Plus: I was able to get my wife a replacement light bulb for her car late in the evening. Negative: The Walmart credit card machine is about 7 generations behind in technology. The cashier took an excessively long time to ring out the two customers ahead of me. When it was my turn to check out, I had to try two different credit cards before the credit card machine worked. She also took a break from checking me out to speak to a coworker she had not seen in a while. The entire trip took over a half hour for what should have taken at best, 10 minutes. Keep up the good work Walmart!

Great food, friendly staff and off street parking. This is a place that Ill go to by myself to grab take out, a nice place for a date or to impress out of Towners. But the competition is steep in that neighborhood alone. My fingers are crossed they can go the distance. Good luck!

Honestly forgot I was in Walmart moments after I got there. The shelves were filled with properly categorized/grouped inventory that was very well presented.... If every Walmart was run like this 1 they would never have any real competition in the retail sales arena

This 5⭐ review is for ✨Roxanne✨ and ✨Niki✨ My husband and I stopped by this location this evening to exchange an unopened air mattress for a larger size. We couldnt find help in the customer service desk and we asked Roxanne if she could assist. Without hesitation Roxanne assisted us by joining forces with Niki on our exchange. Both ladies were genuinely pleasant and made us feel welcomed and valued by their efforts. They truly went above and beyond and I would like to recognize them for treating us this way. I would hire and promote both of them in an instant as a business owner. They are true gems in the customer service industry. 💎

There are super nice people that work there. Customer service at check out lanes is not very good. There are not enough cashiers. Also when you call customer service there, they rarely answer. Sometimes they will pick up and just hang up on you. I dont think this is related to the employees. I think they are not staffed properly to handle the amount of customers they have.

Had an issue with pricing on some notebooks, and the Sales Associate was able to over-ride the cash register and get me the price I saw Online. Way to go, saving the big bucks!! Thanks, Walmart!!

This Walmart has a large inventory of clothing. Dry food goods. Not a super Walmart. Tons of shopping steps away so you will be able to pick up anything u could not at this Walmart location. Full pharmacy with helpful pharmacists.One entrance.

Have everything you need at great prices. Went there for medical supplies. Instantly found what I needed. It is a good store.

This Wal-Mart is small, but its one of the nicer, more well taken care of ones Ive found in Minnesota. I like to go here for seasonal items especially as they are always right at the front of the store. The prices on clothes are great if you find ones you like. The kitchen section also has some nice, affordable necessities. I still feel like the layout is a bit confusing and inconvenient. There is only one entrance and the grocery area is all the way on the opposite side of the store. On one end of the grocery section are the pet and garden sections and at the other end, the grocery ends abruptly in automotive. As a general note, I feel like the black metal shelving walmart uses contributes to an overall dark, dingy, more warehouse feel to their stores.

This is my favorite walmart location to go to every time. Its very clean and organized and well stocked. Great customer service and nice and friendly employees who are always there to help if needed.

Terrible service, It was super Humid out and I was staying in town for a wedding and we showed up just before close. I knew what I wanted a pair of athletic shorts and employees tried to lie to me and said their closed. I reminded them I had 6mins before clothes and 2-3 mins in an employee was rude unprofessional and tried to pursway me to leave without my shorts. He popped out of nowhere and startled my daughter and I by saying you have to leave were closed. What he shouldve been trained to say is Excuse me sir can you please finish chosing your purchase and make your way to the register we are closing soon thanks for coming to Walmart. I know this because Ive worked retail, this kid was wrong. I will never come to this Walmart again unless Im desperate. Btw treat you employees better Walmart you conglomerate pile of Garbage!

Always find what I need in the grocery section there. The pharmacy is efficient and the pharmacists are pleasant to deal with when I pick up prescriptions.

Eagen Walmart 24 hour.I had a lovely time sopping I in a very quiet store at 2:30 a .m. No crowds, no waiting and the same low prices. A cashier even helped me unload my full cart so I could ring it up (do we remember when ring it up meant something? ) and bag it. Ship it. Mail it. Post it. My friend about a beverage says eat it. I found my car right away. It was a good visit. Im happy.

This Walmart is OK. They arent set up like most Walmarts, so thats kind of a pain. Grocery options here are ok, but not amazing. The checkouts move fairly quickly. Their funko pop section is pretty good and doesnt look like a bomb went off there. They also seem to restock and change it more than other Walmart.Major complaints are as follows:- Grocery lacks produce- Grocery section doesnt have a lot of food, mostly snacks- Grocery is very fast away from entrance and checkouts.- Electronics has smaller selection of video games- Floor seems dirtier than average.- Too many fragrance things in the middle of the store.

