SCAM ARTISTS! This place is scamming people. Guy tried to charge me $30 for a sim card. Called ATT and they said SIM cards are free. ATT sent me one in the mail and I reported this location. Dont let these people try to steal your money.

Even during covid times these guys do their very best to provide excellent service.

We live in East Hampton and get virtually no cellular coverage, despite a monthly ATT bill of $420 for four lines. I went to the store to buy a booster, which they did not have. I asked to remove the insurance fees on the lines, which they said they couldn’t do. They said to call 611, but I had just spent the morning on hold or being bounced around trying to get answers. Not sure what this store is good for.

This store sells COUNTERFEIT Apple merchandise. The accessories are branded Apple, but they are NOT AUTHENTIC Apple products. The owner has been made aware of this and is now intentionally defrauding customers.

I needed New service for my daughter on her Iphone for a trip to France; they provided great friendly one on one service and dedicated to assit u on plans and optionsSo glad we have this ATAT store here in EASTHAMPTON that we can count on

This is a small center but the help desk is jovial and quick.

Not a good experience at all. Owner told me I could not add my new AT&T phone number to my wifes phone so he could sell me a new phone. After the new phone was in use and my wife was not happy with it I discovered that her older phone could be used and still is today. Not honest people run that store and AT&T is not happy either!

Excellent service from the team in East Hampton.They also fixed a problem in my phone with time and care.
