Petit Blue created a BEAUTIFUL balloon bouquet for my friend’s 40th Birthday!!! Colleen, the owner, went above & beyond to help us select our arrangement and she even went out of her way to deliver them for us!!! So kind & thoughtful!!! She really helped to make my friend’s birthday special! If you are looking for fabulous balloons- definitely go to Petit Blue!!!🎈⭐️⚡️🎀🎈

Low satisfaction with customer service. While the items at petit blue are unique and cute, I have to give a one star for rude staff, specifically who I worked with for an order. The owner, Colleen, is abrasive, arrogant, and plain rude when speaking. Not sure if there’s a particular reason social interactions are hard but she definitely comes off impolite and aggressive.

The best place you can go in Long Island for anything party/gift related. The cutest boutique gifts and decor. I brought ombré balloons which are very difficult to blow up and to keep floating but the owner had all the equipment and didn’t charge extra for the amount of helium used. She went out of her way to explain everything and make my birthday feel special. Her balloons and decorations are top notch and her designs are beautiful. DO NOT GO NEXT DOOR TO THE BALLOON STORE GO TO PETIT BLUE.

Colleen prides herself on personal attention and amazing customer service, as well as unique items. Best in EH if you are planning a party, need gifts - anything for kids. She re-did all my balloons (and there were a lot) after there was a schedule change for the party - incredibly gracious and super appreciated. Shes incredible with advice - I put myself entirely in her hands!! Highly recommend.

Petit Blue is such a lovely store. Once you walk in you feel a sense of calm and wonder- it feels like home. The products are unique and special. Petit Blue really does make your dreams come true; from balloons, party essentials, adorable plush items, and more. I always love my time there.

10/10 experience!! Overly accommodating and made ALL of our mermaid birthday dreams come true! Also, if you’re lucky enough to meet the most beautiful dog, Ruby, your day will be made. Best service and amazing products.

I absolutely love Petit Blue! I find the cutest things there I love the bath bombs especially. Everything in the store is curated by the owner Colleen, she has exquisite taste and always has her hands in helping build a community. Definitely check it out.

Greeted at the door with a welcoming staff to find the perfect gift for your little one. I highly recommend, found a great Thomas the train set for my nephew.

Petit Blue carries the most unique gifts I have ever seen in a toy store in the Hamptons. They are hard to find anywhere else, very high quality, and Colleen is so knowledgeable and helpful.

Absolutely love Petit Blue. I have not seen a store on Long Island that has such unique items. Steiff, Love Mae, Maileg, Egg-Baby, Hape, Jellycat, and many other brands!!! Big fan of Petit Blue!
