Wow. I just learned about this place and had to see it for myself. Its basically an Estee Lauder outlet, so they sell Too Faced, Clinique, MAC, Smashbox, Becca, etc. The discounts are fantastic, but all sales are final. With Becca going out of business in a few months, keep an eye out for more highlighters (I hope). I was also able to pick up 3 full size containers of Take the Day Off, and the sales associate helped me shade match an Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation. They dont have every shade, but they have a lot. And Im grateful for the help with a shade match because I was planning to buy the lighter shade, but bought the slightly deeper shade because of the help, and its pretty much a perfect match (and a beautiful foundation). I cant say enough great things about my visit to this store. Ill definitely be back.

I had an extremely poor service at this branch yesterday. I came to return and exchange a make up remover “Take the day off” from Clinique because it was too oily and I was getting a rash. Sales representative was so upset with my request and without looking at my receipt she said that she wouldn’t return it because the product looks frozen. I explained to her that it was in my backpack and it got shaken, not frozen since it was 35F outside. Then she switched to her next argument which is that they don’t give returns and exchanges since it was a final sale. I showed her my receipt and was trying to explain that it wasn’t a final sale item and if it was it should have had a red stamp that says so. Also, on the receipt it says returns accepted for exchange or store credit only, but she replied that she can read english and it doesn’t matter what it says on the receipt. I asked her name and she wrote it on my back of receipt, but the name she wrote down didn’t match her name tag and I asked why she wrote a completely different name. She said that her apron was dirty, so that she put on somebody’s apron. I assumed that she was trying to get out of responsibility by blaming somebody else. Her name on the name tag was Jenn and on attached photo you can see what she wrote. I called her a liar and she was so upset and told me to go to the Albertville outlet to return my item since I bought from there and that’s about 2 hours of driving from there. Extremely disappointed!!!

Went to the store a few days ago and their crazy marked downs on my the fancier makeup brands caught my attention. I was trying to choose the right foundation shade and formula for my skin and I was approached by a woman named Olga, I believe she was the manager. She did such a good job helping me out the best she could. I left happy and I’ve been loving my new foundation as well as the shade is perfect on me! Overall my experience was a 10/10, no complaints.

I love shopping The Cosmetic Company Store. Favorite store, great customer service, great discounts and great recommendations. I pretty much find everything I need for my skin.

I would vote lower if I could. I went in with my wife and 2 boys. Both boys were well behaved, not disturbing anyone or breaking anything. The lady working immediately threatened to kick us out and ban us if they touched anything.

Quite literally the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. The Olga cashier kept arguing with me and refusing to exchange a product that was empty and kept telling me that the customer is not right while giving my mother who wasnt even involved in the matter a completely disgusting and rude attitude. She told me on the phone shed exchange the item but then proceeded to argue with me and insult me once I was already there. I heard so many bad reviews and terrible things particularly about her and I shouldve listened. Its a shame the manager is so rude, the company had great deals and wouldve been successful without her.

Good customer service and unbelievable deals on well known cosmetic brands.

My daughter and I visited this store for the first time yesterday. As we looked around, we saw a large Ermenegildo Zegna bag on display and on sale for $7.05 - WOW. It showed the original price of $23.50, then marked down to $9.40 and then a red line through that price and the price of $7.05. I asked the clerk if we had to purchase the perfume in order to purchase the bag and she said no. So, I said we would take one. She went and got the bag for us and rang it up on the register. She said it would be $10.07 (9.40 plus tax of .67) ...I told her the sign said the bag was marked down to $7.05. She left the register and walked over to the bag on display and said the marked down price on the display bag was wrong. My daughter stated they needed to honor the discounted price on the display bag. The clerk took the discounted sign off of the bag and went in the back. She then came out with her manager and they stood at the counter and the clerk said we were asking for a refund of the overcharge - a mere $2.35 plus .17 tax. For the next five minutes, the manager stood in front on the register and tried to figure out how to enter a refund of the overcharge. I finally told her to just forget it. It just did not make sense to me that neither of these women could figure out how to open the register drawer and give me $2.52 and figure out how to reconcile it on the register after we left. Needless to say, we will not shop here again. The bag was still a great buy for the $10.07 I paid but I dont like the way they do business.

They will never mention that there stuff are final sale until you already pay for it and there is no way that you can exchange or return it .

Always get good deals on makeup..mostly i buy clinique and mac here..
