Strawberry ice cream was very tasty. Mango was extremely simplistic. We ordered a funnel cake and it was definitely reheated. The staff was not attentive and seemed more interested in their phone and earbuds than giving clients attention.

My entire family loves this place. Employees have always been polite. Food is good and ice creams are delicious.

I Called to place an order and I was told that my order would be ready in 10 min . I went in 15 minutes later to give them time . I was inside for an additional 5-10 minutes . I Understand that they are busy but nobody greeted me, I was trying to get their attention to let them know that I was picking up an order and I was ignored by 2 employees. It was getting too crowded and I left . I understand that it can get busy but thats not an excuse to completely ignore your customers .

Zero stars if I could. I’ll reporting them to the department of health. They don’t wear mask or gloves and got an attitude when I asked them to. This is a global pandemic for one and two I shouldn’t have to ask a food service worker to handle my food with gloves on and then they all started talking in Spanish amongst each other. I just left the store empty handed bc they refused to wear gloves! Wow! Expect a visit from the state!

Went in for 2 elotes en vaso. The only worker there was super rude to begin with. Their price advertised for the elote was $2 but I was charged 2.75 for each. When I asked the worker why it said $2 then she said that the prices had gone up but they hadn’t changed the sign yet. I’ve worked retail before and the customer should always be honored the price advertised. Basic customer service knowledge. It is not the customers fault if they don’t change their signs. Terrible experience overall.

I dont usually come on here to do reviews, but this place seriously has to have some sort of organization when taking orders. The food and ice cream is great, the wait can also be long but I dont mind waiting. What makes me mad is how people can just cut others whove been in line waiting for over 10 minutes and them not saying or doing anything and will still take their order. You should really think about putting some sort of number system to where customers take a number and you take orders in order. Its annoying.

I go here almost everyday. Love the mexican snacks and ice cream. they offer great customer service alwayd

How do they have dine-in chairs but no restrooms available for customers?? I find that very unbelievable ! My family and I went almost once a week, but that is ridiculous. Although the ice cream is good I will not be spending my money there anymore!!

It was so yummy but it took a long time.

The chicharon was soooooo salty I couldnt eat it. The flautas were a rip off, potatoe and chicken....some were filled with mash potatoes, and some with a teaspoon of chicken. Not worth the money if youre hungry. They let a man clean the windows right by our table and he was spraying window cleaning stuff all around us, we were tasting it while we ate. The owner didnt even tell him anything. We had to.

Im so happy the reopened. We have been going here since they first originally open in Chicago ave .i have my fix every time i come here .great portions and great service.

This place has rude employees and owners! I asked for a strawberry icecream, the taste was awful it was in two shades of red (dark and light) I asked for a different flavor icecream and they refused....so I asked for my money back and nothing. Their policy is once you pay you are stuck with their product regardless if its good or not! 😡 I dont recommend this place!!

The service is lousy it took about 15 min to attend me and there were only two customers in front of me, when my turn came the lady who attended me took approximately 25-30 min to give me my order and it was only 1 yogurt 2 corn, some cheets and one palette, to finish I was charging and I realized that he had forgotten to give me the chetos🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ the corn was super salty and with very little mayonnaise. I had a very bad experience.

I came on vacation to East Chicago they recommended this place to me and I definitely loved its products are natural, there are a number of flavors of natural snow and delicious natural yogurt with nuts, the leg cakes, the flutes ... for that reason they are I recommend you go and try their cheese ice cream or their cucumber chili popsicles ... my next visit here I will be trying their products ...

This is the only one I like of all the Michoacanas I have been to here in Indiana, although sometimes there are some who attend that are not very friendly ... they need to smile a little more so that their stress is not noticed, especially ay A lady who once treated us very ugly was not courteous, she did not even look at us, the owners are very friendly but some of their workers are not (like that lady), just because of their attitude I did not buy anything that day.
