The person put peanuts, rainbow sprinkles and chocolate sprinkles in my yogurt. Then we had a hair in one of our ice cream cups (but they did fix that) it’s not the same as what it used to be

Not going here ever again! I’m sure the girl charged me wrong and I asked to make sure but I’ve never been charged $4 for a small ice cream or what they call a scoop. And there’s a .51 surcharge to use your card,which she never told me!..I used to like going to these local Mexican ice cream places but I’d rather go to Dairy Queen next time!

Everything good except this lady that works there alwaysgot a bad attitude ... This mexican short lady...And shes always talking bad about the customers....I overheard her saying something 3x since ive been there..

Excellent Paletas Selection!

I ordered the Funnel cake with powdered sugar on top, Chicharron sin Cueritos, Fresas con Crema Durango. When I received the delivery I received a small Funnel cake with SPECKLES of powdered sugar. The chicharron was not prepared correctly and the Fresas con Crema was wasted everywhere and melted and soggy. Poor quality everything tasted old and was not prepared like it was described. Very unsatisfied it was my first time ordering from there.

They always been great but this time was quiet awful. I ordered a gaspacho, now for me its just your choose of fruit cut out with lime salt and chile. I know a lot of places do it differently just like the dorilocos but I didnt expect this; my gaspacho had onion and cheese. It was unappetizing. We had order 4things in total, our wait time was approximately 30 mins. They have become were slow workers.

I wish I would have tasted the food but we waited around 20 minutes after she took my order. I was also with 3 other people whose order they didn’t take when they took mine. We sat around watching them clean for 20 minutes before walking out. Never coming back again. Get some better service.

Slow services, no type of customer service on the phone or in person . We keep going here because other places are busy and I can see why because this location has no type of customer service . They make me feel as if I am bothering for something I am paying for .

Everytime I go to this location the workers are extremely slow. They do not greet you. If I come here its because other locations around the area are closing earlier. I went in yesterday at 7:45pm. I was in line for 20 min only to find out the credit card machine did not when the person in front of me was told by one of the employees. I left angry to go get cash, there should be a sign big enough to be seen by customers at the front of the entrance door. But no, instead it was a small little sign inside the store where it can hardly been seen. I came back at 8:15pm and didnt leave til 9pm. I order 2 banana splits with 3 extra spoonfuls of peanuts, 2 corns in a cup, 2 hot cheetos with cheese, 1 yogurt, and 1 waffle cone with the colored as sprinkles around it. When I got home ( I live 5 min away), the banana splits did not have bananas and did not have the extra peanuts ( I know its extra), the hot cheetos hardly had cheese and it was cold, the corn in the cup was cold, dry and hardly had mayo, when the lady was doing the cone, I had to correct her, because she was going to give me the wrong waffle cone. I tried calling the store at 9:21pm but it was closed and no one answered. AWFUL customer service all the time, and to top it off employees there are extremely slow since when it first opened. Employees have an attitude like if theyre owed something. Maybe they shouldnt work there, because of us clients, yall get a paycheck. Hope the owner chooses his employees wisely. I want something to be done about this matters What time can I call the store or can I go in person to speak with the owner?Not too long ago I stopped to buy fresas con crema, I was told by an employee, that the crema used for the fresas went bad and there was none to be made. Who says this to clients? What kind of service is this?

Nice selection of ice cream, tortas, chips and other Mexican treats. I was there on a Sunday evening and it got crowded quickly. Decent serving sizes but no prices on the menus

This place had Great Variety of Ice Creams & Sorbet! I enjoyed my blend of Banana & Chocolate 😋. I will come here again in the Spring/Summer when the weather get warmer. A MUST VISIT SPOT!!! ❤

This place had the best ice cream!I ordered strawberry and it was the best strawberry ice cream I ever had. I had one problem which is why I didnt give it anymore stars, either there is egg in the ice cream or the utensils are being shared with ice cream that had nuts and Im allergic to both eggs and tree nuts. It would be nice to think of those who have allergies. For some people nuts could cause anaphelaxis which is dangerous and deadly.

Poor service! I went on Sunday 4/17/16 for 3 mangoñadas.... I waited an hour and 20 min! Insane! Then the employee with all the tattoos made a comment to another customer that if people didnt want to wait, they should come around the counter and help. I was mortified on the poor service. On another note, prices are not posted for customers to view nor are they accessible. They have been open way to long not to have that situated. Im sorry but I should have listened to my friends about their horrible experiences before trying this place!

This place is amazing! I love it.

I went this location Saturday July 22 2017 at around 12pm . I ordered a yogurt 3 ice creams and 4 elotes. The lady was rushing us to order, take note we were the only ones in the building. She take 30 minutes to make our order because 2 people walked in after us and stopped making our stuff and made their food first, ( while their is a second older lady hiding in the kitchen) . When we got our order, my 10 year old daughters ice cream was not right, when she tasted it was peacon not cookie. When my daughter told the older lady the ice cream was wrong, the lady who gave us the ice cream screamed at my daughter that the ice cream was right and she wouldnt exchange the ice cream, so my daughter started to cry and I got up. The ladies were giving me a huge attitude so I told I was going to throw the ice cream away and I would buy another one. So the older lady snatched the ice cream from us that we had already put our saliva on and the lady put it back in the peacon container. That is just gross! I will never go to that place again, not only because there people are rude but we dont know if we are eating other peoples saliva!

Call to make a larger order. For the reason I didnt want to wait that long since I have 5 daughters and bringing them inside would be more noisy and unnecessary. I arrive 20 minutes later my order is not ready ok that fine I can wait. But the ladies are in bad shape, people began to gather and just turned to look at each other annoyed at the amount of people now in line. This is right around the corner from my house but I will now have to take the extra little drive to a location that wants my money without complaining

The place is fine, the food and the desserts are very rich, the problem is that it is supposed to be a place to come with the family, the volume on television is exaggeratedly high, we ask that they please lower it but the attendant says they do not have the control of TV. The noise was unbearable so my wife unplugged the television. There was not a single client apart from us. For a moment we could enjoy what we bought but it seems that the workers love the rudero because after complaining about the noise of the television they turned on their stereos at full volume. In my opinion the workers are not to listen to music or do what they like but to please the client because our consumption pays their salary ...

This place is covered in ROACHES. Employees seemed unbothered and had the audacity to ring up everything that we tossed in the trash claiming they’re “not in the food”This place is full of Roaches. And the employees as if nothing. They said they werent from ai. When they charged, they charged EVERYTHING THAT WENT TO THE GARBAGE because there are no cockroaches in the food

Its horrible you can not enjoy your food because of too much noise of its music that is at full volume in the kitchen and on the other hand the T.V. at full volume. As? Im supposed to be enjoying my family. If we can not talk then, so much noise you come out with a headache. Apart from the TV programs that they put in the TV why? They do not make something productive for family or children. They only put Novels. It is supposed to be a family center. Not a club of flaggers. Besides, you ask the workers to please lower the volume to the music or change the TV program and get angry. Before, it was the meeting place for all my friends and family but less and less friends want to come to me.

The place is terrible little hygiene Of the employees they do not use gloves Of lattes For the preparation of the cakes, yogurts, nor chicarrones. Nor any other product for sale. .. definitively this place needs an immediate inspection since at first sight it is seen that it should be closed due to lack of hygiene and cleanliness the only bathroom they have does not keep it clean I had seen places similar to this one but this really is a danger For the consumer, if the cockroaches can be seen with the naked eye ...