I usually have a good bit of that Walmart and the last time I was there I did but the time before that or before that or before that I dont remember what it was I had to have him look at the videos to see if they kept the woman and a man with throw my wallet and I locked over 1100 in cash and that was my social security card all them things but nobody ever got back to me it never did nobody told me if they watch the video if they found somebody or anything and I didnt appreciate that when they could have told me or had me come in and point out the big boy I know did it but they didnt do it so that was my business

This review is for the Cottage Grove Walmart. Not the Eagan store. Waited in line for 2 hrs. to get my first vaccine. That was 2 hrs. beyond my appointment time. For the second vaccine they didnt write down that I had already gotten my first vaccine. The second vaccine took two hours waiting in line. Not a good experience.

I like the Eagan Walmart is one of the cleanest stores and friendly cashiers. Great Customer Service is very important to me.

The place was clean and the help nice, got alot of great deals.

It was super busy when I came to do a curbside pick up. After calling the number for pick up 4x and not getting through, I went into the store. There was only one person doing in store and curbside pickups for online orders - poor guy! But he was very kind and quick to help and they even made it right with a discount. I was impressed by the care I got in the store. I actually probably only waited for 10-15 minutes all things considered, and the way the young man cared and helped definitely made all the difference between this being a 1 star review and a 4 star, based on my pick up experience.

The Walmart in Eagan is the way every Walmart. Should be so why do I have to drive an. Half an hour just the shop and a clean store. Where employees our knowledgeable and willing to help customers? Shame on Walmart for doing a quick money grab by having. Stores in urban areas that they dont give a damn about.🤬

I like this store, because I can get all my stationary and frozen items here. This is not the regular big Walmart, fresh items and not available here.

I enjoy shopping at my Walmart here in Eagan. I have very positive interactions with their employees who are cheerful and helpful. Also I have I like that the store is clean and the aisles usually are uncluttered.

Theyve been out of basic tshirts and boxers for over 6 months. The shelves are always empty. The curbside pickup is a joke too. Theyre incredibly slow to bring your order out.

This Walmart doesnt have much of a selection. Its short staffed and overall really depressing. Ill drive to the Apple Valley Walmart which is 20 minutes out of my way instead.

Only one check-out lane open, so it was a longer wait to pay than to do all of the shopping. Parking is easy though.

Super cramped aisles and low ceiling... Got what I need fast and used self checkout. The pharmacy is facing towards the main walk area, so the lines for the window go out in everyones way. Probably need to remodel the store at some point... :/

I went to cash my check today, and the cashier refused to cash it because my signature on the check didnt match the one on my I.D., mind you, Ive been cashing my check here for years with absolutely no problem. I am genuinely confused because Ive always just scribbled something down in the signature portion on the back of my check and no one ever even looks or nitpicks at it like this lady did. I even called corporate and they said that she didnt have the right to do this. So bad.

Woman at the door snatched my 72 year old mother’s cart and dragged her by it to check her receipt. She had 3 items and just came from the line. You don’t legally have to show them anything but if she was simply asked she would have complied. Stop shopping at Walmart or at least stop letting them treat all their customers like common criminals. Contacted CS and they said they will speak with her about it. Humiliated my mother and made her cry. Disgusted by this Walmart employee.

They always have a ton of employees walking around but only one check out person.. The store is always very clean. They keep the shelves full. I drive from Bloomington too get to this store. The one in Richfield is horrible, dirty and always crowded. Its worth the drive.

The Service people were nice and they did ask if we needed help with anything.

I purchesed a 300$ drone and it was one that had previously been returned. I dont feel i can trust their products anymore......they make millions but cant at least sell me NEW products for new prices not used for new price thats not ok.

It is what it is. A big box store that is built for one purpose only. To MOVE product. Money, money, money. Employees are engaged only enough to get the job done. Little to no customer service. Quickly discontinues carrying some products one tends to trend after. Very frustrating! Also, they move certain things around quite a bit. For example, sometimes its difficult locating a specific item youve purchased before. Say a fiber supplement. It was once in the pharmacy section, but then they move it to a different location. However, fairly clean store which has groceries and a Subway. This location is NOT a Supercenter however. You must also wear masks at this location.

Outstandingly staff & very professional

I noticed the family owned shoe store go under, then the dress shop, followed by the family owned pharmacy, grocery, gas station... Walmarts were popping up everywhere. I began to ask questions & I learned how employees are introduced to welfare programs during orientation at Walmart. Ive never stepped foot in a Walmart and very proud of it too. Especially since Citizens United sold our country to the highest (and most unethical) bidder. Mindless consumerism is selfish and Walton wealth is immoral. Be smart, be ethical, never shop corporations, your childrens lives depend on it.

Dont buy any electronics from Walmart its all cheap junk wont last bought 75in TV and quit working after 4 months right after the warranty period.. go figure

Nice clean store and friendly service. Just have to watch out for the person at the self checkout who steals your credit card info. When you have a CC issue make sure your card never leaves your hand....just saying. But she will get caught
