I had my vehicle serviced and within days noticed oil leaks. I took it back in and they said it was a faulty gasket. They took it right in, even though they were busy, replaced the gasket and the drain plug, no additional charges and this morning no new leaks.

Got varying estimates on how long a tire alignment would take, but good service.

These guys are honest as the day is long! I went in because my tire was flat and I had heard they do free repairs (if its fixable, otherwise you have to buy a new tire) and they didnt try to tell me my tire was unfixable and got it repaired in 30 minutes, all free of charge. Skylar at the front desk was super nice and professional. Would definitely recommend!

Terrible experience! Our teenager went in for a full-service oil change and tire rotation and there mechanic forgot to put oil back in his truck! They destroyed his engine and their insurance company refused to pay for the repairs and cost in full despite claiming full responsibility for it. We are devastated! There claims department only provided a rental car for a week, after we had to request one and took it back after they refused to pay full cost to repair the damage they caused. Our son paid for his own truck after 2 years and is without transportation now to get to his two jobs and College where he is full time student.

Ask for mechanic Cameron who really knows his stuff. Everyone makes sure things are done well and at a great price. All the services they provide are top notch! They have my highest recommendation.

Avoid this location! I took my vehicle in for an alignment, I got it back with the clutch burned up, a missing shock bolt, and after a week of easy around-town driving the alignment is going out. I asked for a replacement bolt, at the very least, and never heard back.

We replaced the tires on both our vehicles through Commercial Tire in Eagle, and we are very happy with the service and products we received. Both times, the service has been top notch. Schuyler and Terry are honest dudes, and I believe they go above and beyond to make the tire-buying experience smooth for their customers. Hopefully we wont need to buy tires for several more years, but we will definitely buy again from this store.

Recently changed ownership and the new owners are just as amazing as the old ones. They have repeatedly helped me with small things free of charge. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and Ive never had to wait long. The staff are professional and friendly they seem to really want to help the customer. I will definitely be buying tires from them again.

Had the most wonderful experience here! Spencer T really went above and beyond with my tire sensors (TPMS). He was able to articulate what was happening in an understandable way as well as truly tried everything outside of the norm to fix the issue. Well I’ve been there two times now and both times they were fantastic, professional, courteous, and extremely helpful not to mention they didn’t charge me to dispose of a tire that was left on the roadway and to fix a puncture caused by a screw in my front tire. Spencer at the Eagle store was extremely professional not to mention courteous and very fast. Thank you Spencer for doing such a great job, I will be back.

Wasnt an actual customer today but I will be in the future. I was next door at a different business and found my battery had died so I walked over to ask if they had a way to jump my car. I was very appreciative that I was able to drop off my car around 8:30 on a Saturday and have it returned before noon. I initially went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was called once to confirm if I would like the in-cabin air filter changed, instead of them just doing it on their own. On the same call, I was told that my tires were close to wearing down (which I already knew), so I said I would love a quote when I returned. When I returned, I decided to go ahead and have the tires replaced after hearing the quote and the $100 dollar rebate offer. So I left the car and returned later, after the tires had come from the warehouse. They worked on the alignment, as it was off in the back, and also took a discount off that.Coming home, the ride was smooth. My reason for taking off 2 stars, was the rebate form when I filled out at home. The only $100 dollar rebate is if I own a credit card through Firestone, and $100 dollars would be credited to the account. Otherwise, it is a $60 visa pre-paid card, which I do appreciate, but it wasnt accurate with what I was told at the store.

I just brought my 2008 Ford Taurus X in for new tires to this location and decided to add on a tune-up and oil change. I have to say that Ive been taking my car to a different mechanic for recent engine issues and concerns and never got resolution. I didnt expect Eagle Tire Pros to completely fix all my cars concerns in just one day! I just expected a tune-up and new tires and instead they fixed everything!! No more bucking from my engine and now more clicking from my A/C shutter! These guys know what theyre doing! My vans slider door open sensor was sounding continuously, even though the door was closed. My daughter took it in and asked them to look at it, and they started to investigate, but then my daughter had to leave before they could finish. I took it in again a couple of days later, and Cameron checked it out, cleaned out a couple of places, and got the alarm to STOP! Then he told me no charge! After spending time on it twice, they didnt even charge me for fixing my problem. This is my first experience with the new owners, and I will come back with future issues. I am a devoted Commercial Tire customer at the orchard/fairview store. This AM I chose a state vehicle from car pool that had warnings stating front left low tire pressure. I had do some rural nursing and was worried. I stopped by Eagle store for help at 7:15 am and was greeted by a friendly employee that told me all my tires were low. Had 4 new tires of my own recently mounted on chrome wheels on Ford F-150. Damage either dents or scratches resulted in all four wheels. Owner not willing to do anything. Have filed small claims for price of new wheels. I told owner I would try to find some used wheels at about half of new but he not willing. Ive lived in Eagle 25 years and never had a problem with any local business before. Owner Mark Peterson is a long way from being honest on situation. He was to be looking for some used wheels for me. I went down there three times because he did not call me as promised. I never heard of the $400 offer as he says he offered but that wouldnt even buy two wheels or one new one. Quite a way to run a business.

