This pharmacy provides the best customer service by far! It is an extremely friendly environment, and I highly recommend them to anyone! ;)

I doubt you could find a pharmacy with more professionalism and better customer service than Customedica. Every experience I’ve had has been amazing and I would choose them over a large retail chain any day. Great communication from the staff when prescriptions are ready and they take time to make recommendations for over-the-counter supplements that may also be helpful for you. I highly recommend them!

They do not have a bathroom for customers.They do not offer a days worth of medicine with emergency medicines that may cause serious issues with missing one dose.They have a nice text message alert system.They have an off assortment of non prescription items.

Long term customer who is moving on. At first I was willing to deal with the inconvenience of their hours and location. Unfortunately, the level of service has diminished considerably over the past few months.

This is a nice pharmacy with helpful and friendly employees. I was able to get my prescription here for $180 that Walmart was going to charge me over $1,000 for -- more than 80% less expensive. They have easy access off of State Street with enough parking. The store itself is very clean and has a nice smell to it. I would recommend!!

We tried for 2 days to get a compounded prescription for our kid that the MD called in. We were told we would be called when the prescription was ready. NEVER received a call despite messages being left. Got excuse after excuse when we spoke to people. Called our MDs office who got some lame excuse the prescription was filed under a different name. If you have a child with a TERMINAL diagnosis who needs pain medication DO NOT use this pharmacy!!! 2 days without pain medication... Unacceptable!!!!!!! Medicap RX in Meridian is Fantastic! 10 stars to them! Wish we would have gone to them first! Wish there was an option to give 0 stars to Customedica. We will never use them again.
