I called yesterday to order an arrangement for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Unbeknownst to me, both of our children, their spouses and our sons in laws had ordered from the same florist! All were delivered this morning together, and all are beautiful: two arrangements and one orchid flower, supplemented by a balloon and box of chocolates. I could not recommend this florist more highly!!

So I search for a florist late Sunday night knowing I must get flowers delivered in Long Island NY Monday, a wonderful arrangement Monday morning, delivered Monday afternoon.With the internet you can search, write, emails to specific business websites, leave detailed information, phone numbers to confirm your order. We’ve all placed long distance orders…Since LA to NY is 3 hours ahead, best that I still call first thing Monday 6am LA time….9am NY time to confirm the website email order will be written up and I should be able to confirm and pay for my order.I call. “Hi did you receive the website order/email I sent?”Owner…”WE DONT DO EMAIL ORDERS!”ME. “Ok… well I’d like to place an order, your website HAD an email link for messages”Owner…”WE DONT HAVE EMAIL! WE DONT HAVE EMAIL ORDERS!”ME. “I’d like to place an order for delivery today, here’s the order, here’s the $ amount”Owner…”I CANT HEAR YOU”ME. “here’s the order and amount (after moving outside at 6am to see if that was the problem)Owner…”FINE. IT WILL BE DELIVERED TODAY”What was delivered when “exotics” were requested, was some type of luncheon table dressing leftovers…for my sisters wedding reception.BEWARE, CHEAPEST NASTY ARRANGEMENT WITH LEFTOVERS I’VE NEVER HAD THE ABILITY TO REFUSE….LONG DISTANCE AT 6AM.AND THE OWNER, MICHAEL…as nasty as his cheap luncheon leftovers. SAD.

My experience could not have been any better had it been written into a script! I needed an arrangement sent to a friend who had recently lost a family member. I wanted to send something with deep meaning to her. I spoke with Alexandra, one of the owners. Alex not only listened as I described who my friend is as a person, but crafted and delivered the most incredibly creative and unique piece of floral artwork that perfectly captured the essence of my friend! I cannot say enough about the creativity, timely response, professionalism and compassion of this florist. THANK YOU! Highly recommend.

A wonderful no-nonsense, no attitude florist which stands apart from a number of other East End establishments. The flowers are fairly priced and, most important, very fresh. Ordered roses of Valentines Day which lasted a solid week. Highly recommend.

The man in charge of this place is both unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. While waiting in line with other costumers, he seemed completely comfortable yelling at his employees, who were the only helpful and friendly people working in the shop. I purchased a pair of balloons and did not even make it 3 blocks before one balloon popped. The balloons were for a child’s 10th birthday, so we immediately turned around to get a replacement for the 0 balloon. When we walked in, the man responded with “I didn’t pop it, you did” and nearly refused to replace the 0. He began inflating the already popped balloon. Each number balloon was $40, making our total $80 yet he was unwilling to compensate for the faulty balloon. His tone and commentary were both disrespectful and argumentative. Though the other staff members were completely understanding and helpful, he had no problem causing an argument over a defective product. Long story short, we suggest going to the party shoppe nearby for any party supplies.

My order was delivered earlier than requested but they delivered a second arrangement even more beautiful than the first on the correct day and were very nice about it. I will definitely use them again next time I send flowers to friends in East Hampton.

After reading the many wonderful reviews about the personal service, I phoned the florist shop. Im in Chicago and wanted to send some flowers to a local East Hampton resident who had just lost his father. Instead of the personal service that other reviewers described, I was summarily directed to the florists website to complete my order. The man who answered couldnt get me off the phone fast enough. I will NOT be giving them my business.

I absolutely love this place, theyre true artists! Their Bouquets never disappoint and their delivery is always reliable..... If you have the means, its so important to continue supporting these amazing small businesses during this time of horrible economic hardship! East Hampton Florist is always my go-to!

