Love this store. Bought a few pieces here and I’m never disappointed. Bought the chair, pillow, ottoman and table.

Homesense rt.10 east Hanover njThis store is a big HomeSense store and has a lot of items to choose from. The reason for only 2 stars is the service. I was shopping there it had a cart full of products I was ready to buy around maybe $200-$300 worth of merchandise. I wanted to check something really fast at home goods next-door so I asked one of the employees if they could hold my car to the side and I would come back very fast to purchase the products they gave me a very vague answer and seemed like it was a major inconvenience to them even though this would’ve been a great sale $$ for the establishment. When I got back about 10 minutes later or the products in my cart had been dissected and put back on the shelves I couldn’t even find most of them and no one in the store could give me an explanation on why my cart was pulled apart and restocked. The manager a bald gentleman was very cold and unhelpful when I asked him about help with a product. Very condescending attitude. I am the customer about to make a great deal of purchases I don’t know why he felt like I was inconveniencing him especially when they weren’t that busy and had a bout a dozen people on staff in the store

I’m in love and anyone who has been here understands why. They have incredible selections at great price. Such quality and unique items. Everything you need for your home space is here. They are the sister store to “Home Goods” but have a wider selection of things. At this location your greeted by friendly staff and they are are always willing to assist someone. They do not stalk you in the store but there when you need them. It’s very clean and you are allowed to touch items. I consider it an experience and can’t wait to go back. The parking lot space is massive and the nature space would be quite easy for a wheelchair to access. Home sense is worth every dollar. Check out a little reading nook a friend decorated. Simple, cozy and unique. My home is filled with peculiar pieces from there. You gotta GO!

This store is GREAT...so many wonderful, perfectly priced items...but it needs more employees to help the customers. The current employees are dedicated and run around trying to help but they can only do so much! Checking out and finding assistance is difficult here!! You need more employees so shopping is not a hassle.

Visited here last week. Lot of collections for home decorations. Price is not too costly, there are not much staffs here, so if you need some help you need to walk around to find staffs. There is amazing collection in painting and furniture sections.

Totally disappointed with the customer service at this location. If it wasn’t for the purchase I would give it a no star review. I absolutely love the item. It started from the time I walked in until I had to carry the chair outside myself even though there was a young man standing right at the door. Cash register stopped working while I was checking out and check out took much longer. Cashier apologized to the couple behind me and not to me, like I wasn’t affected by the outage. Unreal!Not sure what these workers are told but they sure aren’t guided to assist or offer great customer service.I turned around and visited another store on the same day and received amazing service. It just shows that perhaps it’s the location (management) and not the brand.One has to believe that maybe it’s the color of my skin that may be the issue. I hate to say it but this is not the first time me or my family member received poor service from this location.

One of New favorite places to go.For a long time, Ive heard of Homesense but never had a location close enough for me to try.I happened to stumble across this location and fall in love. Its an upscale Homegoods. For bargain shoppers with keen eyes, this type of store maybe for you. Cute decor and sometimes at a steal. Saturdays are extremely crowded. Best time to go is during the week.

First time going there very similar to Home Goods they sells the same thing... its a designers paradise, many things to make your indoor and outdoor space beautiful.

Great prices on everything from home furnishings, cookware to picture frames.

So i take the tag off of a sideboard. take that tag to the cashier and pay for it. arrange for delivery the next day. they dont send the one i paid for but the one next to it that has many more imperfections in the wood and two scratches on the top. i feel like taking it back. people get an attitude when you get nitpicky and micro-manage but this is precisely why you need to anyway.

Latest addition to the Costco shopping center. Sit next to Home Good. To me it seems they are very similar. Homesense may be a tap more upscale.

This is a Home Goods on steroids.The prices and quality of the products, furnishings and accessories are top notch quality and are curated via vignettes.The selections are unique in price and presentation.Much ado about everything is a sure thing!

Here right now, waiting in the checkout line with 6 other people. There is one cashier. One other female (dark hair, glasses), who might be the manager because she had to come approve something at register, came over WHILE ON HER CELL PHONE.. looked at all of us who have been waiting several minutes & walked away to continue her phone call. Ridiculous.On a positive note, Rachel was the cashier working her tail off & she was great.

