Tanner and David were extremely helpful and courteous. Tanner took the the time to explain upgrade and plan. New phone setup was fast and efficient. Best Verizon store I’ve been too and will definitely shop here again.
Will not visit this store again; we were told there was a $19.99 fee per line to add a new line to our account and upgrade another phone and it couldn’t possibly be waived any longer. I had to call Verizon to fix what was done for my $19.99 ‘set up fee’ per line because the promotional credit was applied to the wrong line resulting in Verizon monthly increased billing charges. The rep said he hadn’t heard of this $19.99 charge per line before… he wasn’t new. I then called GoWireless main number and even he said they don’t normally charge this fee but have ‘the right’ to. I’ve even emailed consumer advocacy as a reply in another review stated to do and no reply from them either.. Also tried dialing the store directly and get no answer. Beware of these fees.UPDATE: Consumer Advocacy finally responded to my email and created a ticket but weeks and weeks later, still no other response and no credit. Verizon representatives all very kind but not able to fix the original promotional credit issue! Be careful if you choose to shop this store or go to the Verizon owned store in Meridian.
The employees here are all so great. They were busy when I visited and I saw them greet every customer and ask if they had a quick question while they worked with their customers. Atmosphere was good and customer service was awesome. I didn’t see an upset customer once. Everything could be taken care of.
My husband and I purchased two new phones with the trade in of our two oldest phones on our plan. My MIL had an old V30 that she needed to take into the Eagle store for the trade and switch her phone to a V50. When she went in Giacomo is who helped her. He didnt look at my account to see what needed to be done and he charged her $20 (cash) to transfer the Sim card over to the new phone and sent her on her way. Didnt take the trade or anything. When I called Verizon customer service come to find out there is no record of the transaction! I assume he pocketed her $20 cash she paid. He refused to give her a refund and refused to allow me to talk to a person in charge.
They answered all of my questions and they were very nice 👍and professional.
I stopped into this store for the first time and man was I impressed. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me with everything question I had and didn’t make me feel dumb or little. I went to this location because the corporate store is a pain to get into and will continue going back.
In the course of three days, the amazing staff at this store helped us deal with numerous phone issues. Both my husband and I recieved new phones and had issues transfering data. Rett took the time to help each of us restore everything and get our new iphones working perfectly. He even took the time to charge my phone so that it didnt die while the data was transfering. While waiting, I observed him being helpful and patient with many people, even after his shift was officially over. Later that week, my daughter came in trying to get her phone to work after two years overseas. Giac helped trouble shoot the issue numerous times until all the kinks were worked out. He was very kind, friendly and patient the entire time and made the process seem fun instead of frustrating. I highly recommend this store and its fantastic employees!

Worst customer service. After 27 years with Verizon, I switched carriers due to the poor customer service. This was my second time visiting this store and it was worse this time. I had a young kid, who did not want to kelp me. He sat near the front of the store and the date was 10/14/20. This kid needs to find a job outside of customer service. Again, the worst customer service ever! Be aware!I was sad to switch carriers after 27 years, but due to my disappointment with this store, I had no other choice than to switch. I also bought 3 new iPhones from the new carrier.

This store is great! Piper helped us purchase our iPhone 11s and got us started. Luis later resolved some mapping issues that another Verizon store as well as the Apple store were not able to correct. He even sat in the car with me while my phone book loaded. That’s exceptional customer service! Being senior citizens with slower learning abilities, we appreciated the patience both of these young people provided as we are learning to navigate our devices. Kudos to Piper and Luis....and to Verizon for hiring such competent individuals!