Just limped my car in to commercial tire on a spare. They got me in, fixed and all squared away. And they did it all free of charge. I believe it was Trystan that helped me out. Highly recommend their service and courtesy!

We recently moved to the area, and was happy to have a non chain tire shop close to my house. I went in to get a set of tires I had (new) mounted and balanced on new wheels. They charged 193.00 for this which I still think is insane, but I needed them done so I paid it. They succeeded in making a sale today but lost a customer for good. Which stinks considering I need tires for my superduty now and will need summer tires for our car this year. It should have been a warning when the shop was completely empty, not one car empty in the middle of the day.

Apparently I waited a little to long to replace my tires and I woke up to a very flat tire. We were able to fill it with air long enough to get to Eagle Tire Pro where they fit me into the schedule, got the tires we needed and had me on my way in no time. I have never been to this location, but I can tell you that they are good people who go above and beyond.After having dinner out with my family Friday night, I noticed a business card from this store stuck under my window. Turns out it was a note from the store manager, he had noticed tire damage on one of my tires and was concerned it was a safety issue. It certainly was... and I had intended to drive out of town the next day with my infant son in the car. I never would have noticed if not for his watchful eye. Great Service and friendly staff. I arrived to have an oil change scheduled so I could come back at another time without my kids and grocery shopping to do.They were able to get me in right away and even offered to run my little ones and I over to the store and pick us up when we were ready to go. 30 minutes later they called & said my vehicle was ready to go & had also had the tires rotated.The best part of the service was when they picked me up they even helped load my grocerys into the car so I could focus on getting my kids into their car seats!Thats going above and beyond what I would expect from any Automotive Service!Thank you Eagle Tire Pros!! Was able to walk in on a busy morning and get right in!They did an excellent job of mounting new tires and aligning our truck. They even noticed a few problems with the engine and sway bar and pointed them. I honestly felt they were just making sure we knew, not pressuring us to fix it right then. Huh? I had a bad experience and do not understand the good reviews. They used to be Big O and changed their name to Eagle Tire Pros. If you google Big O of Eagle you will read much more accurate reviews. Same workers, same manager (Mark), just a different name. There is no way these reviews can be real unless Mark has changed his ways, which he has not as of last week.

I have bought several sets of tires from Eagle Tire Pros (formerly Big O). Im glad to see them under a different banner than Big O as when it came to warranty issues Big O seemed to tie their hands. One set of tires wore down in half the miles they were supposed to get, and the parent company made excuses about why it couldnt be covered. The owners at [then] Big O stepped up and made the situation right IN SPITE OF the parent company. In my eyes, thats an example of integrity that you dont see much of in todays corporate micro-managed world. I find the staff at this store to be genuine, and have no misgivings about recommending this store to friends and family.

Me and my family were running errands and found one of our tires to be dangerously low. I called around to a bunch of places and half of them were closed, and another refused to help because he was Beginning the process of closing. I call Tire Pros in Eagle and they took us in even though we arrived a few minutes after closing time.They were helpful, polite and let the rest of my family stay in the car while the tire was fixed (loose valve stem). They could have said no thank you like the others in the area, but they went out of their way to help us out. Its nice to see customer service alive and well.

I came to Commerical Tire a month ago because I got a flat tire coming off of highway 55. I was stressed out and had my little daughter with me. They took such great care of us and my kiddo left with smiles. They had the best customer service and was a pleasure to work this. Thank you Commerical Tire!!!

