Kyle was an awesome help! My husband is very particular about his phones and did not want anything that the store had in stock. Kyle said not problem! He special ordered the phone my husband did hours of research on, and got it in in two days. When we came in he was helpful and answered our one hundred questions without complaint. Best customer service Ive experienced at a cell phone store. Chris took care of me in a very tamely manner, and made sure I was making an informed decision on my purchase.

I had an iPhone crisis recently...unable to send or receive text messages...definitely a crisis during this pandemic. Upon calling in for help, Dylan suggested I come into the store if that was possible and he would try to assist me.I was able to visit the store the next day and Dylan calmly worked with me to try to resolve this issue. He patiently and skillfully saved what he could but it was necessary to upgrade to a newer phone. Dylan helped me through this process step by step.I am very grateful for Dylan’s kindness and patience in dealing with my issues and concerns. The best experience I’ve ever had buying a phone. All of the employees there were friendly and cared about my experience and me getting the best deal. I just left the East Hampton, CT store. Keith was extremely helpful in helping me to understand what plans were out there for me and offered good alternatives to what I currently have and also included my wife as a potential new customer. As soon as I walked in the East Hampton store a friendly salesman greeted me, asked how he could help me . I was taking very good care of by Dylan, I am quite clueless when it comes to Phones & electronics . Dylan was extremely patient with me explaining everything about the iPhone 11 Pro so I could understand . When I got home I had a few questions and called the store, again Dylan nicely talked me through it. My son and I each traded our Samsung J7s and purchased Pixel 3s. Dont go to this branch. Not only were they uninformed about current products but they also were very rude to my wife. If you want Verizon- bypass them and go on up to the Marlborough store. Much friendlier people and they know how to deal with people.

The young man who waited on us was very polite and the ice cream was good, but I was not happy that my money was going to support the killing of babies. Planned Parenthoods main business is abortion. This is not health care. They also sell organs of the babies they kill. Please check out the facts. I will not be returning and will share this information with my pro life friends.

Ive never had access to My Verizon because the staff at this store never used the PIN, password, or security answers I provided when I ported my number in. This problem has given me years of difficulty every time I need to change/update something like a credit card, or add additional data, I cant do it with ease and I cant do anything by calling the Verizon 888-number. I always have to wait on one of the people from this store to get things going again. When they go out of business, Im screwed out of my Verizon account, sooo not happy with this setup

Was planning an evening visit to the store which was worried about as thought would be busy & would have issues. Prepared all day as did not want to not have what was needed to port over 2 numbers & get 2 new iPhones. Kyle the associate, Kyle the Manager& Tim were very helpful & knowledgable about the products & process. Also worked on finding the best package to suit my needs. They also stayed until all was completed -which one had day off and other was to have already left for the day. Went pretty much seemlessly & would highly recommend! Thank you again

Paid my bill in cash and got a receipt to reflect the date I paid it. However Verizons system shows they received the payment almost a week later. Now I have a late fee and a complaint filed against them for the time lapse. I will never trust these people with my money again!
