Excellent service my car was delivered much faster than i was told and the work done was perfect. You must use these guys.
The first job done with this shop was meh / barely passable and the second was abysmal. For job #1, panels were attached but not well aligned with adjacent panels. I also had paint on the wheel (unrelated to the body work being done) completely scratched off when I got the car back. For job #2, estimates were done late and incorrectly. Information I was providing via multiple phone calls and emails were not being conveyed to their estimator. I ended up towing the car out of there and bringing it to Plains Auto to do the work. (Note: If you have AAA, you can tow the car to another shop for free.) Plains Auto was professional and personable, did the work for significantly less cost than C&Ls initial estimate, and despite me actively searching for flaws, their work was absolutely perfect.I recommend going to Plains Auto. Just leave a message or email if they dont pick up but ask for Angelo and he will completely take care of you.
They really were amazing. The staff was very professional and helped me every step of the way with the repair process. The time expectations were excellent and my car looked perfect after C&L fixed it. Highly recommend them overall!

I recently got into an accident(fender bender) They got me in a few days after my accident, and got my vehicle back to me in a week. Overall a week and a half. They had excellent communication with updates on the progress of my vehicle. I recommend them.
Geico sent me to these guys to get my truck repaired. Professional, organized, friendly, and fast, had my truck back in two days. Kudos for outstanding customer service!
The organization provided great repair job with OEM parts, however the customer service was not great and the quality control was weak. I had to go back twice to get small details fixed like the rear tail light not installed correctly. In addition, when they had to outsource the technical portion of the job to a dealership because they couldnt program the doors. I had to work around their schedule rather than them trying to be flexible for the customer.I would only recommend the repair shop if you want a professional factory-like finish. But, be prepared for poor customer service.
My car had over $5,000 worth of damage from hitting a deer. This body shop is good in getting you in and out with their initial inspection and repairing the car. I have a hard color to match and they perfectly repaired my car.
C and L aims to please. Auto accidents are traumatic both physically and mentally, and C and L got my wheels like new ahead of schedule. Overly friendly staff - Lena and Luigi are terrific.No two accidents are the same, and getting your car like new is an art. I am picky about my ride - C and L was overly accommodating to address two small concerns after the initial repair. Now my ride looks like new. Hence the 5-star review. Thank you.
Outstanding customer service, friendly staff although it was my 1st time visiting this auto body they made me feel so comfortable as if i was a regular customer, not only was i extremely satisfied with the job they did on my door but they even took the time to wash my baby (my car) ! I had a fender-bender in Newark and called Geico. They made an appointment for me at C&L for the next afternoon. When I got there, Lena, the Geico rep met with me, and she and a representative of the body shop inspected my car. Both of them were very professional. They explained what needed to be repaired on my car; they even fixed a minor dent at no charge which was not caused by the accident. They told me when the car would be ready. It was ready as promised and look great. I was very satisfied.
They could not complete the repairs accurately. When given a chance to remedy their mistakes, they were still unable to finish the job. I left them a message weeks ago and have yet to receive a call back. This is a big shop that doesnt take care of the little things. Good luck if you choose them.

The repair was not only slow, but riddled with errors.Do yourself a favor and avoid C&L! I wont bore you with ALL the details, but after C&L repaired my Jeep Commander, I quickly started noticing things that werent right, the most serious (I hope at least, could be other things I dont know about yet) of which was that they installed the WRONG size axle on my front left wheel and also botched the hub bearing on that wheel.This led to a squeak from the front end as well as a lot of road noise at higher speeds. When I told C&L something wasnt right, they pretty much blew me off and said that I needed to get new brakes and/or new tires to fix the issue. Turns out I didnt need either of those things, I just needed a legit shop to install the correct axle and a functional hub bearing. Luckily, Geico still paid for the additional $1100 in repairs my Jeep needed at the second shop I took my vehicle to after C&L just wouldnt help.Fifty days after the accident I finally have my Jeep back in good working condition, but only after a second shop was able to fix the errors C&L made.C&L sucks, steer clear.

Not only did the repair job take several months, but they also used junk parts on my two year old car. Its been heartbreaking replacing junk shocks, junk hub assembly, etc. I had a bad feeling when it was taking so long for a job that my insurance expected to be done in a few weeks. We ran out of rental insurance and ended up spending thousands on a rental car while C and L took months to put junk parts on my car that Ive already spent over a year still trying to rectify. Such a disappointing and frustrating experience.

After my car accident I was towed here, they have an auto body shop in the back and a geico Express and then Enterprise if you need a rental.
