I always got nervous when it came to getting my Honda serviced because I have had so manynegative experiences but my AAA membership came through for me big time when they gave rave reviews for Gogel Auto Repair. When I called them, I spoke to Dave who was very pleasant and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I decided to bring my car down to him and he called me several times to give me an accounting of what he found the cost and approximate time to repair. I found his information to be right on the money and the work they did was very reasonable and satisfactory. I would not hesitate to use them exclusively now and as a bonus they have a rental facility which is a great convenience and much cheaper than other places I checked including Enterprise which I always had used. I highly recommend Gogel.

Great service and highly dependable. always there when you need them. reasonably priced. I got a flat around 7 am in the morning. They took my car in at 7 30 am. I got all 4 tires replaced out of necessity and was still able to make it to work on time. 2 days later, i got another flat due to my poor luck of hitting a nail. They took my car in 1.5 hour before their shop closing, got it fixed in 45 mins, and didnt charge me.

No one ever got back to me for a quote on fixing my car after telling me to expect a call the very next day to schedule and set something up. Dissatisfied with that kind of poor customer service. First and last time going here.

Gogel is great! They have fixed a bunch of tire problems that Ive had. And they dont always recommend replacing tires if they think they can patch it. They give you the options and prices and let you choose. I always take my cars there for tire problems.

I went to Gogel when my alternator stopped working. They assessed the issue and I had my car back the next day. They called to let me know what needed to be done before any work was done. They are great to work with and they even give AAA discounts. I would definitely use Gogel again.

Excellent customer service 100%, They go to the extra distance to take care of you and if you need a ride they hook you up with one. Brought vehicle in to have the brakes checked because of slight vibration. I was happy to learn that there was still life left in the brakes and that they did not need immediate replacement. They measured my front pads at 10mm, and rears at 5-6mm. (The local car dealer said that both front and rears were at 5mm). I believe that the technicians at Gogel provide a more honest assessment of a vehicles condition.

Gogel has never let me down. Ive used them several times in the past and just had an alignment with them. Always terrific service. Extremely professional staff. I highly recommend them.

I’m one of those people who doesn’t write reviews (and announces it when I do lol). But I have to give this place a 5-star rating! Been here twice and service was great each time. So much so I’ve left my other mechanic and will come here from now on! It’s a bit of a drive for me but it’s worth it!First time I came I had my front license plate put on my new car. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I had to have my tire pressure sensors replaced, but ended up putting it off for this visit.Second time, had to come for an oil change. Again was told about the sensors. I expressed my concern about cost (Toyota dealership wanted to charge $1000+) and the guy broke down everything and gave me a great deal ($491 for everything, including the oil change). [I wish I got his name; I’d give him a personal shoutout]. Nothing shady, no secret costs, and he put it in layman’s terms.Will definitely be back for all of my future car needs!

I was travelling to New Jersey from Michigan when I had a non-reparable tire puncture. Gogle Tire quickly diagnosed the problem and got a replacement tire and installed in less than 2 hours. Great service!!

Our car had to be towed after hitting a piece of fallen lumber on 287, destroying the front passenger tire. We were due for new tires and needed rims re-finished. All completed at reasonable price and with customer-friendly service.

I recently got new tires for my 2012 Subaru Forester from Gogel Tire. I wish all businesses were like this!!! I submitted a quote request through their website at 2:35PM, Coreen had a quote for me at 2:40PM and I had an appointment scheduled for the following day immediately. The day of the appointment was very smooth too, I dropped off my car (as I had to do an alignment as well), they called a few hours later with the car ready to go. I recently took my car in to have it checked out because the temperature light was coming on intermittently and because it was due for an oil change. The Gogel team checked out the car but could not find anything wrong. They changed the oil and determined that I may just be a faulty sensor. I was advised not to have it replaced just yet since the Gogel team could not trigger the light to come on.Since the sensor will cost upwards of $300 to replace, I appreciate the teams honesty. Other shops would have suggested replacing the sensor without being sure it needed to be replaced, just to make money. If the sensor comes on again I will definetly my car take back in but like I said, I appreciate Gogel for erring on the conservative side and not being money gougers.

My first time using Gogel Tire. Staff was responsive, courteous and professional. Prices were good. I wanted tires with a date code of less than a year old and was happy to hear they won’t accept tires from their distributor without this criteria. Also, They completed an alignment to my custom specifications at no extra charge and provided a detailed report of before and after settings. The technician really listened to what I wanted, worked at getting it done properly and did a great job. Also, the price I was quoted was exactly what I paid. I’ll use them again for sure.

Booking appointment online was easy, the price was competitive and the job was well done. Keep your eye on the emailed quote versus the charge on completion. Their POS system doesnt recognize the quote and I had to correct their higher charge. Annoying.The counter guy shouldnt be customer facing.