I had a terrible experience here at this location, the team was incredibly rude to me and sold me a phone without telling me I needed a new charger to use it. I live hours away from the nearest store so Im extremely upset I had to drive all the way back just to be kicked out and cussed at by the manager. Very unprofessional. I’m not typically one to complain, however today I couldn’t help it. I’ve worked customer service for years, so I know how frustrating things can get. I always try my best to be calm and respectful. For context, I had a terrible time with another store, so I wanted to make sure my sales from then on went elsewhere. My first visit with this store was amazing, so I decided that it’d be my new go to on occasion. I wish I could remember the name of who helped me. My second visit was spent trying to upgrade my phone. I know it’s routine to try and up sell accessories, especially with an existing customer. I respectfully heard out the sales woman(piper). After everything was established, I declined the extras and proceeded to transfer over my info. She prompted me to erase my phone to trade in. I assumed all was good, however the manager pointed out she input the wrong price point. Everything was already activated, so the only solve was for her to call in to have things shifted around. We were placed on hold for an hour. I was patient the whole time. All the while it was made very evident they wanted me to leave with a wiped phone, so I could return another time. I explained that I need the contacts in my phone in order to work. Anyway, after 2 hours im told that I cannot complete the upgrade process without purchasing at least $60 in accessories. At this point I’m just trying not to lose my cool so decided to go along with it. I choose a $70 car mount charger (which doesn’t work).Fast forward to today. It’s been a month. I notice my bill with the new changes. I see there is a $80 upgrade fee, which was supposed to be a part of what I paid in store. It was explained to me that the upgrade fee was $40. I called in to see what their opinion was only to be greeted by whom I think he said was named Nathan. He answered asked how I could help, listened to me, and cut me off mid conversation, then pretended he could not hear me. *click* I call back in immediately frustrated, but I try to brush it off. I forget the guys name who answered, but he listened to me and tried to explain that the fee I pay in store is compiled of accessories, etc plus a $40 upgrade charge. I reiterated that I was charged double and asked what I could do. He then decided to cut me off pretending to not hear me then *click* in the same fashion. I do work for satellite tv and internet retailers, so I generally like to give us 3rd party businesses advocacy. This encounter definitely makes me shift my perspective. The corporate stores are the only consistently good experiences I’ve had over the years.

Was experiencing difficulties with getting info/data transferred from an older SE to a new SE. We were at our wits end, so decided to seek help at our local Verizon store. Rett, our contact there, listened to our issues, and went above and beyond to educate us as to what was wrong, and he went ahead and corrected the phone issues there on the spot. Excellent, helpful employee of Verizon!
Today I had the pleasure of speaking with the store manager, Rett. He was extremely helpful when answering my questions. I shared with him that I love coming into this Verizon store because his staff is extremely professional when it comes to resolving issues. They genuinely express true concern. One sales associate, Piper, helped me with my phone, payment and she was a joy to work with. I highly recommend going to this store which is located near Winco, in Eagle off of State Street. The last thing I want to do in my off time is to:1. Track down a trade-in that was handled by GoWireless and Verizon has no record of.2 Un-enroll from a several add-ons the that I gave no authorization for.3. Enroll in an add-on that might prove to be useful like the call filter that will put an end the the endless amount of new spam calls I receive since switching from T-Mobile.4. Change passwords for nearly 100 accounts after Apple notified me that my XR was jail-broke by whoever received my trade in phone. Im assuming this has something to do with the refurbishing process but does not sit easy since it was a business phone that was traded in. My mistake that will never happen again.5. Track down the $250 pre-paid visa promotion that was brought up during my conversation with GoWireless and no info was actually provided for. Thankfully the Verizon Chat service is a useful tool that has been used multiple times to fix the mistakes from GoWireless. However, there is no proof that this promotion will be honored.6. Attempt to decipher an invoice generated by GoWireless that includes promotions, charges, credits, refunds, and financing that convolute this entire process and yield no return. As quoted by the store Yeah our invoicing software isnt very good.The one redeeming quality is the service area for Verizon is the best in the Pacific Northwest. If I had to do it all over again I would have gone to an actual Verizon retail store or simply conducted the process on the Verizon website. I would have requested a submission ID or some sort of verification that the phone has been submitted to Verizon for trade-in credit.This situation is still developing and its been nearly a month and its still not resolved... not a good look good for GoWireless.

