The worst customer service. I wanted to try a jacket on quickly over my clothes however the two mirrors in the store were completely covered by clothes racks, misc. items and hangers. So I went to use a dressing room mirror with the door wide open to see what the jacket looked like. My fiancé was watching from OUTSIDE the fitting room (again with the door wide open) and the girl at register screamed across the store in the most condescending rude tone that two people can’t be in the fitting room. We replied we are using the mirror and there is ONE person in this dressing room with the door open. Everyone in the store looked so uncomfortable as we were too and wanted to just leave. There was no music playing so it was completely silent after she yelled like that. I’ve never had such horrible experience in a retail store. I’ve worked as a retail manger for years and never experienced a worker talking to a customer like that.

The manger Gwen helped me find the perfect outfit for my night out! She was super nice and out going.

Went in today Friday 31st around 1pm. It was a girl with blonde hair she was very rude & had an attitude for no reason & kept following my cousins & I everywhere we’d look around. I did not feel welcomed by her.

Great customer service! Tyler and Grant were both awesome! Spent a ton of time helping me find shoes at another location and were super patient with a ton of questions. Great guys.

Employees are extremely rude. Was told I needed a phone number to complete a return even with a receipt. I have never had to use my phone number for a return at pacsun before, so stated my number was 555-5555. Manager rolled his eyes and scoffed at me telling me he needed a number to which I repeated the number. He was rude and condescending.

Id give it a zero. Walked in only girl working was on her phone. I wasnt greated at all. As I was leaving the girl was taking selfies in the mirror. Only two customers in the store who got no acknowledgement. Also No deals here like a outlet should have.

One specific male employee was rushing me and one other girl two minutes before closing to get out the store and at exactly 9pm he came close to us and said that if we weren’t going to buy anything to leave the store as we had multiple items in our hands. Yesterday, Tuesday 11, I stopped in the store and first thing I noticed was that the two people working there saw me and didn’t even smile ( I was the only customer there) then after like 5 min 4 more customers came to the store and again the people working there were chatting. Later the lady went to the back and never came back, the guy was stacking and put his ladder just were I was looking the jeans I wanted and he didn’t even say anything, then I wanted to use the fitting room but the lady was in the back all the time and the guy just ignoring me. You should train your employees better because is not the first time I go to that store and the people there just look lazy and are not polite at all. I will have to shop online.

Clothes are cute, the guy worker that worked on Monday august 7th was VERY RUDE, to me and three of my friends. He said under his breath, now I have to refold them all and every remark he made towards a customer was the snobby and entitled

Had some of the best customer service of all time here... Came in looking for a specific shoe and they didnt have it in the size we needed. Tyler and Grant were both extremely helpful, not only calling around to find the shoes in the size we needed, but also working out a better price, and generally being extremely patient with our repeated inquiries. Super great guys! We will definitely be back.

We were just there, my girls like the clothing here (Brandy Melville) and a few other brands.One problem last time we were there, my girls picked out some denim shorts and the sign right over them said buy one get one 1/2 off denim. So I told my girls you can each pick out two. Buyer beware there was some small print I couldnt see that said shorts not included or something.. (I literally could not see it) so that kind of sucked.. almost every time Im there there is some problem like this so just make sure to ask. (Also the sales people are not super friendly)
