Get told the system is down literally every single time I walk in the door. No bill payment, no upgrades, nothing. All they can do is sell chargers and cases, and those are cheaper at Walmart. Next nearest location is 40 miles away. Changing carriers because the Dyersburg store refuses to try and get their stuff together.

Although I went on a very busy day, when it was my turn, Jennifer took very good care of porting me over. It was fast, simple, and she was very friendly and amazing at explaining about the plans and different services they offer. Definitely recommend them.

Has a sign on the door that says System is down, door will be locked along the time and want answer there. If thats there service, there costumer service is probably no good either.

The ladies working in there are always helpful and nice. Will give 5 stars when they get the bathroom fixed.

I have five phones on my plan. All are unlimited talk, text, data. Phones that I chose from two options are very easy to slide out of our hands. I recommend a phone case. For all 5 phones I only pay 125.00 a month!!!!! Im satisfied!!

I love the place and atmosphere

It doesnt even deserve the one star but it is the only way to post a review i have been waiting over 2 months for the owner to get a hold of me and I have made several other calls and never got called back a couple of weeks ago they were expecting a new shipment of phones within a couple of hours and they were going to call me and never did nothing against the company but this store has given me the worst customer service i have had in my 52 years

Went there to get help changing some info on account. Result? My service was shut off 2 days later because of their screw-up. Had to fix it myself at 3:23 am to make important call.
