This phone store was great. But the one on state street. AND eagle was supposed to be open at ten and was NOT.

This was our fourth stop in our attempt to get signed up for T-Mobile prepaid. Dont bother with the store in Garden City, on Milwaukee, or in the mall if you want Prepaid. They will refuse to help you and pretend the Prepaid options dont exist. Come to this store in Eagle. Hunter and his fantastic team will take care of you. Wish we wouldve gone here first. 10/10 would recommend.

I stopped in on Monday afternoon with a phone issue. I was greeted courteously by both Tristan and Reilly. They were kind, knowledgeable and helped me resolve my issue quickly and expertly. Such a relief after having a terrible experience with another phone carrier. I highly recommend this store. It also has great phones and plans to choose from, not to mention state of the art accessories. Thank you, guys!!

First of all. I am a consumer who will complain if i feel cheated or am treated badly by representatives. BUT, WOW! THIS GROUP OF T MOBILE EMPLOYEES AT THE EAGLE STORE IS AMAZING! I have visited and called the store many times in my first month of switching my service to T Mobile not because there were problems, but because it was a new phone and the fact that T Mobile offers so many free perks and offers like scam call protection, free Netflix for the entire time you are with them NOT ONLY on your device but any others you have as well and special discounts and/or free stuff every Tuesday! Not to mention, the fastest data speeds, highest fast speed data plans and very high limits on the Hotspot. Add all that plus great customer support to the discounted senior plans and you cant do better with any other carrier. Oh, yes, and low cost 2021 phones that they will include in your bill that is also discounted if you do auto payment, all at a cost lower than I found at any other carrier. Now, for the negative points...Sorry, there just arent any. Congrats to the Eagle office staff of experts, you guys are the best!

Nichole is amazing! We gave her an impossibly old broken phone and she was able to transfer the service to an almost as old not broken phone my aunt had in a drawer. My aunt was totally stressed out and Nichole made it all better!I walked in the door trying to convince my aunt to switch carriers. I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years. Ever since the state street location open in Eagle, I have used the store to purchase my phones I continue to get excellent service. By far this location is the best for customer service. Last week I went in to ask why was having cellphone coverage difficulties within my home, By far this location Is the best for customer service. She was patient with me being an older customer who is not as Tech savvy as some younger users. She was instrumental in solving my problem by calling corporate T-Mobile and advocating for the customer to get the best service possible and to remedy my problem. I want Jackies bosses to know that she went over and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction. I appreciate everything she did on my behalf and because of her service I continue to be a satisfied T-Mobile customer.

First of all, I am a long time fan of T-Mobile! My phone (Samsung Galaxy 20) crashed, I went to closest store, Eagle Idaho, the only replacement was a Galaxy A12 which is so terrible🤮 that I cant even call T-Mobile online help so I can have a better phone. Still worth 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This location is hands-down the best place to go as a T-Mobile customer, or if you are looking into switching to T-Mobile. This individually owed location has a business/ethics structure that all other locations should emulate. They make you feel right at home when you walk through the door. They are calm and want nothing more than to assist you with your needs, even if theres something on your device or accessory that you stop by for assistance with. There is absolutely no high pressure sales/tactics. They even spent hours with me this evening transferring data from my old trade-in phone to my new phone purchased at another store, and helped me learn my new phone. They even packaged up the trade-in phone that I have to ship back to T-Mobile since the phone I got was a pre-order. I was trying to help a friend and purchased at another store, but I will never stray again. I promise you will not be disappointed. Check them out once and you will see what I mean and be hooked. A big shout-out to Evelyn and Brittany for their patience, knowledge, and care this evening. Thank you so much! Happy customer here!

Brittany was extremely helpful to me and my fiance last month getting us switched over from Verizon and getting 2 new Galaxy 10s. Very happy that we left Verizon and joined T-Mobile. The customer service provided by Brittany was over the top amaze-balls. The T-Mobile in Eagle is the only one Ill be returning to. She should be promoted because she is very professional and helpful.

I have never had really good luck with this store and today was the worst. My phone was updating and my screen froze. The employee said there was nothing he could do and the phone was useless at this time. But he was willing to sell me a new phone. Went to another T-Mobile store and they knew exactly what yo do to unfreeze the screen.

These guys were all so helpful! Robert, Brittany, and Jacqueline made sure we had all our questions answered and made it easy for me to transfer to my husbands account. We will be coming back to set up our new phones with them!

The store has really good customer service. I have been to the Glenwood store and not had real honest help! I felt taken care of and my questions and concerns were attended to. Thank you to the new faces I worked with today and yesterday 😄. Ive had problems with the last 3 warranty exchanges and its frustrating alone dealing with phones that have problems. So I appreciate Jackie, Ethan and the staff who really help to alleviate the problems.

Tristan was excellent helping me out with an upgrade today. He knew what he was talking about and made sure I wasnt paying too much on our plan. The other girl (sorry, I didnt get her name) was very nice as well, she engaged in conversation even though I wasnt being helped by her. An all-around great experience.

I upgraded to the galaxy S10 on July 1st and discovered on the 10th that there were some bleeding lcds in the display. I took my phone back and Jake and Kyle replaced the phone on the spot and helped me transfer all my data to the new one. They even installed a new screen protector on the new phone. It was a seamless and easy process. I would recommend T-mobile and this store to everyone.

When they realized they were out they went to not one but two other stores to get the one I wanted. These stores were across the valley from each other! They really know customer service. Went in today to get a new phone. The people in there were really nice. Its a new store and they were not busy at all. I got the new phone and set it up in under 30 minutes.

Before you switch carriers and have Tmobile pay off your device, be sure to contact your present carrier to see how long they will wait for YOU to pay it off. My husband ported out his line off my account and my carrier immediately billed me the $565 left on his device payment plan. The salesperson, Kendell, said she used to work for my carrier. She said the debit or credit card Tmobile issues could take up to 60 days but this is done all the time and my carrier would do a payment extension plan. She lied. I should have called my carrier before he did this, but I trusted her word. Dont trust their word. Check it out. My carrier does do payment plans up to 2 weeks, not 60 days.
