This is going to be short and to the point. The rating isn’t really for Hotspot, but then again it kind of is. I went to Hotspot to use the air machine. Keep in mind Hotspot doesn’t own the machine, but it’s on their property. The gauge to check air pressure didn’t work, and it was leaking air when you weren’t using it. It cost $1.50 to use a leaking air hose. When my brother went inside and told them, their response was, it doesn’t belong to us! Its on your property, it has HotSpot on it with BIG LETTERS with those creepy smiling Hotspot flames and they don’t own it??!! I rarely go in this Hotspot and I’ll continue to do so.

Always friendly, always have stock and the lowest gas prices.

I didnt give this place a one-star because they do usually have what I need when I stop in. I stop in every morning though, and the music is always way too loud. It definitely could be turned down a bit.

Good prices on gas if you use cash or debit. Ive never had my debit card hacked here as I have at other places. Cigarettes are cheap if you have a HOT SPOT card. So get a card you will save alot of money on alot of different things.

Love coming here at night. The guy at the register always makes me laugh. Went during the day there was a woman that helped me get a hotspot card forgot her name but thank u! Pretty well stocked and love the shake machine lol

Hot Spot is great. Could use more help because its a very popular place and stays very busy.

Usually when i go to this hot spot its evening time and the 2 young men that are there when i go are super friendly and very helpful... I love thedeals on the fireworks

The location is convenient for me, but I wish they had QTs fresh kitchen foods. Their food is all trucked in, so it doesnt have the same appeal as stopping and getting a hot lunch.

Its convenient . Close buy home for gas and quick snacks and such . If there atm actually worked, and a teenager hadnt asked me to buy alcohol for her of course I responded with a No I would have been a liitle more pleased with my over all experience.

This Hot Spot has one of the rudest cashiers Ive ever encountered. I last time I went in the store, I went in with my 2 youngest children. This young woman seen that I had my children as I approached the counter, also, there was only one other customer in the store at the time. When the cashier asked for my date if birth, my daughter (who shares the same Birthday as me), spoke up and said the Month and Date and that she was Daddys little Princess and the best birthday gift he ever got.The cashier said whatever, let the grown up talk. I told her what she needed and as I was paying for my items I told my daughter that she did nothing wrong and that the woman just wasnt a nice person then or every other time Ive been in there. As we were walking out I heard her cussing to herself, Im sure I was the focus of her colorful words. I will never go to the Pickens Hot Spot again, and had my children not had been with me Im sure our encounter wouldve been a lot less amicable.

Quality gasoline & they usually have the best fuel prices in town. The only downside to this location is the loitering that takes place there.

Its a great place for gas. The people are friendly and the drinks are at ok prices everything is kind of pricey. One thing they do have is a dollar isle where everything is a dollar.

Service was awful. Store was dirty. Employee cussing and screaming across store and more worried about getting with copy of underage teenage girls than waiting on customer.

A little dirty and the card reader at the pump I used concerned me it had issues I thought it could have been tampered with, I will not go there again it just didnt feel right. I purchased. Non Ethanol fuel but didnt get the milage I expected off that tank, I get 2-3 MPG better MPG from Non Ethanol fuel so I also wonder if I got what I paid for? Or was it just cheep poor quality gas??

The employees are pleasant and cheerful for the most part. A lot of drug deals going on at night though.
