NEB Doctors billed me $283.95 for a pari vios pediatric nebulizer - You can get this item 310F83-NDP at Walgreens for $99.50 but you do need a prescription. On line, where you need no prescription, I found a dozen locations ranging from $49.99 free shipping to $119.99 and numerous on EBAY for an average of $25.00 (many unopened). - I did talk to NEB Doctors and they told me they test each unit plus add a sheet of decals, a fun book for kids and give you a 5 year extended warranty. Also they include a bag to sterilize the cups in a microwave however they told be boiling in hot water works better. Their big plus is they upgrade the standard cups with two PARI LS Plus which would cost you $29.90 on-line. - So consider your options!

Charge a ridiculous amount for a nebulizer and supplies. This could be purchased at a pharmacy for about 1/4 the price. No upfront estimate, just a bill a month later.