Just showed up exactly to my confirmed 9:15 reservation at gogel tire to be told their crew was all busy and it would be more like 2 hours than 1 hour. I even had called to confirm that morning how long it would take and was told 1 hour. The punch line... when I explained I had only 1 1/2 hours the service counter asked if I’d like to rebook...comical so what the point of having an online reservation system if it doesn’t relate in anyway to real reservation?

I always go to Gogel when I need tires. I recently brought my car here for the first time for auto repair. Dave was very nice and thorough. One particular time, years ago, I brought my car in because I just knew i needed a new tire. After they checked my car, a man came to tell me that i just had a nail in it... no need to replace the tire. I really appreciated that. I have been coming here for years and will continue to give them business because they do and great job and most importantly because theyre honest.

Dont want to give them 1 star but the price was good. But on that note you get what you pay for. I made the mistake of leaving my high-end wheels in the hands of Dave and his team who scratched the face lip of my wheel so bad I should sue. I should have my wheel refinished paid for by Gogel. I was given my wheels back in a stack where the wheel was hidden at the bottom absolutely ruined. It was a slap in the face Dave . I tipped you . You took advantage of the situation . Terrible Nick

Had my tire replaced during pandemic. No hassle and excellent experience. Staffs were considerate.

I was put doing errands and while driving I heard a clicking sound coming from the drivers side rear of my vehicle. For put and saw that I had a large screw embedded into my tire. I called Gogel and they took me right in to repair the tire. The damage was so bad that I needed to buy a new tire. Gogel had the exact same tire in stock. The total time of repair was about 40 minutes. I couldnt be happier! Thank you for great customer service!

After trying several tire centers with my heart set on the Milestar Patagonia M/T and being told I need to choose a different tire because nobody has them I was beginning to worry. I am very pleased with Gogel Tire & Auto Repair. I woke up the other day and saw that one of the tires on my BMW was completely flat. I called Gogel and they ordered me a new tire right away. I took the car to their repair shop. 5 minutes later they already had the car up on a lift and were inspecting the tire. They told me that the tire was just fine, and i only had a malfunctioning air valve and the air was leaking out through there. They replaced the valve quickly. I only paid about $48 for everything. They were honest and told me i did not need the new tire and saved me a couple hundred dollars. Finally a shop with some integrity who cares about its customers. Will use them from now on.

Great place! I had my car towed here a few nights ago due to a loud metal clinging noise I heard at the bottom of my car. I got there 5 minutes before closing and they got my car up on the lift right away looked at every part with a light, took it for a test drive and made me feel more comfortable to drive it an hour home. These guys are super nice and very helpful!

While this was my first experience with Gogel Tire & Auto, it will not be my last. My attraction to purchasing tires at Gogel was based on price, and I was quoted with the lowest price within a 20-mile radius. Not only was the price satisfactory, but, when I arrived and the vehicle was taken at the appointed time, the service desk had no problem when I asked, without having made the appointment, to have the oil changed during my visit. An impromptu accommodation of this nature speaks volumes to the outstanding level of customer service that Gogel Tire & Auto provides to its clientele. When necessary, the other two vehicles that my family owns will get their next tires at Gogel!

Good service and they’re always professional. I had my 2 front tires replaced and they did it much faster and at a lower cost than expected. The only thing I didn’t like was that I needed an appointment and I had to wait 3 days. This would not have been good if I needed same day service. On the other hand, I appreciate that I needed an appointment because I think this is what allows for the fast service (my appointment was at 1:30, I arrived at 1:15, and was driving away at 2pm).In other tire places I’ve had to sit there all day, they didn’t seem to care, and i don’t think it mattered if anyone had an appointment or not. It seemed like we were all waiting all day and everyone was angry (customers and employees).I highly recommend Gogel. I’ve had many good experiences with them through the years and they seem to have only gotten better.

I had purchased tires at Gogel about a year ago. The stock was excellent, with everything I could want, the staff was customer-centered, the waiting area was comfortable and pleasant. The installation and alignment was done excellently, in a short period of time, at a very reasonable price.The other day, I would imagine from a puncture on the road, one of the tires went flat. I put on the spare, and brought the car back to Gogel. The tire could not be repaired, but they replaced my tire for only a very reasonable installation price. And, all of the positives above were true again.They definitely have a customer in me.

Very accommodating with excellent services

Way overpriced, this place is a rip-off. Only clientele Gogel Tire get is the elderly, which Gogel has no problem “taking care of”. If you want to save half your money go 15 miles East, yeah the shops don’t have free water or coffee but I’m there to get my car fixed not to have a day at the spa. If you’re looking to overpay for simple service, that can be done cheaper in other areas Gogel Tire has got you covered!
