Finally, I could pick different frames to try on w/o placing each one in a basket when I was through with a pair. Don’t get me wrong, employees were masked, sanitizing stations were in the store, and mask mandate was posted on the doors and I appreciate those actions. No one had an issue with the mask requirement. The gal who helped me was kind, knowledgeable and funny! She made the whole experience so easy for me! As far as cost, I bought 2 pairs for the same price I’ve paid at Lens Crafters FOR YEARS! Give the Durham store a chance to help you too. You’ll be pleasantly surprised, trust me!

I stopped by Eyemart Express on 08/13/21 a bit preoccupied about the upcoming cost of my glasses. I was greeted by Tara who was professionally juggling three different customers. She was patient, thorough, courteous and VERY helpful. I forgot my insurance card and she quickly helped locate my information online. She provided input on options and costs and informed me of additional insurance benefits I wasn’t aware of. My reading glasses were ready in 34 minutes!!!I hope management takes notice of what a valuable asset Tara is. Thank you Tara!

My daughters glasses broke right before bed time, next morning I called and was told to just walk in. This was the BEST experience I have ever had at any store! Very friendly and helpful and very reasonably priced even though they were busy I did not mind the few minutes I waited because the customer service was just the greatest and on top of that your glasses are given to you in about an hour if not less! Went in to get glasses for my daughter paid under 40 bucks and got two pair my daughter was super happy and so was I only took mins to get the glasses in my hands couldnt have been a better experience buying glasses

I found them online because my 13 year old needed glasses fast as her vision was becoming worse. We went in and they had a school special 2 pair of glasses for $79. Not only was that a great deal but they were ready the same day in less than an hour!! I couldnt believe it and now the have my business for life!
