The service when I went in was beyond terrible! There was 3 people when I walked in 1 girl with short blonde hair on the phone behind the counter. 2 guys one tall and one short who was unloading the truck when I got there. The tall guy walked up to me and asked if he could help. I showed him a picture off pinterest of what I was trying to do and I was looking for oil based paint in those colors, he walked over to the wall and asked to see the picture, and looked at the colors. I said oh, I can just pick the colors I want, he said yeah. Another lady walked in and the other 2 didnt help her, so I told the guy Ill look at colors go help her. She was older and having a hard time finding what she thought she wanted after about 5 minutes the guy excused himself telling her he would be back. Around this time another girl walked in with long blonde hair. A gentleman who walked in, just have been an employee who worked close by, he got coffee, talked about him being sick, then the tall guy was like were having a food drive, not SW, me. Then the guy left after at least a good 5 minutes of talking and then the 4 employees proceeded to talk about this guy starting a non profit, and trying to think of names. He never came back to help the older lady who you could tell was so fustrated! I was trying to figure out my own colors, a bunch of swatches, color books. Not once did they ask if I needed help. The lady gave up, and I just finally grabbed all my swatches, and all the free color books to look at later, and I left. They let at least 2 potential sales walk out the door in that hour I was there. They were beyond unprofessional, and if you work in sales at a paint shop you should have way more knowledge of your product. I will not be purchasing from SW, and will go somewhere where the staff is more helpful.
