Alright. So coffee was awesome. Honestly super good and unique flavor. The only reason im giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is:The cup, lid, and sleeve quality. The heat was not really held back at all by the sleeve or cup. The cup was super flimsy which made the lid come off, drip everywhere and I actually burnt my hand. So.Coffee taste = 5 stars hands downEnvironment = 5 stars. Cute little shop with some fun things to buy and a good ambianceCoffee cup and stuff - 1 star. Super flimsy.

Loved it! My family and I were in town from SLC and this spot was recommended. Best coffee we had the whole time in Idaho, friendly staff and a rad little shop upstairs made this a very memorable experience. Hope to be in Eagle again soon partially just to visit this shop again!

I love when new local businesses open their doors in our community. It feels better to support them than the other big names for sure.I was properly greeted by the barista. The location is impeccably clean and organized. A great vibe is imparted with the music playing in the background with the occasional burst of steam from the La Marzocco.I am an espresso and pour over type. So, doppio it was. The shot was good as one would expect for such a marvelous machine they are using. The Doma Vito’s roast is a safe middle of the road roast. And if pulled correctly, it is smooth and not acidic. Which it indeed was. The proprietor came by my table and introduced herself. Very nice touch.Come by. Try out your new local coffee spot. We need more like this. Cheers!

Great atmosphere and aesthetic. The coffee house is bright and cozy, and the coffee is delicious. Usually able to get in and out in less than 5 minutes. Wish there were some kind of drive through option.I definitely recommend this coffee shop.

Quaint and quiet place to work. Polite staff, macha latte not too sweet so thats a plus. I enjoyed my time here.

Awesome space. The main floor has tables perfect for big groups, but also a small area for stools. An addition to that there’s, a cozy loft with a couch. Great coffee and tea drink selections. Can’t wait to go back!!

The owners did a great job with this place. The decor is modern with a rustic twist. The breakfast food is friendly to gluten-free, vegan, and healthier choices. They do a very nice latte.Be sure to check out the upstairs boutique of local items. Mel has done a wonderful job of showcasing local makers. They also host many small community gatherings, such as a kid’s art show.They’ve positioned themselves not only be be a great coffee shop, but a true community meeting place. I got out of my way to come here.

Best cappuccino Ive had in a while. Cool atmosphere and good customer service. Would much rather go here than Starbucks or Dutch Bros.

This is our go to coffee spot! When I walk in the door they already know, Iced Americano with Almond Milk they always ask! How in the world do they remember what I order! That just goes to show you how much they care about their community and the people in it. Melissa, the owner, is always so nice and helpful. It really shows she takes care of her staff by the way they take pride in their jobs, the overall ambiance, cleanliness of the store, and quality of the coffee. She also has a cool gift shop upstairs if you are looking for a gift or just something cool for yourself. You definitely need to go check them out!

Stopped in on opening day, always excited for new coffee shops! Service was good despite being busy and loved the ambience inside. They did a great job building out the space! Top quality coffee, but didnt try any food as it was above comfortable price level for me. Will expand on review once we visit again, would be higher now except for very rude customers we waited in line with. No masks, brought dogs inside and were very noisy. Not fault of management I know, but would have been nice for someone to have asked them to be more respectful.

This place is awesome! The shop is beautiful, the coffee is delicious, and the staff is top notch. The owners Ryan and Melissa have done such an amazing job building this shop up with a wholesome family-friendly vibe while still keeping it cool and true to coffee culture. Also, the shop upstairs is one of the best places ive found to purchase locally sourced gifts. I cant recommend this place enough!

Great coffee! A little expensive, but if youre going to spend $5 for a cup of coffee you might as well go somewhere local. The customer service is great and everything they offer is local.Update: They have been open for almost a year now and there are still a lot of kinks to work out... There shouldnt be 1 person working at 7:45am and $7 for a pastry?! Thats a bit steep. I understand they are trying to be a boutique coffee shop that has extras offerings but I dont know if its worth the price.

Absolutely recommend!! Such a warm, inviting space to meet with friends or get a little work done. What I love most is the commitment to supporting the community. The owners do a great job of highlighting and collaborating with other local businesses. The coffee and other array of products are amazing! Go support them!!

Not sure about this place yet. Ive been there once. Seemed like a good place. The latte I had was good. Service seemed good. Want to visit 2 or 3 more times to check consistency before I jump it to a 5 star rating. If the next couple of times everything goes as it did the first time then I will increase the rating. The only downside so far is that you cant get a hot 20 oz latte. 16 is the largest. ☕

Every time I go in they are so sweet and always make me feel welcome. I dont feel judged they genuinely want you to go and enjoy what they have to offer, for this alone ill give them 5 stars. I have gotten an iced latte and I keep getting it every time because its just that good.

This place is such a breath of fresh air among all the stale and boring retail establishments lately. FINALLY, a place with personality and purpose beyond just cash transactions!! From the overly friendly staff to the perfectly crafted caffeinated beverages and especially the general store upstairs with a comfy couch to relax on while listening to vinyl and picking out some locally sourced goods. I will be back.

You can tell that the design of the building is close to the heart of the owners. They want to welcome you into an extension of their home but just their business.The service was exceptionally good in terms of being friendly and informative. Everyone seemed friendly and welcoming.My coffee was a mixed bag. The iced Americano was good but the velveteen rabbit drink I got was pretty gross. It reminded me of Paneras iced coffee in the worst way possible. It tasted burnt and bitter with an artificial sweetness I didnt like. This is most likely a taste difference for me as the other drink was good.It is worth a try even just to absorb the atmosphere.

We cannot say enough amazing things about this company. Not only do we frequent this coffee shop anytime we are in town but we used the coffee truck Betsy for our wedding and it was a huge hit!!! We are big coffee lovers (okay, coffee snobs) and this place just does everything right. Mel was so helpful in the process of personalizing everything for our wedding and went above and beyond our expectations. We couldn’t be more proud of our decision to use Coffee & Supply Co for our big day.
