I went into this store on Labor wknd. I ordered two consoles. A woman named Lynn Grey put the order through. If she wants to assist you when your there, my recommendation is to work with a different sales associate. She was of little to zero help.The next day, I called to cancel one of the consoles. They said she was coming in very soon and she would call me. I never received a call back, I had to call again two more times. Finally, I got her back in the phone. No one else would help me. Lynn Grey was suppose to credit my account $600. She never did it. I had to call back a week later and Again I had to speak to Lynn, no one could even tell me there was a credit on my account or not. I had to wait till Lynn Grey called me back to tell me she had not processed it yet. This store held onto my money for their own purposes and then When I told Lynn this was extremely unprofessional, she just hung up on me.I would not buy anything in this store and if you do, stay away from Lynn.I

Paid for a couch in end of May at a store in IL They said it would be done August. The factor got covid. Then it would be done end of September. Now we are being told we will have to wait at least 1 full year. I would stay away from this company until they get there act together.
