I stop at this location a lot in the summer time. They have great summer section for patio furniture and accessories. I .get a lot of pots here and small things. The bigger items are a little lesser quality but still a nice price. I got a lot of end tables from here 2 years ago and they are still working perfectly. Check it. Out for summer needs.

I like the store layout. Store seems to always be well kept. Very helpful staff. Good prices and good selection. I love how it has almost everything from food to electronics but not a huge store to navigate around. Makes shopping quick and convenient.

You cant complain about customer service here. Employees seemed willing to bend over backwards to help you with any minor thing. Several times I was approached by different people asking if I needed help finding anything and they really do try here. Great selection of traditional processed foods as well as imported exotic foods. Like black garlic from Asia for example. Id never seen that before and I like trying new foods from far away lands. Check out the cute items in the garden department too. Bathrooms are decent and clean. Store is well maintained. I started going to this location after the Bloomington one shut down last month. This store is worth your time and if you live near one your lucky in my opinion. I stop by whenever Im in the area.

Great service. They help me put a Queen size split box spring onto the roof of my car. This disabled veteran appreciated that help. Thank you. 😁

I just wanted to write in to say how helpful Adam was. I called ahead about a sectional couch and Adam went above and beyond for us. He pulled some strings and put it on hold and was gave us very helpful advice on how to transport the sectional home, even though we didnt have a truck. He was there the next day to help us load the sectional into the rental truck and set me up for the Big Lot Rewards, which helped us save some money. I was 8 months pregnant at the time, he was super helpful and made our shopping experience stress free. Having worked in retail before, good employees like that, are very hard time come by.

Date of Visit: 3/10/2019 - Excellent visit to this store! The staff was fairly helpful but not overly pushy. Most things were of decent quality. Definitely one of the cleaner Big Lots that I have been to.

Great prices. Bought a couch and loveseat, now today bought a king size mattress. Good quality and price was right. The 12 month no interest is a great deal.

All of the employees were fully engaged with great service, and I love finding my favorite gluten free brownie mixes on sale.

Mostly good prices. Watch the dates on the items. Know the prices on items at other stores. You may discover Big Lots prices are not that great on some of their items. Always friendly service. Costumer service is excellent.

Unclean store and non existent customer service. Managed by an incompetent manager. They definitely do not care about their customers there and they wont help you at all. Its sad that this is the only location left in Minnesota. I would not recommend ever going there.

It always has what I want but one of the employees she went out of her way to help me I was looking for face towel wipes for my mother and it was saying that they didnt have any but I had call them before going and they told me they had them so I paid for what I had and when she finished with me she went and looked and yes they had them she came running out to see if this what I was talking about and it was so I was able to go back in and buy 20 pack of them just want to say thank you again

Not a bad place for discounted items. Remember to sign up for the card and check dates on foods. Do have some furniture . Drinks discounted. Also some gluten free flour types.

Excellent place to get discounted baby good. They have this every time I go in. I visit weekly and save more than half of what the grocery stores will charge you. The employees are very nice and the store is in nice condition.

Depends on what youre looking for. Some of the furniture can be good, some (like the shelving) are flimsy and cheap. You can pick up cheap boxed food, but watch the prices. On some baked mixes I actually saw that Cub and Target were cheaper. It is a clearance store, so whatever doesnt sell or is overstock in other stores may end up here. Just be careful and comparison shop - not everything there will be cheaper or a deal.

Love this store!! Sad to here it is closing! I’m afraid Big Lots will be obsolete in Minnesota soon!

Always end up spending more than expected, great variety from furniture to electronics to grocery to household goods. A good place for occasions (wedding, graduation, host, etc.) gifts.

Nice place to find discounts, especially after the holidays, but even every other day depending on what you are looking for or not looking for.

Big Lots has great deals on name brand nonpersishable food, furniture and household items.

Love biglots cause they have all household necessities for inexpensive prices, and good quality. The staff are helpful and friendly too!

What can u say? Its Big Lots! Merchandise always changed up a bit so there are new items to see every time. Clean and even has a bathroom if you are on a shopping marathon.😁

Good selection at reasonable prices. They are large enough to have your favorite brands and to have them at a reasonable price. If you are looking for a something of a little higher quality there is always Beyerl’s just a little north.

This is like a mini Walmart, excellent variety of items, food, clothing, seasonal and furniture. Very friendly staff.

Looking for deals! Found my Gillette Mach 3 razors, 5 pack for $6 and change. These are usually about $10 or $11 at other stores.

I bought a fire place here and it has only been 6 months and it no longer works. Its a big deal because I spent 599. I also bought a speaker it stopped working after 2 week. Dont buy anything electrical from big lots

The store is closing its doors. A little over half the shelves are empty. Just a handful of people shopping. I didnt buy anything but if you need to finish your Christmas shopping this would be a good place. Everything is on sale.

Selection and inventory varies. Try going a couple of times per month to get a feel for inventory.

Sadly, the Eagan, MN store is closing in January and some shelves are already bare.

Peter the head cheese of management there is a tool. But they have an amazing manager named Susan whos been there since they opened and she makes it bearable.