This Verizon location is amazing. Over the past several years theyve helped my wife and I out. Including today when store representative Giac helped solve the mystery of why my wife wasnt able to send out texts.Low pressure sales environment and they know their product inside and out and I feel like what I am looking for matters.I love Verizon and love this location especially. I wasnt acknowledged when I walked in the store, despite there being 3 employees and only 1 customer. When I finally was able to get an employees attention and asked for a phone another employee yelled across the store we dont have those in stock and wont order them then ducked into the back. They make commission off of my purchases, if thats how Ill be treated here then they for sure wont be getting my commission. Your customer service skills should be better than your average fast food restaurant.

My friend Stacy Ross’ phone began to act up 2 weeks go and then became useless. She spent hours on the phone with Tanner and his concern, really listening and constant communication gave such a good feeling that finally we found the right Verizon employee. Today we visited the store and tanner spent the afternoon helping and using his resources to help . He is an amazing manager and problem solver. He was such a pleasure to work with . I’ve never seen a more dedicated, intelligent and problem solving abilities are impeccable. We recommend him for anyone who wants the best in service and honest professionalism.

Thanks for the assistance and time the staff spent trying to get my phone to receive calls on Friday. Angel, along with the other young customer service representative and the manager Rhett, were excellent, and very patient working with tech support. However tech support promised they would be working on my phone to resolve the problem within 72 hours and still not resolved. Thank you all for your efforts. Both Bennie and Tanner have been extremely helpful and patient with me. They are kind and friendly. Always ALWAYS smiling and at times anticipate my needs. I have been with Verizon since 2011 and at times considered changing carriers. However, after dealing with Bennie and Tanner I am a customer for life. (As long as I have these 2 or someone who has been trained by them --- maybe clone them). You need to know their value and be sure to retain them as VERY valued employees. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

Jeff might be getting confused with the corporate store. This location by WinCo has been the absolute best store I have ever worked with. I went to corporate once and got less than average service, and since then I have gone to this Eagle store and gotten the absolute best customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to this location if you want actual customer service.

I had problems with my current bill and somehow had lost the owner rights to view my account. Retro at the Verizon state street store by Winco and he connected me to Verizon and I received the help I needed on both accounts. Greatly relieved! Great service.
I feel that 1 star is too high of a rating for this chop shop. If you want a used car sales style rope-a-dope experience then this is the place for you. They have the distinction of delivering the 2nd worst consumer/customer experience of my life. Outright lies, misinformation, bait and switch, stall tactics, ignorance of their products, services and promotions, hidden fees, zero transparency in your transaction, and all at your frustration, disservice and EXPENSE, $$$.Do yourself a favor and deal directly with the Verizon corporate stores, not this 3rd party clown show....Youre welcome.

If I could say this Verizon store, specifically Stuart, isnt 5 star, it is 10 star! Honestly, the BEST customer service I have received in years, maybe in a decade. Stuart was extremely helpful, answered my 7 million questions thoroughly and honestly, and very pleasant to work with. Additionally, the store as a whole is very clean and all the staff is very personable. I highly recommend Stuart and his store which is conveniently located off State and highway 55 right next to Home Depot and Petco.
This is not my first time at this Verizon store, but it is by far my best time. Michael took great care of me and all my needs. He offered me help with call forwarding, and even convinced me to upgrade to a better phone more suited for my life. Thanks to him I will keep coming back to the Eagle store. I worked customer care for a phone service and I also hated calling our stores because Reps always screwed people over- but I was really impressed with Benny.He really took the time to see my account, look at my plan and helped me get the best deal for an upgrade and save money. Micheal was incredibly helpful as well as friendly. He found quite a bit of deals for me and my boyfriend and was able to buy out my contract from Sprint in a matter of minutes. Unfriendly environment, bad customer service. I’ve been to this store twice, and neither time was I so much as greeted when I walked in the store. Maybe it’s a good place to buy a phone but I wouldn’t know because after spending a total of 45 minutes in this store I’ve never been helped.

