No paper towels no squeegees and when you do find one, whats left of the cleaner solution smells like death, now what my window smells like... π€’
Cashier saw that I had a hurt leg and had forgotten my mask, so when I saw the sign and turned around to leave he ran outside and asked if he could help me. He sold me gas and smokes while I waited outside. 5 stars, for being kind and observant to customers needs.
My car acts up Everytime I get gas from here. Started going further down the street and no issues after I fill up.
This gas station is a joke ...never any windshield solvent in the containers, always bone dry and no paper towels . Most of the pumps wont take credit cards at the pump . Place looks run down and most of the staff are rude and ignorant like they are put out to help you!
Was in today..young man behind counter drops my soda on ground ...tells me to get another one .I just stared in disbelief as he says..( or not) as he puts it in the bag...no apology..was dismissive.....They have an older gentleman who worked there but is going to another location, that was really nice and understood customer service and the main reason I supported this place.I will no longer give my business to this establishment. This was not the first time I have had an issue with this individual, but it is the last.
Always nice when I go in.
This is the kind of place where the cashier isnt wearing her mask correctly but wont let you buy gas because youre wearing a bandana instead of a mask.
Best run gas station that Ive been to in a very long time. I frequent this business every time Im nearby primarily because the attendant is so professional and polite and because its so clean. Im often there on Tuesday afternoon and the guy behind the counter is the best (black guy who wears a wooden cross). He is top notch and a big reason this business is doing well. Much better than the gas stations that we see around Chicago.
I used to love this BP. The people were friendly, but that has not been the case lately. I worked for speedway for a number of years so I know the job can get tough and tiring and not all customers are friendly. I always go in in a polite manner so I expect friendly customer service. When I come to the counter, its not polite to just stand there and wait until I say what I need. An attendant should probably start the conversation by saying something like hi how can I help you today, not stare at me blankly. This has happened to me several times since theyve hired some new people.
This gas station has become very awesome because of the general manager...shes smart...friendly.....fair....helpful....nd the gas prices are exellent....shop at this BP you wont be disappointed....
Very Rude employee behind the counter! I called the manager and complained
Best gas station I ever been in my life you should visit them they have good humor
Best gas station Ive ever been to
I pumped $45 on my debit card my tank took only $35 i notified the clerk she informed me my money would come back on my card immediately and itβs been over a week ! I called my bank they informed me it was cleared and theyβre waiting on bp to release the funds . They donβt answer my calls either be aware !!
So rude the guy was being a jerk rolling his eyes at me because I had to pay for some of my gas in changeWill not be coming back smh
Low prices+BP drivers rewards=Savings! Win-Win situation!
Locked doors...i thought this place was open 24 hours...guess not
