Great deals on what I consider to be the best outdoor clothing currently made. Its not the flagship store, but its a great escape from the other premium outlets there. Great staff, awesome service. Its like taking a mini trip to a 1930s fly fishing lodge, you wont regret it.

Filson is a premium brand, and I really like all of their clothes. At 61, 185 pounds, Im a classic mens size L. Too bad, because they have a very limited selection of mens large in the store. If youre a M or S, youll find plenty. L or XL? Not so much. They do have packs, blankets etc., and its worth browsing the store.

Quality stuff. Good things dont come cheap.

Excellent customer service and sales associates. Ive supported Filson for quite some time but will say the employees here excel at what they do, and that is ask questions and point me in the right direction. There is nothing in the store that is made specifically for outlet malls like other manufacturers are known to do, but some of the products are factory seconds and I simply cannot find the so-called imperfections and have had nothing but great success (ok, Borat) with their products. The only thing that I wish is that they go back to manufacturing everything in the US, as some of their apparel and watches are being made overseas(not this outlets fault). Top notch!

This is a review for the Rugged Twill Computer Bag that I have owned for two years. First, I wrote an in-depth review of the product for the Filson website. An email was sent to me requesting that I verify my review. To my surprise the review never posted to the website--that is one way to control product critiques! A word of caution: when writing a review for the Filson website an email will be sent to you to verify your review. Once verified your review is no longer visible in the email so you will have to re-type your review. This seems like another deliberate way to dissuade unflattering reviews. Second, the Filson guarantee is absolute rubbish. After less than one year of use Filson refused to refund my purchase or issue a store credit.The bag has several critical design flaws that limit its functionality. It is astronomically priced given its average quality and poor real-world performance. While the bag is attractive the cotton twill is thin. The unstructured internal organization is disappointing. As the internal dividers to do not extend to the top of the bag it is common for materials to spill and move from one compartment to another. The shoulder strap is ornamental and too thin. As another reviewer pointed out, the shoulder strap holes are punched too low, so that when the strap is shortened it is still too low on the hip. The design flaw that was the deal breaker--had Filson honored their guarantee and accepted my return--is the strap attachment. The center of gravity is so low that when the bag is loaded and picked up it rotates and the contents empty! That is to say when you pick the bag up it often turns upside down and empties out. Overall a disappointing product which was eclipsed by Filsons exaggerated guarantee.

Filson quality has fallen off in recent years and they hide it by not posting customer reviews on their website. Even at the super low prices at this store you don’t get the quality you pay for anymore. Pay extra attention to the labels - more and more made in China and even made by others and branded Filson! Unless it’s made in Seattle and passes a bunch of other criteria it’s definitely NOT covered by the famous Filson guarantee and they will refuse to repair it. Disappointed in what once was my absolute favorite clothing brand.

You wont find clothing made at higher quality or with greater lasting potential. Filson combines style and fashion with wilderness-style durability. A truly remarkable brand, and the only thing to improve at this location is the helpfulness of the staff.

The building is an open air concept so on a hot muggy day its miserable shopping! The prices for Justice were cheaper at the mall. The Pendleton store had the only employee to greet us (kudos). Majority of stores were on the higher end. Felt like it had the outlet name but not the customary outlet deals. Lots of parking. Clean area. Easy to find.

This is the best place in the cities for true and heavy duty, hard core work and duty wear-but expect to get what you pay for. My wife and I have spent thousands which wouldve been 10s of thousands if at original store. Amazing prices, products, gear and people.Deyra is a true breath of fresh air and so helpful.

I must share my recent experience with a purchase made of Filsons Hybrid Cruiser at this location in the summer of 2017.I have been looking for this heavy duty coat for about a year or so now calling at random different locations at different times of the year. I must admit that for this particular event, all the stars lined up for me.To start, I was lucky enough to have Eric pick up my call who really went out of his way to find this coat. We almost, almost ended the call when suddenly just before pressing End he alarmed me with: Wait, wait, I do, I do have one and it is a small!Just the size I needed.I was excited, after all, it is not everyday that one commits to a five hundred dollar coat in the middle of summers suffocating heat. Being that it was an outlet, however, I got the best deal in town. Love my coat even more when I know Im getting the sweetest deal possible.It was quickly shipped to my home where at the time of arrival, I discovered that the inner sleeves were stitched twisted -it was a second or rather a coat that failed inspection- and thus I was unable to get my arms through.I immediately notified them at Filson and of course Eric mailed me a pre-payed Fed X label for a full refund. I suggested to him that Id take it to the tailor for an estimate and depending on the cost -I wasnt ready to buy the coat a second time- I would decide what action I would then select.The regional manager Arthur was supper easy to talk with as he had no issues with going along with the idea of having it repaired and then reimbursing me for the labor. He was one of the many who picked up when I called suggesting a possibility for a solution that would keep all parties happy.Finally, when I did call with the receipt from my tailor, Matthew who is this stores manager waisted no time to credit my credit card for the $41.00 that I had spent on repairs of the sleeves.In all, this is one great organization who to me feels like they are all working as one entity or rather -a team. I recommend to all this store whose team of leaders Arthur, Matthew, and last but not least Eric will not hesitate to make your shopping experience feel like First Class service.This really was a superb shopping event. One that will not soon be forgotten.Thank you all for your time and efforts.Orlando Galvez
