I started shopping kryptek after I found the pattern and realized that they were a whole new idea in camouflage. I purchased a few items in the Altitude line and was so happy with the fit and quality I continued to buy other patterns. I know own 5 different patterns and dozens of items from them. There customer service has always been too notch. They strive hard to make all customers happy and have frequent discounts as well. I started recommending then to my hunting buddies and after they saw how it performed many of them started buying kryptek as well.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service. Tried to purchase a shirt last weekend. But the discount code that was emailed to me wouldn’t work. I emailed them and got a response that it should work now. It still did not. I sent another email telling them it failed again. It’s been all week no response. I will take my money elsewhere, so much for caring about repeat customers. What a joke!

Kryptek is a great company that stands for great quality and excellent customer service! I own numerous products in all different patterns and have purchased many items for others as gifts. Coats, tee shirts, sweatshirts, headgear, gloves and other items are some of the few things I have. I own the Cadog jacket in Typhon, it is so warm and very comfortable. The quality is very important and the customer service is great. I love the Typhon personally and wear it several times a week, the coats keep you warm and are very stylish, I always receive compliments on the clothes when I wear them. The staff at Kryptek are amazing and very helpful. If you want a great product that does its job and well worth it, look no more!