Not a Verizon Corporate store. Verizon is plastered all over the outside of the building and throughout the store. So at this store there is a common theme spoken aloud...we cant do this and we dont do that. Dont waste your time. Find a corporate store.

I went into the eagle store to get a new phone and HOLY COW was the customer service fantastic . I worked with a young gentleman named Josh who treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism . He helped me find the exact phone that suited me the best, instead of trying to upsell me on the newest and greatest. Its hard to find a salesman that truly cares about his customers instead of just trying to make money, and Josh 100% showed me that he was a stand up person . I HIGHLY recommend working with Josh for your phone needs . You can definitely trust that you will be in good hands !

My husband and I went in to the Eagle location to look at possibly upgrading our phone. My husband was very stubborn and refusing to consider much due to costs. Once our sales person, Lilian, went over the the different costs and gave a us a great Black Friday special he not only added to our data plan, he got a new Samsung Note 5 and added a line for our long suffering teen who did not have a cell phone. Everyone in the store was friendly and helpful through the entire time we were there.
I have had great and a terrible experiences there over a 5 year period. Stuart was VERY helpful today, and with a non Verizon product! Last time a young girl wouldnt help AT ALL!!!Thank you for the times you HAVE helped me, and there have been a few!

We went there to upgrade a phone. It was expensive. We agreed to the replacement insurance. The kid doing the ordering was so busy with his own personal texts and calls that he failed to add the insurance to our order. Now since we needed to avail ourselves of the replacement, we were informed that no such replacement was purchased for that phone. They make getting a phone so confusing that on our daughters phone we were lead to believe we were getting a no charge upgrade and it turns out we have been paying full retail price for the phone monthly. I suspected that was how it was but we were assured we were paying nothing for the new phone because it was an upgrade from an existing phone and plan. Phone sales people are worse than the quintessential used car sales men of the past. Do not go here.
I asked for the price of the phone. They quoted $699. I then had them ring it up . I saw a second employee tweak the price. A third tried to fix the price. I overheard them talking. They were gouging me. The final bill was $749. I asked why. They stated that was the price. From within the store, I called another Verizon dealer and they stated that the price is $699 EVERYWHERE. I confronted them. They argued I was wrong. I left. I then went to the Verizon owned store on Eagle and Ustick. I paid $699 and got a $100 refund deal on very same phone!Dont trust them. Youre a fool to let them gouge you!

My daughters and I started a family plan at this store about 5 years ago. We weve been eligible for upgrades for awhile so I decided to check out the Galaxy 7 Edge after seeing a great promo online. Rett looked over our old plan & showed me how we could save 60 bucks a month off our bill, whether I got an upgrade or not. I got the Edge, an awesome deal on accessories AND a lower monthly bill! How cool is that? So cool that my daughters are also getting upgrades & well have all our devices insured & be paying LESS than we were! Catering to 3 people with their own unique needs & desires isnt easy-the manager, Tanner was impressive with his positive energy, attention to detail & his ability to listen to our concerns & explain options clearly & this takes patience, so I want to give everybody at the Go Wireless Verizon on State St by Winco a SHOUT OUT🙌for the awesome service! They all were helpful to me, as well as each other. If they dont know the answer to a question, theyll find it. I strongly recommend taking your business there!

Stu at Verizon is awesome. He knows what he is doing and is always thorough. I was very impressed with the service he gave me and plan on doing a lot of business with him in the future because of how he treated me and my family.
Their service is GREAT, they are most helpful, friendly and very knowledegable. My husband and I have both been in several times to either purchase a new phone or ask questions about the operation of the phone. Weve developed a very good relationship with Matt. He is always willing to take the time to work with us and answer our questions.

I went into this store today and I had the best experience with them. The store manager Matt helped me when I told him what was going on with my phone. I have never felt more cared about when I went to a store like this before. I did not buy anything at the store today but rest assured the next time I need anything for my phone I will be going to this store and asking for Matt!
