Terrible customer service and very rude attitude. I needed help switching a line from AT&T to cricket. They couldnt provide me with the service I needed giving me multiple excuses of why they couldnt. I told them I have never had a problem switching lines, so if they couldnt help I would just take my business to Cricket at the Mall de las Águilas. In the other location, they were able to help me in less than 20 mins. Who ever is managing that location in Veterans, should take some customer service classes, so he/she can train the employees. Because a great customer service is key to a great business.

Service is ok n the only down side sprint can be used inside snap but not cricket but the store is like across it. But if I got Wal-Mart or the casino or on highway 35 it works fine but not at snap like really.
