Great company and excellent customer service. Troy met with us and offer ideas we had not considered. Scheduling department was able to work with us around the closing date of our home. Crew was on time and very detailed. 2 day job for the floor and one day job for the cabinets. Could not have been more happy with the finished product. Don’t even shop around. These guys are the best!

We have used Silverline a couple of times on some big projects. Troy and his entire team do a great job with thorough estimates, going over all details with you before the project starts, and always clean/efficient, timely, and reliable service once they come out to complete the job. We used them to redo master closet that turned out great, adding shelves in the garage on two separate occasions, adding a dry bar behind the kitchen, and adding a ton of built-in shelves, file cabinets with bench in the office. Highly recommend!

We hired Silverline at the recommendation of our builder to apply an epoxy coating to our garage floor and build/install some cabinets. From beginning to end, we had nothing but excellent customer service and communication. The quality is also excellent and the pricing was more than fair. Inspired Closets is the poorest company I have worked with! Their communication is horrendous (made multitude of calls, emails, etc - none returned!) They left my job incomplete, made no effort to make me aware of their return, and I would prefer a negative star if possible! Go elsewhere!

We received 4 quotes and Silverline not only beat the other 3 quotes, but they also offered the highest quality product, and their quotes were very professional, with 3D images, and a lot of detail. Their cabinets were offered in beautiful wood grain and other texture/colors, other than the standard plain white melamine cabinets that most companies are limited to providing. The handles were long, sleek, heavy duty, and aesthetically pleasing. Also included with the cabinets were shiplap style wall hanging units with a variety of hooks/hanging devices to accommodate a wide variety of tools, brooms, lawn chairs, etc. They finished the job quickly and the cabinets are beautiful. We would highly recommend Silverline.

The prior owner had painted the garage floor. It was chipped and peeling. Silverline came in and did a heavy grinding of the concrete surface. It applied a full flake concrete system with 1/4 flakes to the stem walls. Finally it applied an additional top coat layer to the concrete system. It is beautiful and looks fantastic! It also has a non-skid texture and is easy to clean.Silverline also installed a combination garage shelf and huge cabinet to my specifications. It is well-made, looks great and fills my needs exactly. I like the fact that it is securely attached to the wall off the ground so that I can store items underneath it.Finally, Silverline installed an ORG wall system in two different locations and gave me plenty of attachments to use. My garden and yard tools and electrical cords are now up and organized and not in a jumbled mess in a garage corner.I applaud the Silverline products and service.

The installation team was awesome. They did a wonderful job, cleaned up their work area. And when they were finished my new cabinets were ready for use. I am very happy with the end product. I would change the depth and width of each cabinet so that crates/tubs can fit front to back vrs. sideways.

We moved into a home with a master closet that had nice built-ins, but only on two of the walls. In order to best utilize the space, we wanted to have something similar added on the third wall. Troy came out to look at it and see what I had in mind. He is such a nice guy. It took us a few emails back and forth to iron out the details, but he never made me feel like I was a nuisance. The production wait time was a little long, but they told us that upfront and they were able to stick to their estimates for both time and cost. The installer did a great job, was very polite, cleaned up afterwards and was a very hard worker. The end result is amazing. It matches what was already there (although I personally think it looks BETTER than what was already there) and gave us a lot more storage. If only we had some extra money to hire them for our garage....that would be very cool. Good job Silverline!

We had our 3-bay garage floor painted. The process was clearly explained, and the cost was stated up front. The work was scheduled at a time that worked for us, and the workers arrived within the time frame that we were given. The two young gentlemen who actually did the work were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They worked diligently and explained what they were doing and why when we had questions. They explained what the next steps would be and the time they would return. They were extremely professional, and they did excellent work. All of the processes described were completed within the time frame they had stated and exceeded our expectations for quality and timeliness.

Silverline Installed a garage floor system for us years back. It has stood the test of time and still looks great 10 years later. Silverline Systems did an amazing job on our old industrial building! The old concrete floor was full of pits, cracks, and layers of old paint and glue. We chose the epoxy with the beige flakes. We were completely satisfied with the finished product and the service. I definetly would recommend Silverline to a friend.

We had Silverline install a quite extensive cabinet and work bench storage solution in the garage of our new townhome. We are very impressed with the solid construction and clean and professional look of the cabinets. Having them a few inches off of the floor makes it easy to blow out or hose off the garage floor and keep it as a pleasant part of our home. We also had them put a colored flake and polyurethane coating on the garage floor. It is incredible! It is beautiful. It sweeps and cleans easily. It is not slick when wet or dry. And it looks truly awesome with the color coordinated cabinets. Their management, their sales group and their installers are extremely customer service and satisfaction focussed. We highly recommend them for your coating or storage solution projects!

Sales/owner a great guy. Easy to connect with. The garage floor looks good. Workers were crass and unfriendly. Didnt show up when scheduled, didnt call to say that they wouldnt show up. Belittled one another, and the sales/marketing team. Garage cabinetry poorly constructed. Had to send it back to be redone. The redone cabinet doors didnt fit, had to be sent back. The installer of the cabinetry mocked his boss as not knowing what he was doing in his design details. All in all, the culture of this company is wrong. The owner/sales people were very nice, professional and seemed detail oriented. Everyone else was a disaster. If there are choices, I would look again closely before proceeding with Silverline.