Inferior product. Horrible customer service. Delivery not at requested time. Contrary to many other similar vendors, no confirmation of delivery. Item delivered without a card and not in an appropriate way. Manager/Owner Michael apologizes even as he is interrupting and arguing with the customer. There are other flower shops in the area; no need to frequent this one.

Fast friendly service, with fresh arrangements available premade daily. Flowers were a smash hit with my parents for their anniversary. The arrangement last a whole week. Definitely would buy again.

I live in Colombia and wanted to send my best friend in East Hampton something special for her birthday. I was looking for a local florist whose arrangements were more bespoke/creative/unique, and came across East Hampton Florist The flowers exceeded expectations! I got the Best Wishes Bouquet mix; they were delivered the same day and, man, were they beautiful. My friend wouldnt stop sending photos. We called at the last minute and they went out of their way to deliver a gorgeous arrangement. Price was very reasonable and the people were so kind. They came recommended to me by the funeral director and I will definitely be using them again.

They got my name right for billing purposes, but completely wrong on the card. Recipient had no idea who had sent that flowers.

The order was really easy to make online and it was great to know that the arrangement was delivered as requested and in a timely fashion. The service was exceptional! The woman who delivered the flowers made sure to explain any care instructions the flowers would need in the days to come, which was a nice touch. The arrangements Ive had made at the shop have always been beautiful and seem to last quite a bit so the quality of their flowers is very good too. A definite place I would recommend to friends.

Asked for a early delivery time. Did not get delivered on time. No where near on time. Asked for morning, got the flowers at closing time 6:00. Terrible customer service. Called numerous times to ask about a delivery time, all I kept getting told was the flowers are out for delivery- we do not know when they will be delivered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I made a last minute order on a Sunday and she came through for me and had it delivered. Shes very patient and understanding. I actually had a problem with my card but she went ahead and did it for me anyways. In the end it was all sorted out and on top of that she gave me a discount! Shes the best. This is the best florist in town! I shop there often and all my flowers last long all the time, staff is very helpful and always with a smile. They are great with any type of event any where from a small party in your backyard to a big wedding in a elegant venue. I highly recommend east Hampton florist

I used to love this florist. They’ve always been professional and great.I got an arrangement sent to me for Easter Sunday and this year it was very bad.The flowers seemed to be arranged by a novice, the colors clashed and it looked cheap,Some of the flowers looked old and were wide open, not tight. Today, Monday, most of theflowers are almost dead. I will have to throw them away tomorrow. That means it lasted 2 days only.I called after I received them to tell the manager who listened for a moment, then chastisedme, told me I didn’t know what I was talking about and hung up on me.I was talking in a calm voice to him.Will never allow anyone I know to use this florist again for flower arrangements for me.I will never use them again, and I’ve always dropped in to get flowers myself, from thisbusiness. I had to give them one star here. I didn’t want to give them any. They are the worst.Call the florist in Bridgehampton or Amagansett. Horrible service

Very disappointing start to flower shopping .. had an appointment for weeks to meet in the store with owner beth. Drove an hour and a half to be there for my 12 pm appointment to discuss wedding flowers for the first time. get to the door to find it locked but sign says open 11-4 . call studio, owner picks up and tells me that i cant be at the store today because they are closed meanwhile sign says differently and someone was inside building. i told her we had a scheduled appointment to which she remembers and says shes cant make it because she is sick . came all the way out there for nothing . However not a complete waste of time because while i was out there i figured i would look up nearby florists. ended up meeting with mary at strawberry fields who was lovely and more then accommodating. I totally get things happen but it was very bad business.

They make beautifully thought out floral arrangements and their prices cannot be beat anywhere in the Hamptons. I patronized a competitor of East Hampton Florist for many years but once I came here and realized that I could get the samew floral assortments but fresher, and at nearly HALF THE PRICE, I became a loyal customer! I highly recommend using them!
