Very memorable store for me and my wife! Her delivery of our baby boy started here of all places and we rushed to the hospital! Staff was very helpful in a very extreme happy moment!
This is the good store but I heard they gonna close the outlet in eagan. There should be some business reason but overall its good store and nice clothing collection and cool baby stuffs!
Shop online instead. I stopped in on a Sat around 1030. I was the only one there and honestly the gal wasnt very friendly with barely a glance, no smile, and didnt ask if I needed help. I ended up asking if the bras were on sale or just as marked and was told buy 3 get one free and thats the only deal they ever have on them. There was surprisingly no sign for this sale. I tried a few on and then looked them up online on the MM website and saw they were all 25% off. After choosing two (I didnt need 4), I asked if they would match their online price. I was told no. I said its cheaper for me to buy online then. She told me just set them on the counter then without looking at me and went back to helping someone who just came in. Not sure why this is an outlet when prices online are cheaper. Wouldnt go out of my way to stop here again. I guess if you want to try stuff on here and then order online after knowing your sizes.
Smallest store ever and if you are bigger than an XL don’t bother, they didn’t have a single thing larger than XL. Just like ever other place that carries maternity clothes, they think if you are bigger you need to only order online, you aren’t worth carrying things you can see in the store. Employee working did not acknowledge me at all while I was there, not one word, and they weren’t even busy, there was only one other couple shopping. At a time when your hormones are already going crazy and you already feel vulnerable, you would think they would attempt to not make you feel worse.
So upset about their 30 day return policy! They wont even give store credit! I was trying to return something within 90 days, its not like it was year old merchandise. Nothing against this store in particular - the person working was very nice. I would have thought a maternity store would be flexible and understanding at a time when your body is going through nothing but changes. I will be shopping Old Navy maternity for here on out.
I am blown away by the service I received by your wonderful employee Donna! She truly went above and beyond to help me. My mother in-law purchased some clothes online for me however they were too long as I am so short. I didnt have my receipt only an order number. I left the clothes at the store and she followed up with me the same day and personally mailed me a gift certificate for the items I had trouble returning. I am so appreciative of her willingness to help me and it certainly didnt go un-recognized. Thank you Donna!
I’ve been to this store coupe times and was always happy with selection and my experience but on Monday 2/25/2019 i was in shock how rude and ignorant was the cashier. I drove to outlet location with my 3 month old son. It was very cold -5 and super windy. I was ignored when I got there and by the time I was making a payment I’ve tried to use my VIP Shopping on-line discount and the cashier has told me that I need to go and get a shopping card at the outlet office even though it’s an on-line discount, every single store just scan the bar code on the coupon. I wasn’t arguing with the cashier, just tried to explain that I won’t make it with an infant and that it’s very cold. The cashier just refused and said she could not do anything. I own 2 retail stores and know that you could always make an exception (override a price manually) for a customer with an infant especially.Anyways, I’m never coming back to this particular store again just due to the horrible and ignorant customer survice. You guys need a better training for your employees.
Tonight I was thoroughly disgusted with the way I was treated by the store employee, especially on such a big shopping night before Black Friday! It was very cold out and I had on four big layers and my big winter coat. I am about 20 weeks pregnant and obviously with the clothing I had and I looked a little bigger. The staff member that was working at the cashier had enough guts to say to me, “how far along are you” and to follow up with “oh, you must be having twins,” and then laughed right in my face. When I felt bad enough, as the store was full of people, and other guests heard what she said, she said “Oh I bet that’s not the first time you’ve heard it.” I am very upset by the way I was treated as a customer. I will never shop at this location again and I will tell all my friends the same. I hope that no one has to experience this horrible customer service and embarrassment like I had to.
Why is this store even in an outlet mall? The prices were just the same as the other MM stores Ive been too and the selection worse. So dissapointed I went out of my way to shop there!
Great selection of clothing and really helpful staff
