Great ice cream and a clean store. We ate outside and the space was nice. An employee even came out and asked if our dog wanted a whip cream cup (how nice!!). She brought him a small treat and cup of water. Employees like that make a good experience great!

Dont even go to the store. They dont have any flavors. I thought BR has 31 flavors and this one had only few flavors. Their website mentioned flavors that I was looking forward to but it was not there. Please dont go to this store. Cold stone has better options than here

Store shared with dunking donuts. You know its all good. They have a drive thru. There were 31 flavors of icecream, sherbert. Dont know what other reviewer was talking about. There were clown cones and icecream cakes. clean store

Update 6/11: stopped by for a Dunkachino. They gave us “coffee” that tasted like hot water. Stopped on the BR side - ice cream selection is poor. Snickers one I did have tasted like freezer burned ice cream. Disappointed.Didn’t get my free donut on donut day, even though we went few minutes after store opened.However, we visited again today and were very pleased with the service and the ice cream quality. My only complaint is lack of certain flavors (cAke batter or pistachio).

I just want to thank the staff! the wife, 5 year old daughter just went there, all dressed in our pjs we pull up to pay realize I forgot my wallet the wife took her cc out of the back of her phone, we had no money, the wife tried to hook up Apple pay quick but that didnt work out. so the fantastic staff decided the would pay for us! never felt so bad in my life. Big thanks and you guys will have customers for life now!

Went here with our three teenage kids on spring break. Waited 5 minutes before we got waited on and they knew we were there they could see us We were the only ones there. Seem like they were out of a lot on the menu or said they couldnt make them. When my son asked for a Sundae Royale they told him they couldnt make it cuz it wasnt in their computer system to charge for. So I asked if they could just make it up and charge for each item separately and she said no that was illegal. Be at thats how she made my Sunday. there was three of them in there working and they all were rude and to top it off we were in there at 7:30 and online it said they dont close till 9:00 but they were already shutting all the lights off and closing up. And when I asked for spoons the lady glared at me and then went and got them. I wish we had read the reviews before we went there.

The non diary strawberry strudel had a really bad after taste the more I ate.

The four times I have gone here to get a coffee and breakfast sandwich they always mess up my order. Either don’t put the correct items or correct number of items. I do not recommend this location at all. They royally suck at their jobs.

This store said it closed at 9:30. We went there at 7:50 and sat in the drive thru 15 minutes trying to get someone to take our order. Lights were on in the building but no one answered.

Ice cream is good, service is friendly, but no one seems to know what to do. Wife got a shake that came out super runny. They used hot syrup which melted the ice cream. I asked for a two scoop sundae and they didnt seem to know what toppings were available. I got two scoops of nice ice cream with a glob of peanut butter on one side. Seemed like there was about a dozen people working and bumping into each other. Hope it gets better. I have such great memories of 31 Flavors as a kid.

I Found you thanks to a friend. I love this place so much its not the same from 15 years ago but Im so glad they are back. I love they ice cream and waffle cones.

What? No rocky road ice cream???Update 6/24/21: Tried BR again and they really are not good at all. A simple scoop on top of very old & stale cone (hardly no ice cream inside the cone) and still no Rocky Road! McDonalds is honestly so much better... Interesting with all the negative comments, no one from BR has responded.... Wont ever go again....

Great donuts, breakfast sandwiches, coffee and ice cream. I wish the donuts were made on site so they would keep longer. They are still great though.

I dont know and dont care about what the other reviews say, but this place is hella bomb. i got chocolate cookie dough and jamoca almond fudge and it was great! it also has other alternatives such as vegan, nonfat, no sugar, dairyfree items

Went Feb 23rd at 6:10pm. The drive through staff was rude on the intercom. Didnt seem like they knew what they were doing. They dont have an ice cream menu and then dont have half the flavors on their website. Been to other locations and would only return to them. Eagan location is not good.

Just went here to get a coffee and a chocolate malt. The lady gave me the wrong drink and when I told her that she gave me the wrong drink she told me she’d just add whip cream . we kept telling her no thats not what we wanted and her not knowing any form of english kept saying she’ll add whip cream. I told her no I’ll just take the drink. Next my mom orders a LARGE chocolate malt (chargers her for a large) and she receives a small . The receipt says small but online the prices say she got charged for a large. They didn’t offer to make her a new one, didn’t offer a refund nothing. Won’t be coming back.

I love Dunkin, it is my favorite and I have always driven out of my way to enjoy their coffee. I was so excited when I saw there was one finally in the southern metro! My only complaint is my partner in crime (pictured below!) comes with me everywhere and the other Dunkin’ Donuts in the cities have always had a pup treat for her (munchkin or ice cream or whipped cream) but this location refuses to give her anything. 🤨 just sad because this is the closet one to my new home and will become my home Dunkin!

The parking lot is super small, we had to park on the street. You order separate for Dunkin and Baskin Robbins, but there is no signage saying that, only one pick up sign for both areas. The staff isnt very friendly from my overall experience. Visited today for Fathers Day, I went to get my dad chocolate chip ice cream as a surprise gift since its his absolute favorite. The associate who helped me was rather rude from the beginning. Since they didnt have any of the prepacked ice cream I had to get a fresh packed container. He didnt seem thrilled that I ordered this. A line quickly grew behind me, when he was finished I paid and said thank you so much but he literally said nothing and went to the next person and in a snarky tone apologized for the wait. I was friendlier than the employee during the entire interaction. While I was in the store waiting for my ice cream I also helped people who didnt understand where to order while the associate at the Dunkin counter just stood there. Pretty poor service.

I just visited the Eagan, MN store location off Yankee Doodle Rd to take advantage of the 2 Pre-Packed Quarts for $7.99) which was advertised on their Digital Signage in the store all month in July. The promotion runs One day only on any month that ends in 31 to promote the 31 flavors of Baskin Robbins. This store did not honor the promotion even though another manager told me early in the month they did. I felt like they are mis-leading their customers by advertising this in the store and NOT Participating in the promotion. My 2 cents!

The Eagan Baskin Robbins is a rip-off. Netflix teamed up with Funko and Baskin to do an original Pop! Figure for season 3 of Stranger Things. Retail price is 12.99 for it from Los Angeles to New York. The manager here decided to raise the price to 37.99 (plus tax) so 40 & change. She refused to give a receipt as well since her excuse was that they don’t give receipts for merchandise, only ice cream. This is fraud. A total scam. She should be fired. I’ve contacted the better business bureau and Baskin Corporate. I understand that the employees are ripping customers off and pocketing the cash, but follow the rules. Netflix has been notified as well.

We stopped on a Saturday evening, first time there and not sure about return. Husband ordered a large strawberry milkshake, first she almost put bubble gum ice cream in, customer behind us informed us of that, and after waiting probably 5 mins the milkshake came out runny and only 3/4 full unfortunately when u charge 6.99 for a large it should be full. Big disappointment..

Arrived at 9:12pm and they were closed even though posted hours said open until 10pm.

Ordered 3 single scoops, charged me for 4. Told me I couldnt get my money back. Then, kept arguing about me ordering 4. I had 3 people in vehicle. Never going there again!

Showed up at 935 pm to get a icecream cake a bit over priced at $23.99 also I was going to order a peanute butter shake of course they didnt have what was needed to make that and I wasnt going to stand around another 10 minutes for them to make me something I hate having to repeat myself over and over again because the staff cant understand English