This is a large store with items similar to Home Goods. But while the staff of Home Goods is friendly and appear organized, the Home Sense staff do not seem to be well trained and the feeling is a bit chaotic.

There prices started off great when they first opened,now they are to high.there sales are just to get you in there because when you go in the stuff that has the sale tags you would never buy.so once every 5 months I will walk threw.

I agree. The staff is unfriendly and they act as if it’s Saks Fifth Avenue. Get a grip. This is a home furnishing store and goods; people walk around and take their time because they need to decide whether they like it enough to lug it home.

First time going there and I found some amazing home essentials.Very nicely layed out,even the clearance section was amazingly tidy.Great prices on area rugs of all sizes.Customer service was excellent. ..warm and friendly people.Parking is free and ample.

Home nonsense - not worth the hype. I heard good things about this place, but Its just like all of the other home stores. I dont live in the area and it just wasnt worth the trip. The store offers wide variety of items and it is more organized than most Home Goods stores Ive visited. Nonetheless, neither the selection include items or deals that were very impressive. As for customer service, I asked the floor staff for help with the price of the many items that was missing its price tag. They were very dismissive and werent willing to work to provide an answer.

Nice store associates in the store, very nice and helpful. The store is pretty much Home Goods but overpriced like everyone has already said. A little overcrowded, most items didnt have a price and I felt that everything was crowded together on shelves.

It seemed like a very nice store. I wasnt there for a long time. I was just checking it out. I did see that things that I will be going back for.

I loved the pieces I found here and though not as inexpensive as Home Goods, I found better quality...and guess what - ITS NOT HOME GOODS, PEOPLE. I see a lot of people complaining about the store with the comparison to Home Goods but its not Home Goods part 2. Just like TJMAXX is not Marshalls. I found the most price difference in furniture but as I mentioned, it appeared to be better quality and more unique finds. If you can find it elsewhere, Great! but I found a chesterfield leather sofa for $1700 - thats bomb! So while pricing is different so is quality and I am here for it! I like the store and will be back! I gave 4 stars because everyone can use improvement!

I wanted to purchase an Italian Leather golf set. When I asked if it was marked down, since the item had been in the store since November of 2017, the cashier said yes, but she had to call the manager Karen to get approval. I knew the golf set had been marked down another time because I had already purchased it at another store a week ago. Karen the manager came over & even though the set scanned at a lower price she refused to honor the marked down price. I was astonished & disappointed that she was clearly wrong & refused to sell the merchandise. It’s unbelievable just 1 week prior I purchased the golf set for $50 cheaper! Karen I wish you knew your merchandise and did a better job managing your store, inventory & customers. I won’t be shopping Homesense again anytime soon.

This store was great before first clearance sale. After that it seems empty. Shelfs are half empty, great selection is gone. Now, it is poor version of Homegoods. Looks like they had enough cool stuff for grand opening and now it is just blah... So disappointed.

Homesense is a great new addition by HomeGoods! I love all the beautiful oods & ends of unique pieces of furniture, dishes etc that everyone loves.

They have really nice decorations and other things that are useful for your home, but they lacked the cashiers on our visit making our wait much longer than it should have been.

Like the store but not this particular one, I found a set of three pillows on clearance for $12 so I decided to get another set but then the same exact set was $6 more so I went to the old lady at the register to ask maybe it might have been missed while they were doing markdown but instead she insisted that that was the way they were so I asked then why are they the same sku # then she said they came probably on different occasions!?!?!? I could not get her reasoning so I left and got a refund, what a disappointment, you would thing they wanna make a sale but instead they lost one just because she didnt know how to deal with customer and sales!!! Will avoid going here!!!

Nice store to buy finishing touches for your home. The prices are also a bargin. Didnt give 5 stars because i noticed a few items that were scratch and dent items or didnt function properly. Overall, a good store nonetheless.

Needing a natural fiber rug for a laminate floor, I found exactly what I wanted at HomeSense, with the excellent assistance of Robert R. He helped me with an oversized rug which I could not view by myself. The price was very fair for real wool and in just my color palette,
