Friendly and helpful staff are reliable and easy to work with. They have a great selection and are knowledgeable about their products. We painted our house inside and out this year with their paint and it is of good quality and a good value compared to other comparable brands/stores.

Used this store to DIY paint much of my interior house. Staff is quick and courteous, and will often be able to have orders ready by the time I get to the store if I call ahead. Brushes and rollers are pretty good and organized.I would buy paint from here again.

Do not go there if you can help it. Go anywhere else.I remember dealing with Sherwin five years ago when they cared about customer service and had a great experience thinking a dedicated paint sore would help more than the box stores. Today they started helping me then when I had a question they could not answer right away they helped three people while they half-way helped me then walked away... and then when they drifted back they had the answer they found but did not tell me the answer, instead helping other two people. They had the answer but walked away to work on something else. Go to the box stores and get a color match, Sherwin Williams is not worth it.

Staff is friendly and helpful. I like SW paint and the frequent sales make it more affordable. If you have questions about finding the right color, they are willing to help.

Ok so Iam selling my house and needed to repaint some things problem was the paint my Dad used like 6yrs old and no longer had that exact color due to a product that is no longer used. Luckily because my Dads name was in their system they were able to look at exactly what was purchased (life saver!!!!) The employee I was dealing with was named Caden and he was AMAZING!! He was very knowledgeable and after bringing in my paint sample from my walls, because they also do paint matching (another life saver!!) He was able to get as close to the paint color he possibly could since my paint was discontinued. You honestly couldnt tell the difference thats how close it was. Well unfortunately when I got home and realized after painting half a wall the color was just a smidge lighter and not as glossy, so I call the store again spoke with Caden and even remembered me from weeks ago. He tells me to come on back to the store and hell fix it. As hes fixing the color hes checking in with me to ask if this was the right color on the sample he was showing me. After a few tries he nails the color and sheen perfectly!!! I was SOO HAPPY!! He also gave me advice on which products to use for my particular issue and explained things in a way I could understand. Now I dont have to have two walls in my house half of a color that doesnt match. He was so friendly and personable and Im very happy I had him to work with me on this. This is a great paint store. They have fantastic employees and great systems in place to help customers when it might have been a few years since they have bought the paint. So because they run the business like they do I was able to get a paint color that not only discontinued and could never be an exact match again, but have that paint color and shine look EXAVTLY like the paint from a few years ago. Thanks to Cadens knowledge and willingness to help I now can sell my house with same colored walls!! I will never go anywhere else!!!

I got great service in matching stain to a house Im staining. Very good tips on how to do it. Products to facilitate a uniform, professional end result. The sales staff were extremely helpful and patient.

I called to see if I could look up some paint that our builder used on our walls and the sales associate was so helpful in finding out who the painter was using our lot number. She spent a good 15 min helping me get the right paint I needed and then I was able to pick the paint up in 20 min.

Service was fast and friendly at the Eagle, Idaho store. Recommendations were more than just helpful... saved me money and helped me out of an emergency time crunch. The product was excellent. I love this place! Paint prices are a bit hefty but you get outstanding service. Employees are always enthusiastic and willing to help. Paint is good quality and if you sign up for paint perks you get discounts.

We bought paint here and all our supplies several years ago before our son was born. The staff were helpful and they had a good sale on at the time. We purchased one of their higher grade products and it has held up well over the years. We did two coats of a paint plus primer.

Great Service. I left my order and sample with the salesman and he mixed the paint to match my sample and called me when it was finished. He took great care to show me the matching paint on my sample.

The Eagle store has very knowledgeable staff and helped is immensely. Like, the Store Manager, also helped is over the phone with a discount we did not get while in the store and he gave us a credit over the phone. Great customer service.

We went to the fairview store and they didn’t have what we needed. Found at the Eagle store, we went to pick up and the door was locked. It was New Year’s Eve, closed early- no mention of that from Fairview. We got there at 2:15, a woman would not make any consideration for our travel or need for the paint/ cash register closed. We offered cash, check what ever to get our paint! No, No, No.... last time ever going to a Sherwin Williams store. I hope they had a great party!!!

I went in to try to pick out paint colors for m new house and the sales associate who assisted me was a very good and helpful and I was on my way out very quickly with a quart sample to try out. Good store and good servicd

Very poor customer response when there is a problem. Was told I would be called back that manager had to talk with representatives. Never got call back. When spoke with Sales rep was told everything was up to the manager and that they would get back to me by a certain date which they never did. The reason for getting a 3 is my usual experiences in the store are good and I like the paint. This time my paint never set up. Used paint in May 2017. Had to pay extra to have paint sealed. Still getting scratches. Very didappointed. This review is by Pat.

I have found the staff to be very courteous and prompt to answer questions and assist where needed. They have successfully matched paint samples to provide new paint for my DIY projects.

They know their stuff!! Very friendly, knowledgeable, took time and made color suggestions that were perfect, told me the differences between paint choices, asked if I needed brushes, etc. Gentleman helping me covered every base, every question, and was very nice!!

I showed up to get a paint match. I asked how busy they were and roughly how long to get it done. I understand it takes some time to get a match. A woman named Brittany was very rude and smiled when she stated that it would take almost 2 hours. She couldnt tell the sheen and kept on stating that she has to dry it before she could work on it like drying paint under a heat gun was a long and complicated process. Then she went back into the office and started chit chating without even working on it. When i asked how it was going she continued to tell me that she has to dry it and its going to take about 2 hours, then she again went into the office to talk and giggle. Finally another employee asked if Id been helped. I said not really and she took over and got my paint ready. Brittany was completely unprofessional and rude. I come to sherwin williams stores 3 to 4 times a week and from now on will be avoiding the eagle store. This was the worst service Ive ever had from this company. I would like to thank Cynthia for stepping up and actually working on the match. She turned my 2 hours that Brittany told me into a half hour which was much more reasonable and was polite when she helped unlike Brittney
