he messed up my friends septum piercing and pierced it crooked also!

I have received two tattoos at empire ink and both times I really enjoyed my experience. All of the artist there are very professional and clean and on time. I got a tat done yesterday on my rib cage and its beautiful! Really pleased with Osamas work. I got a Daith piercing & nose ring 3 weeks ago - which both turned out awesome!! - and scheduled the appointment for the tat at that time. I gave him the mockup of the tat I wanted and then the day before my appointment I called & told him Id changed my mind on the tat and had drawn up another one which is a total B move on my part! But he was happy to accommodate even with the last minute tat change! So glad I found him! If I ever get another tattoo (the rib cage HURTS) I will go to see him and Ill definitely be back for another piercing!

My first time meeting Osama was my freshman year at NCCU. He is very good at what he does, if you have trouble figuring out what kind of tattoo you want he will help you discover what you might be interested in. He is VERY professional and gets right to the point he did me a half a sleeve on my arm that cane out better than i imagined, and were going to work on a cover up on my thigh. Got my septum pierced here a few months ago. They allowed me to make an appointment super quick, and my two friends wanted to get piercings too. As soon as we arrived, the whole place smelled like cigarettes and blunts. Both of my friends backed out, but I felt bad so I went through with it. The tools he used were sterilized only by alcohol, they were not prepackaged...like he had been using them over and over just disinfecting them with alcohol. The kicker is, he told me to wash my newly pierced septum WITH RUBBING ALCOHOL. He said saline solution would clog the piercing..thank god I knew better. 100% sure I wouldve gotten an infection if I hadnt already known how to take care of piercings properly.Go here if you want a cheap, sketchy piercing and bad aftercare instructions.