The service here is kind of lackluster. The shop seems to not know what theyre talking about. This place could be awesome but they dont give you any reason to choose them over Les Schwab or Discount Tire.

Mark and his staff are helpful, as well as knowledgeable. Every service I have had is done right. My only criticism is the pricing on having what they consider internet purchased tires mounted. I realize that local shops face heavy competition from online retailers, but for regular customers to stay loyal and recommend their local shops Eagle Tires Pros needs to adjust that pricing. Just because a customer comes in with tires needing mounted and balanced that werent purchased there, doesnt necessarily mean they are internet purchased. If you penalize a customer with pricing like that, the less likely they are to make a future purchase with that business. Providing a service at a reasonable rate instead or tiered pricing is not just good customer service, its good business that will always insure repeat business and recommendations.

DO NOT USE EAGLE TIRE PROS/BUYER BEWARE!!!!!If you look down the reviews, Kay Petersons multiple 5 star reviews should be thrown out. Kay Peterson is the owners wife.I paid 562.28 for a complete rebuild of the rear brakes of my truck. Im currently at Les Schwab and it looks like the cheap parts he used have failed and now I have to pay Les Schwab 415.03 to rebuild them completely again. A complete rebuild of my rear brakes, with 100% new parts should last more than 9 months. During the rebuild Eagle tire pros did, of my rear brakes, he cut my emergency brake cable with bolt cutters. He told me he would replace the cable and the part would take a week to get in..... still waiting for the replacement cable 8 months later. He told me he absolutely had to cut the cable to rebuild my rear brakes. Les Schwab is going to fix this damage he did to my parking brake system, with my rebuild, only going to cost an additional 156.97. At this point, even if he ordered the part, I would NEVER give him the to have the opportunity to replace the cable; I will never be ok with mark or his employees working on my truck ever again.In addition, I bought 4 brand new tires from him January 2017. I have already had to replace the tires he recommended for my truck. I paid him 582.54 for those tires. I had discount tire replace them, due to those tires continually leaking air and excessive tread wear. I paid discount tire 480.86 for a full, 4 tire replacement in December 2017. Those tires should have lasted more than one year. I tried twice to have them rotated. His receipt says free rotations for the life of the tire. Each time he told me I had to have an appointment for rotation. I made the appointment for a rotation, with the rebuild of my rear brakes. He didnt rotate them with the appointment made.Currently looking at my options to get a refund on all services/work he has done on my truck. Most likely will have to sue him for the trash work/parts he used on my truck.The pictures are of my rear brakes when Led Schwab took them apart 9 months after he rebuilt them with 100% new parts.

They would not simply refund my money for a job they did not do, because I took it to a different shop to repair their work.I took my truck in to Eagle Tire Pros a few weeks ago to get it aligned after a leveling kit was installed and when I pulled out of the parking lot my steering wheel was completely off, I thought this was about the camber they could not adjust, which was fine ( Impossible to adjust without other parts ).I found out later that Camber would not cause such as issue and that the toe on the vehicle would be the suspect.I took my vehicle to Bruneel Point S and they found my toe way off and said if i continued to drive like this it would probably scrub my tires clean after a few weeks. I also noticed my front tires have noticeably less tread on them then the rear. I had Bruneel fix my alignment and now my truck drives straight like it should and even suggested ways we can get the camber corrected as well.I went in to talk to the owner Mark about what has happened and asked if I could have my money back for the alignment they charged me for which they did not do correctly. ( it would even be preferred for them to give me some extra for the amount of time Ive had to spend and the amount of tire Ive lossed since their alignment. These tires are about $350/piece ).Mark told me that them giving me my money back for a job they did not do is not how they do business and that they would have fixed it if I took it back to them instead of taking it to another shop. However I find that if they couldnt do a simple alignment the first time why would it be different the second.I would suggest anyone who is wanting an honest and customer oriented company to work on their vehicle to NOT go to Eagle Tire Pros! However if you want someone to rob you and return your vehicle worse than it was before you brought it in; you may have just found the shop for you!Id suggest to get a better job done at a better price at Bruneel Point S then Eagle Tire Pros.This particular store is giving the Tire Pros franchise a terrible reputation.**In response just to include their warranty:Every purchase and every service performed at Tire Pros is backed by the industry’s strongest warranty package featuring complimentary roadside assistance – towing, flat tire changes, lockout service, jump starts, and more – honored at 30,000 service centers nationwide.
