I have been to this location before. I have brought a lot of things from here. But this go around this purchase didnt turn out so well. I brought a $92.00 Jesus on the cross charm. It seemed fine but today my charm separated into two parts a front and a back. I heard something fall but didnt know it was a piece of my charm and end up stepping on it. To me it was cheaply made. I cant even see how the two peices was even together, was it glued together. It just came apart. I dont have money to pay for things that just fall apart. It took me so long to save the money for a charm and now my charm broken and my money was wasted. My family and I will not be returning to this place ever.was

Rebecca did a fantastic job with my ear piercings, my cartilage piercing, and my friends nose piercing! She was incredibly friendly and knew everything there was to know about piercings. She didnt rush me but let me look at different options of where to pierce. She made me feel very comfortable and reassured. I love my piercings!

Very very very very very bad experience. Visiting Pagoda was horrible. I didnt feel like the lady who worked there liked her job nor liked me. She denied to even do the piercing I wanted and started an argument with me when I asked for my money back. The brown haired lady Anne or Anna must really hate her job. I asked the person I was with if she noticed her fake smile, I dont know what her problem was at all. Horrible customer service. I ended up going to another place with tattooing and piercings and I was out in less than 10 minutes. Id NEVER advise anyone to shop at the Piercing Pagoda. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

I had the best experience here especially with KeShawn, Ruby and Destiny. They were so helpful with my boyfriend and I. I will definitely be back to do some more shopping.

The manager at this store should be replaced. I have been told 7 different stories about my refund from 4 different people connected to this store.They will give poor customer service when it’s time to return you your money. I suggest walking past this booth to the next jewelry store. When I asked for cooperates number the manager had a huge attitude as if my money isn’t important. Don’t shop here or you will need bond money when your not satisfied. Returns take 30 days to get back into your bank however they will string you along 15 days lieing.

Do not shop here my boyfriend returned some jewelry October 7 and still haven’t gotten his money back on his card. This is ridiculous I’ve been to other locations that refunds don’t take half as long.

Horrible experience, will never do business with them again, should have followed my first mind and went to Claires where they professionally pierce ears. What was supposed to be an exciting time for my childs 13th birthday(she wanted to get a second hole in her ears) turned out to be the most horrific experience ever that resulted in my child having to have the earrings surgically removed from ears due to this company and because of the damage that was caused she will not be able to have that area of ears ever pierced again!!!!! Worst experience ever!!! I would not recommend this location to anyone!!!!

Worst experience ever!!!!! Horrible service. I came here to get my fiancés nose pierced and the the girl working behide the counter refused to help us and then ignored us. Never coming here again!!!!!!!!!!
